Hello, this is anand from bangalore i am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card ([protected]) from around last 7 years. I am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers from almost last 9 months (As i feel may be this problem is older). When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". After the end of the renewal period we have not received any bill regarding the renewal. But from 20.05.2018 without any prior notice our above email account has been stopped...

I got a new sim card of tata docomo one days back and its still not activated. I got It from The Mobile Store and they charged me 100 rs for it saying i will get 35 talktime when the card is activated.They told me the card is activated after 6 hrs but still card is not activated and when I am trying to activate it gives message insufficient balance....

My son (Lalitesh kumar) has lost his phone yesterday in hyderabad having tatadocomo sim in it. We are not able to get it deactivated. Request the provider to deactivate the sim as soon as possible

My sim card is not working as it is showing wrong number whenever who tries to reach me. I want my number to b started as soon as possible only my whatsapp is working on that number.. And i have also call many times to customer care service were they dont provide any clear information and hang up the call or they lev the call on. Is this the way u treat your customer?
