    sir, i am really disappointed with your services that including the behaviour of your customer care executives, i would like to lodge a complaint against your executive who didn't say his name and abused me for calling him. this kind of behaviour was not at all be accepted and I wont tolerate this. i called your helpline number : [protected] @ 12:28 hours on 1 march 2015 from [protected] if you could see i have been calling from the last 8 days regarding an issue that being: i have been repeatedly requesting your representatives to remove the advertisement before my caller tune that i subscribed on 22 feb 2015. it has been 8 days and instead of resolving my issue they removed my caller tune and the guy talked very rudely and abusively to me. i wish to hear from your side asap. or actions will be taken against you. himank maan [protected]

      Dear Team, I have been using TATA Docomo for few months now. I have corporate plan of which i was very happy (Gold 299 2G GSM Plan). But suddenly i was charged Rs. 5328 as my bill for month of Feb because they say i have consumed more than 2GB of data. They said i consumed 2GB that was in my plan after that data plan must get discontinued as per representative told me while procuring TATA Docomo services at your office that is TATA Consultancy Services, Gateway Park, Road No.13, MIDC, Andheri (E), Mumbai - 400093, Maharashtra, India. This leads to disguiding customer and fales information provided while selling services. I have visited gallery as per customer care people directed to me. But scenario is vast after visiting gallery. For that also I have raise a complaint in customer care “misbehavior and attending customer on desk” Complaint number for misguiding customer “I don’t have complaint number in SMS” Complaint number for misguiding customer “[protected]” This is not fair going with name of TATA. Been and TATA employee im sad to comment on our own services.

In response you have given me request no[protected] with intimation to me that the line is now disconnected. As per your request the outstanding amount Rs.330/- was paid vide receipt no. 60716897, dated:[protected]. Since then I have not used this phone no. Now I am getting call from your end for payment of Rs.674/-. You are required to send me a copy of my request no.[protected] along with action taken from your end to terminate the connection.           My parents were sold a tata photon device for inr 2200, promising good connectivity and service promise. While the device started giving problems, they were told that the device needs some upgrade. They have visited sector 11 service centre in panchkula multiple times in last couple of months. I have personally gone to sector 11 and 20 service centre on 21st feb and was told that i can get the connection disconnected. Both the places there was a female service executive who did not bother to hear my grievance. My father aged 60 called the customer service centre and were given complaint number but of no avail.[protected],[protected].

              I was using tata photon+ (No. [protected]) 6 month advance rental plan. I inquired customer care that if i put a cancellation request and it gets cancelled after the renewal date, how I will be charged? . They told me that prorated charge will be calculated and that only I will need to pay. I again confirmed that they won't charge me full amount and they assured me that only prorated charge will be made. Based on their response, I put a cancellation request and also bough new Tata photon max wifi device along with a tata postpaid number. My old device's renewal date was 21 dec and I got cancellation mail on 28th December. But after two months, they have sent me a notice stating I have to pay 4070 rs. for that device or they will take legal actions. When I called customer care, they are saying since device was renewed, so I will have to pay full amount. Also when told about their previous response, they are asking the name of CCE who told this and also that they don't have any written record of this being told. When asking is it my fault that I was informed wrong, they are just saying sorry for inconvenience but you will have to pay. I don't have any expectation that they ever gonna do anything regarding this matter, except asking/forcing me to pay. They have asked me to wait till 2nd March, if still nothing done about it by them, I will be cancelling my Tata photon wifi connection as well as tata postpaid number too, and will probably stay away from using Tata services in future.

                    They have deducted my amount of Rs 35 with out the concern. And even without a single sms they have deducted my amount. If i done call to the customer care they are not responding to my words. I need my refund. Later i have contacted to the customer care and to the appelate authority they have informed me that due to the data charges of the multiple usage the balance has got deducted, But they could have sent an intimation sms before deducting the balance or after deducting the balance. And i have not used any kind of data. My docomo no is [protected] Deduction amount Rs 35. Deduction date - 12/02/2015 So here by i request you to refund my amount. With Regards Manju

