Here are the series of emails Dear team, What is wrong with you guys i don't understand. I have asked my number to be closed in January, still I m doing follow up from you guys. Today I received that my request has been cancelled receivedd a mail stating that my number is not closed What is all this ????? Is their someone in senior management I can speak with. I am not using [protected], i have asked this number to be closed down in January first week. And provided my alternate number [protected]/[protected] For further treatment. You guys have send me email stating my number will be closed down with in seven working days, then no one bother to send me bills . Suddenly out of nowhere I received a email stating pay immediately Rs.390, then when I asked u where is my bill detail, u send me bills And my bill included the charges for month of February. When I escalated the matter to your Manager Nitin I got mail stating ur number is not closed, query resolved. What is this, I m fed up with, I m sending a hand written complaint to Tata corporate office. Also I m putting it to notice of consumer complain forum. Kindly revert me on the immediate basis.     I have previously raised a compliant on my photon + [protected]. And now on my tata wifi [protected]. Got fake commitment from show room at radha nagar, chrompet, chennai-600044. I when asked them to terminate my photon +, they suggested my to change it to prepaid from postpaid...but they didn't do that till. also they gave a brilliant idea to get a Photon wifi; with 20gb data plan and said since you have been using photon + form more than 5 years, you will get 50% reduction in monthly rental for first three months, and after that you just call 121 and ask them to make it to 10gb plan, anyway you will pay only around 650rs...what an idea, but it never worked. i am getting 100% rental bill now... Did i asked him any offer!!! what a service..!.this is my third compliant on docomo... I am not going to pay the rental...let the show room pay for it... I need resolution asap...

      Hi, I have been a patron customer of Tata Docomo from past 6 years. Mobile No. [protected]. I was very happy with the customer service and network all together. But on 22nd of February 2015 at 11.52 am. I called up the customer care number 121 and spoke to the representative named Ms.Bhavani in the customer care office located at Panjagutta, Hyderabad. I had queries regarding my prepaid balance deductions from Rs. 124 to Rs. 84. The answer I got from here was it was balance deducted due to Data charges throughout the night (even though it was not in use) on asking her I was unaware my data pack was about to expire on same date and why have I not got any message or alert asking me to remind the same, she said a message was sent to me and spoke very rudely to me, when I told her that I have activated another plan for 30ps/60sc which was also dated to expire on 23rd and I was receiving messages day in and out. she transferred the call to her supervisor that too after and very long hold. Then Ms. Divya, supervisor from the same Panjagutta branch had also spoken very rudely and said it was because I had activated DND on my number. Which i call a very silly excuse as i was getting all the promotional sms from Tata Docomo and that is also said before activating the service. The reason I take time to write such a lengthy email to you is because i have been disheartened by the service and no longer wish to stay on your network. P.s- I am sure you can retrieve the entire conversation as all customer care calls are recorded. -- Ms. Sana

            Dear Sir, I have been having a very hard time dealing with TATA Photon customer care guys, they are very careless and have provided no solution to the problem, I got upgraded my connection to WiFi on 8th march 2014 and tata has provided me 150 Rs discount for 13 months. but it was not applied after so many calls to customer care. Their billing department always call to collect the outstanding money and they have not any solution for the problems. They don't care what problem you are facing, just talk about bill. They applied discount from September 2014 which is totally unfair. Now my device has been deactivated and they are asking to pay 1821Rs to start the same. I am totally unsatisfied with the customer care, they are not providing valid reasons even they were not able to rectify the problem.                   On 20/2/15 at 11:20pm i called customer care, they charged me but no one answer my call.. After dat vn i called again they blocked my ph no. Again on 21/2/15 at 11:57am i called, they told within 1hr we will solve the problem, nd they bolcked my number.. EVERY TIME THEY CHARGED ME BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE.. I HAV RECORDED ALL THE CALLS.. KINDLY TAKE SOME ACTION

                    Dear Sir, With reference to my complaint ID "PNR[protected]" I have complaint to customer care that since around 2 months at my location your network signals are week and I am facing problem for voice quality and sometimes call dropped issue in 2G and 3G both the technologies and sometime data connection failed to connect. But customer care executive is not providing me any solution or any deadline to resolve. Kindly resolve the issue on priority as we are 4 users of Tata Docomo at same home. I want you to optimise the network in my area covering by your base station 2649 (information taken by GMON software) Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible otherwise we will port to another operator and tell to others in the locality to be port from your service. If solution would not be provided I will go to TRA and social media.

