Dear sir/mam
I am using tata docomo sim card for the number +91[protected]. As i am out of station for an year i didn't know the messages which i received. My sim has been deactivated. As my all the information like bank, passport and all my accounts i have used this number only.

I please request to activate my sim card as soon as possible. It is emergency. Can you please activate soon.

Please let me know how to reactivate my sim card

    My name is Saurabh. I was using Tata Docomo mobile number +91 [protected] when i was living in Haryana. When i moved to UP, I reduced its usage. Without any intimation Docomo has deactivated that number. This number is so much important for me as my all bank accounts are linked with it. I used to use it for banking purpose. All my online banking activities are getting affected due to this. I have called Tata docomo customer care and visited its service center multiple times since last 3 years but no support provided. I need this number. Please help.

      I have been using one tata docomo number since so long as i have been transferred to some other location for shorter period of time and when i came back found my sim number is showing as invalid and i have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service and when i m trying to call customer care i am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network, kindly help me out in re activation of sim as its is very important for me.

        Hello, this is anand from bangalore i am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card ([protected]) from around last 7 years. I am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers from almost last 9 months (As i feel may be this problem is older). When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I tried to contact tata docomo care their direct complaint number (198 or 121 or etc) doesn't work. Although i tried to contact with them on their tollfree number [protected] and other (Get from google) they say that my 10 digit number is invalid. And i am having trouble due to not able to send sms. Please help.

          We have renewed our email account with Tata Docomo on 14.03.2018.

          Bill no. [protected] dated 25.02.18
          Tariff Plan : FHSIPrimary [protected]@999ARP Plan
          Amount : 1178/-

          After the end of the renewal period we have not received any bill regarding the renewal. But from 20.05.2018 without any prior notice our above email account has been stopped working. We have tried to contact the customer care no. 60607070/[protected] hundred times, but both the numbers are not responding. We have tried to contact the nearest payment collection centres. But are unable to get any information. The above email number is our official email id and has been given to several Government concerns.
          We have to immediately activate the email no. Kindly help us regarding this so that we can renew our account with Tata Docomo .

              I got a new sim card of tata docomo one days back and its still not activated. I got It from The Mobile Store and they charged me 100 rs for it saying i will get 35 talktime when the card is activated.They told me the card is activated after 6 hrs but still card is not activated and when I am trying to activate it gives message insufficient balance.

                Respected docomo team,
                For some reason i was out of india around 1 and 1/2 months and my docomo sim ([protected]) got deactivated meanwhile, as this sim has some of my sensitive account related information linked with this i want to reactive my number please help. And let me know how i'll reactive this number please it's very urgent...

                    My sim card is not working as it is showing wrong number whenever who tries to reach me. I want my number to b started as soon as possible only my whatsapp is working on that number.. And i have also call many times to customer care service were they dont provide any clear information and hang up the call or they lev the call on. Is this the way u treat your customer? Please help me out

                        It was working till 19th of may 2019.

                          I have been out of town since last 5 months so my tata docomo sim +91 ([protected]) have been deaactivate so pllllzzzz reactivate it my too much data is there in the sim so plllzzz try to understand my problem because many more documents aur files are saved in that sim card so plzzzzz try to understand that the sim is soo much important for me and plllzzzz reactivate my sim card because i m facing too much problems

                            I am using docomo sim with mobile number [protected] as i was in foreign i was not able use your network. But now i am in india my bank and all documents are linked to my this docomo number. My sim is deactivated on 21st may 2019. Now when i call your customer care i am not able to reactivate my sim please help me to reactivate my sim. As i contacted customer care they said we are not able to reactivate your sim. But they don't gave an single reason why. We customer's are always suffering from this big company's. I want to tell all that this training rule is really not benifiting any customer. It is only benifiting the company.

                                  Hi, i was out of india for a few months and on return my docomo number was deactivated. All my banking and other financial related informations get updated on that number including aadhar info.

                                  I am getting same message of number not being used for more than 3 months and low balance. Please help me out in this and reactivate it asap

                                  I recently returned back and been trying to reach customer care through phone, email and store. But no one seems bothered to do anything about it. It would not be possible to carry on my finances without this number. Request docomo executives to help out on this

                                    This is regarding my vsnl a/c [protected]@vsnl.com in the name of mr. Vimlesh jaju. I am not able to send or receive any emails on this email id. I am facing this problem since 9th may. Everything was working fine before. I am not receiving any emails even on webmail. When i send an email to [protected]@vsnl.com from any other id, i am getting the below bounce back error message -

                                    "failed recipient: [protected]@vsnl.com reason: remote host said: 554 5.7.1 : recipient address rejected: user is suspended 5.7.1 please see http://support.mailhostbox.com/email-administrators-guide-error-codes/ for explanation of the problem."

                                    I am not able to receive emails even on my microsoft outlook. I have been calling the customer care number regularly but the phone numbers given on the website does not exist. I have been using this email id for more than 20 years now and it was really very surprising at the level of service. I am really facing a problem since this is my official id and since i am not receiving emails, this is hampering my business immensely. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.                                       My number [protected]. It is deactivated without any kind of intimation. Proper response is not being provided by the customer care when i called them. Have been telling me that there no option to access the number what so ever. Not even through porting. And the next time i called, they were not even listening to the issue, just kept on saying application is done call us later, when all trying to ask is the possibility of accessing the number again and how that can be done. Worst ever costumer service i've seen. Even most of the service center are showing as permanently closed in hyderabad.

                                      So, somehow please reactivate my number asap.

                                        'dear customer, you have not changed your initial pin. If you have forgotten your pin, please contact customer care at 121 (Post-paid & pre-paid) to receive new pin'
