Discount applied after 8 months

Dear Sir, I have been having a very hard time dealing with TATA Photon customer care guys, they are very careless and have provided no solution to the problem, I got upgraded my connection to WiFi on 8th march 2014 and tata has provided me 150 Rs discount for 13 months. but it was not applied after so many calls to customer care. Their billing department always call to collect the outstanding money and they have not any solution for the problems....

Excessive billing, ISD Mobile call _ UAE

Deactivation and no response