                      Hi, I have been using Tata photon + post paid for more than 5 years, Dec-2014 i requested to terminate photon + and got tata wifi dongle. but now I got a mail for the old post paid photon service... I have done the termination request at Radha nagar docomo show room, chromepet, chennai-600044. The staff named - prasath. When I was there buying WIFI dongle, this fellow staff voluntarily compelled me to get two post paid sim for RS.99 rental/per month each. I never had an I idea to get postpaid sim. he said that this is privileged customer offer and asked me to get two sim with CUG between these. finally I got those sim with wifi dongle. But after one week when I asked him about activation he gave me a shock to pay 300rs/sim...and said that this offer is not applicable for you. i fought for three days and finally return back with a single sim. Did i ask him for a sim? and that day itself i asked him to terminate the photon + service and he said he will change it to prepaid which i accepted and submitted the documents. but now again i am crawling with the show room staffs, they simply said that they forget to do so. Very frustrated and i am terminating the post paid sim also today...worst behaviour Photon + no: [protected]

                          The photon+ connection # [protected] was taken during Aug, 2014. I was told that the internet speed would be 3.1 MBPS upto 3 GB data and subsequently it would come down to 256 KBPS with no limit on data download.. However the actual speed of the internet was never above 0.9 MBPS and average was 0.8 MPBS with in 3 GB data limit and 64 KBPS post data limit. There is a 300% variation between promise given during marketing time and actual performance of internet service in reality, except promptness in reducing the speed to lower level immediately after crossing 3 GB data limit. Due to Low speed of internet services, it has diluted my day work plan many times and wasted lot of my time as I was unable to connect to business calls as scheduled. We were frustrated with poor services and lack of action for requests made during November thru service center and complaint thru service portal. Hence, we finally made a decision to terminate the service with immediate effect wide complaint # 780786. The issues was escalated to appellate authority on Nov, but no action seen. I am repeatedly getting calls from billing dept with a demand to pay 1400 + towards pending dues and connection could not be disconnected even after i had asked them disconnection. . During calls the support team had asked me to visit their office to discuss the matter and threatening me a sever consequences if do not turn up .

                            On 16th February 2015, I recharged my docomo number [protected] for Rs.250.The recharge was done through SBI mobile banking, but till now the amount was not credited to my above mobile number.Kindly check why the amount is not credited and revert the amount to my account.                                   The SIM was procured from the distributor on assumption that all ISD call to UAE mobile was be charged 6.40 INR or 6.70INR. It was later observed that, I was being charged double the amount. Upon, question was informed that it was landline number that being thus the higher charger. This issue was later escalated to the appellate office, where both ladies Priya and Vidya denied any wrong doing and welcomed me raise the issue with the consumer form. This was stated even after me provided them, document proof the number dialed were mobile numbers. 50, 52, 55 & 56. Along with a screen shot and URL for verification http://www.searchyellowdirectory.com/reverse-phone/[protected]/ Earlier my call was disconnected by the agents, whom a refund was requested and later had called a supervisor, who did refund the amount on 60.00 INR. I had also demanded, I be refunded the call charges, which was denied. Tatadocomo, must credit the excessive call changed into my account ASAP along with mental harassment caused with calling their call centre.

                                    My Photon number:[protected] Here is few background on the issue that I faced and the kind of resolution I am looking for: I have been trying to migrate my photon+ postpaid connection to pre-paid and I have raised a couple of service request for it[protected] and[protected]. The first request was closed since the required documents did not reach on time. The second request was taking a really a lot time to get resolved. My last payment was made on 4Aug2014 leaving no due in my account. Complaint[protected] was raised against the service request[protected] for their delay in trying resolving it. After that series of mail communication went to [protected]@tatadocomo.com in an effort to sort out the issue. 8Sep2014 is the last mail communication that i got the reply from that mail thread. The issue was not at all resolved. There was no service provided during these time and the connection was suspended. I could not connect to internet by setting either in postpaid or prepaid mode. I keep getting bill generated for which I was not provided service at all. Finally got a mail stating that service is being stopped at 4Nov2014. The due in my account is stated as Rs.4270. Here are my few questions to you in the effort of resolving this. 1. Why do i have to pay the bills for which I have not been provided service at all? 2. The due states an amount of Rs.4270. Is there any part of this amount is for a month for which I have been provided any service? I have tried using multiple sources like customer care, the local photon officials, appellate officer - karnataka etc to sort it out. But no response from them. Please look into this issue asap and revert back with a helpful resolution.

                                    I didnot receive any further call from docomo except for the one call that was made to verify the complaint.

                                    I received a couple of mails with my registered mail id stating "Rs1300 has been credited to my account". Please let me know what is the action taken with respect to this issue and do I still have any due amount in my account?

                                      [protected] I was using this number from many days and some person from docomo call me and offered for postpaid and i agreed after that he come to my office his name was sandeep and i paid him 350 rs then he gave me new sim of docomo of postpaid. After 1 month o[censored]se even though i paid the bill online the deactivated the sim. And no one is responding properly. So i demand them to pay back money of 350 rs. Worst service i had from docomo.

                                        Hi TATA PHOTON customer care,


                                        I have stopped using TATA PHOTON (Photon No- [protected]) from almost 2-3 months but then also I am getting monthly bills.

                                        I have called customer care and asked them to stop the service and they told okay it will be done in 24-48 hours and few days before I got a call from customer care and they told me that my number is still active and it is partially deactivate as I need to give written mail to stop service.

                                        What the hell this is going on when I am telling customer care to stop the service why again I need to give it in written to customer care and till the time you will charge me for nothing.

                                        If it is the rule then why customer are has not communicated it in first call when I have stopped service ??

                                        I am not going to pay extra charges which was not communicated.

                                        Please let me know how you want to resolve my problem.