                      I have been using tata docomo(GSM) for past 5 years or so and i regularly use its internet service. I am owner of cybercafe so am pretty aware of data usage. From last 3-4 months i have noticed that when the data disconnects the balance data shown has abrupt variations. at one stage it shows 341 mb left and the other minute it will show 400 mb data remaining and then again it will suddenly fall to 245 mb (2g network) and all this happens in just 4-5 minutes browsing. I had called up the customer care. They said my HTC phone had a problem (i thought i m using custom rom so may be) then i used samsung galaxy duos then too same problem... then i was told to replace the phone !!! and stupid me i buyed lenovo s850 for this spending 12, 500 but just wanted to see what really was trouble. I disabled all background apps. I dont download videos not even images from whatsapp. Yet the same problem. I have been charged so heavily for using 2g that when i use idea 3g on the same handset and surf about 9-10 hours a day yet at the end of the month i manage to save over 200mb out of 1gb. Tata Docomo in short is cheating. My no [protected] and i can show them this happens atleast in dahanu (maharashtra, palghar district) even today which i can challenge them in TRAI or any court. They are cheaters. The customer care executive even told me i have 455mb data remaining in gprs and when i asked her how do i use gprs data she was not able to say anything beyond connect to data option... (lolz) this was once. the other crazy thing was when you disconnect it shows last data call charges 12.36 paise for example and balance data left 3.42 mb !!! hows that possible if balance data is left it cuts my main balance too.. Tata was founded by great Jamshedji and these people have started doing something uncalled for his legacy.

                        I got a call from Docomo & they offered me post pay plan. The same I have accepted n their agent contacted me and collected the required documents. Initially I have requested them to arrange the nano sim. But they handed over me the mirco sim. From that point of time I'm started toto follow up with the Docomo representative. Still I have not got the sim. But my number got activated. I have informed them not to activate my number before handing over the nano sim. Now they are not picking my call n not replying to my mails also. +[protected] & +[protected].

                          This is vaibhav nawar. my account number postpaid account number is[protected] and my mobile number is [protected], i recived bill 05/01/15 to 04/02/15 period, i found extra charges for massage, where as i have massage packs, and total massage is below the massage limit, they saying one day you massages more than hindered sms, but customize bill saying only 110, and charges is 720 sms, i called customer care too, but they are not able to listen anything they said all is correct

                            Am doing the biggest Pack of TATA DOCOMO all time & till feb 10 I Don't have any issue.
                            On Feb 10 my net pack expired and did new pack of Rs 249 . but after that my speed goes to 2 KBPS to 4 KBPS.

                            I had Complianted on TATA DOCOMO customer care, but they are cutting my call after hearing the compliant. I tried for 5 days and the same Repeats. Please do anything. TATA DOCOMO customer care is also getting Worst.

                            I tried 7 days for Complianting for my issue and its still not solved. Customer Care representatives always cutting the call after hearing my compliant. Today one Representative talked and he is saying he cant take it as a compliant, i don't know wats happening. Im a worth user of TATA DOCOMO for its service and Internet but now TATA DOCOMO is cheating.

                              Hello, I am writing this in reference to my TATA Docomo 3g connection ([protected]), billing period 23/01/15 to 22/02/15. I reside in Chinchwad (Pune) and have been using TATA DOCOMO 3g for a little over a year now. Starting November-December 2014, I started facing slow/no connectivity with Tata Docomo 3G following which I called UP TATA's customer care in the first week of January 2015 . The executive accepted the fact that the area I was residing in was a high utilization area and they are not capable enough to provide adequate speed to all the customers in my area, following which he apologized and waived off INR 500 in my bill cycle and assured me of improved service as they would have upgrades to improve connectivity in my area. Following this, I waited for another month for them to "upgrade their services" but to no avail. When I contacted them, they conveniently told me that they don't know exactly when the issue might get resolved, which led me to my decision to no longer continue with TATA DOCOMO. Mind well, it has been over 2 months now with no resolution from TATA DOCOMO's end, which leads me to believe that their whole operation is highly suspect and if the customer care actually is in sync with the technical team, or if they are paid to make FALSE PROMISES. I finally made the decision to disconnect my services with immediate effect and even made a call confirming with the customer care that I don't need to pay any extra amount. But I was shocked when I saw my bill for the current month (23/01/15 to 22/02/15) amounting to INR 880.75. I called up TATA DOCOMO's customer service on 10:04 a.m. February 26, 2015, an agent (Treety) told me that she won't not be able to help me further and that I need to pay the entire due amount which is INR 880.75. She refused to hear any pleas of mine and told me that she can't help me with waiving off the fee for me as was done for the previous month, as they are only allowing to do it once every three bill cycles (this is absolute CHEATING). In fact she refuted to my claim that there was any problem from their side (I FIND THIS COMPLETELY UNETHICAL AND FRADULENT AS MY CALLS WITH THE CUSTOMER REPS CLEARLY STATED THAT THERE IS A NETWORK CONGESTION ISSUE IN MY AREA DUE TO HIGH UTLIZATION, AND WHY WOULD THEY WAIVE MY BILL IN THE FIRST CASE IF THERE WAS NO PROBLEM FROM THEIR SIDE). I MEAN THIS IS COMMON SENSE, WHY WOULD THEY WAIVE OF THE BILL IN THE FIRST MONTH, AND NOT WAIVE IT OFF IN THE SECOND MONTH FOLLOWING MY DISCONNECTION DUE TO INEFFICACY FROM THEIR SIDE (MY USAGE DETAILS WOULD SUGGEST THE SAME). I would like to warm fellow people AS TATA DOCOMO REPS are taking the customers for a ride and simply don't care. All they will say is SORRY BUT THEY CAN'T HELP OR "KSHAMA CHAHTE HAI" which seems like a recorded message. I AM AGAST OF THE WAY A REPUTED ORGANIZATION LIKE TATA DOCOMO IS FUNCTIONING, THE CUSTOMER REPS ARE BLATANT ENOUGH TO SAY THAT THEY ARE NOT AT FAULT WHICH IS A WHITE LIE. I MEAN ARE THEY, A) NOT BOTHERED BY CUSTOMER GRIEVIENCES. B) ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN ADDING ON NEW CUSTOMERS (WHO WILL FURTHER BE GRIEVED) C) THINK ARE A BIG ENOUGH COMPANY AND THEY JUST DONT CARE.                                 Hi, I have paid for 3g internet but Most of the time I am getting 2g internnet. When I call to the customer care 1st time they sent some settings which did not work, then 2nd time same thing they told but did not receive the settings, 3rd time they told if i get such problems then change settings from 3g to 2g then again 2g to 3g which also did not work for me. then 4th time again last time they want me to get the settings which again not worth. 5th time I told all my previous calls, after hearing to the problem the customer guy told me to just keep on hold that he will transfer the call to the technical department. Then I was waiting... waiting... waiting...after 10min.. I just disconnected the call and writing this complaint with frustration.. These guys looks like beggers for 50p they just kept my call on hold. There are the real beggers of our society,

                                  i am getting very less speed since 3 months and every time i called the customer care they told me that this problem is temporary and is due to high utilization in your area and saying that it is a portable device u can use it in another area the company cannot commit at least the minimum speed mentioned in the plan. they are not even ready to register complain and there is no deadline when this problem will be resolved. i have been suffering from three months. is there any solution to this problem or the company will keep on making false promises and fooling the customers photon number-[protected]

                                    I frequently get dive in pop-ups from tata docomo on my MOTO E mobile. If I click OK, they start to charge me and when i click CANCEL, the pop-up doesnt go and comes up again and again. If i tap on side of the screen, the pop-up shows up again after a minute. It is becoming extremely frustrating, esp. when playing games, watching videos or doing other important tasks. Please look into the matter. My number is [protected].

                                      Hi,
                                      Last night i recharged 8 rupees for 50 mb data. i checked i have data balance 2 mb but 85 rupees deducted from my main balance. when i called customer care they say there is some backend deductiion of data. why this happen if you dont show your charge details while i was recharge 8 rupees. Already i faced the same problem few months back. if you are not taking any action i am sure i will stop using your service.Dont do this type irritating activities with customers.

                                        It's been more than 3 months now since I approached the Appellate Authority for Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Jayaraj R about non-refund of the security deposit for the number ported out of TATA INDICOM under MNP in March 2014.

                                        I sent him the first email on Nov 25th, 2014. They initially claimed the cheque was delivered and when I approached the Appellate, Ms. Prameela, Appellate Authority Secretary sent an email on Dec 1st, 2014 informing that the refund cheque was not delivered and a fresh cheque will be issued within 15-20 working days.

                                        Now they have stopped responding. My last email on Feb 16th, 2015 has still not been responded to yet.

They called me and followed up with an email expressing regret. We have finally received our refund cheque and are grateful to Consumercomplaints.in for their helping hand through this forum.
