    Hello, My name is Adarsh Choudhury I was a idea cellular customer of orissa circle and my no. Is [protected] this connection is in my name, my connection was with idea but the tata docomo sales representative name Jyoti attracted me with lot of benefits he can provide me if I port my no. From idea to tata docomo for which I ported my number. But I dint got any service or benefits but I had to overpay or else my no. Would have been blocked for outgoing calls. Till now I have been around 5-7 times to tata docomo office but the representative use to give unwanted explanations and use to ask for more time than suddenly he stopped receiving my call I tried around 20 to 30 times in 2-3 days than I went to office he was in office and hide himself in employee room and switched off the phone so I came back from office and tried his phone the no. Was switched on. Than till 2-3 days I continuously rang him up and he didn't pick my call so I went to tata docomo office with a warning letter (have attached the letter), I was amazed to know he has left the work as sales representative and when I presented the letter the other executive in the office called jyoti and the reply from jyoti was do whatever you want to do I have left the work.. So the executive present in docomo office called up the head (something name sambheet), I spoke to him about the issue he took jyoti in conference and we spoke than the executive told me I never told him about such benefits (and I was amazed to see some benefits were not available in my plan he was cheating me) when I spoke to their head sambheet he in return was charging me that you must be lying and if you want to send the court letter you can was not trying to provide any service. Than I personally called the head and tried to explain him that if I am lying why he was not receiving my call and I proved his executive is fraud also so the head told me let me talk to the representative and will help you and till now the head has not done anything and has not intimated me also. Sir I have wasted around rs1000 to port my no. To get the service and benefits only so please help me and till now I have beard around rs400 more loss. Sir help me to get all my benefits or else if they cant provide the service than they should refund the amount and please take some serious action against the fraud representative and the who is not taking any responsibility. Sir look upon the matter as soon as possible.

      Rs 68 was deducted by tata docomo in my number [protected] in the mean of deduction of data charges but the 60 MB was deducted from my data balance account but for unknown reason by unauthorized way docomo is saying that the charges is surfing net but still now I have 2.84mb in my data balance. Due to this how it is possible that with already have the data balance the main balance was deducted by rs 68 in reason of net surfing charges. And alert message of low balance is already came so late in 8.44pm when RS68 already deducted. It is docomo responsibility to alert consumer of low balance before the deduction but they fails to do so. The main account balance should be deducted when total free data usage account balance is exhausted but earlier to that it is not possible that balance was deducted from main balance was deducted from main balance as the other operator do like vodafone, airtel. aircel etc. Or they should disconnect the internet connection mention with a msg that you data balance is exhausted but for doing this type of fraud which they are doing with the loyal customer they have no such option. so please take a action against this fraud and initiate my refund of RS 68 as early as possible.

      As per the discussion over the call on your number. We would like to inform you that as per our records you have been charged correctly of Rs. 68/- as per the browsing of internet web pages of size more than 10 MB and the same there was only less MB left in your data balance.

      Kindly note that while browsing the web pages and the size of the data usage has exceeded more that the available limit and for that reason, the balance got deducted from your main balance. Kindly make a note of the same.

      However, as a goodwill gesture I have refunded you the amount of Rs. 68/- with docket number ABAL[protected] and same cannot be refunded further if balance gets deducts again.

      Please have a note that Tata Docomo has to be Update their system that a message should be send by you that your free data usage is exhausted and after that the charges is describe in message how much rupees is to charge for per mb like other operator is giving the service like Vodafone, Idea etc. Vodafone disconnect the internet connection and message is send by them that which confirm that free data pack is exhausted. Idea send several message that recharge soon unless you will charge per MB Rs4. So this is a suggestion to Tata Docomo that system should be updated as other operator is doing unless I have opt for MNP.

          I am receiving dive in now flast messages with cancel and OK options. These messages comes any time and if mistakenly clicked on OK balance gets deducted by 45 Rs. I am getting irritated with this kind of service. Please help me to stop this unwanted junk service.

            Dear Team,

            I have purchases one new photon wi-fi max connection on 20.11.2014 from Bangalore. They have offered 6.2Mbps speed for this devise but I have received maximum speed of .70Mbps in one day and all other days I have received below this speed. I have called customer care and wrote lot of mail to them but the situation is same now. My issue is not yet resolved.

            Here company is cheating me by selling product with wrong offers. Requesting your interfearence to resolve the issue by getting good speed or getting refund.

            I have taken this photon wifi max bt what a speed is this, the speed limit is not exceding 0.21Mbps
            and it was promissed that it will be high speed .I am in a locality of taltala near lotus cinema and this kind of speed.I called the customer care they said it was a high utilzed zone.Dear sir if it would have been a high utilised zone then why you people say you will get good speed.this problem is occuring in past few days earlier the speed was descent and my data pack has not yet completed, 8 gb is still there why so low speed is this what kind of service I should expect from Tata Photon group.I even wnt to the tata photon service center in park street to check whether the device has some faults or not bt they said the device is ok.how can the speed drop like this suddenly.

              [protected] mobile SIM purchased for the reason is, 100 SMS free, call rates are at 30/ min, and 500 MB data free per month for 6 months as per the shopper promise and your company advertise flex in front of the shop.
              After tele verification Rs 200 recharged .

              It is very unfortunate that Rs 100 deducted with out any out going calls. ( For regular use, I am using 2 BSNL SIMS last 8 years I do not have problem with BSNL).

              My question is why you are false advertise about your product to public. After remaining balance definetely I never use TATA Dacomo here after words.

              This is unfair and unethical from such a big companies like you.

                On 215 Rs balance detection only 150 is credited back by 30 & 120 Rs. Still remaining 65 Rs is suppose to be credited back. Customer care informed that will credited by long back but, still not yet credited.. Credit back the 65 Rs at the earliest.. DoCoMo customer care sucks... They will take too much time too to solve or even for responding. Then finally they will say, as your complaint is for more than a week or 10 days so, we can't fix your issue.. Is that delay happened with me or with them! Their reply is all silly reasons and make customers fool :( My DoCoMo - [protected]

                  i have a problem of roaming shown in my own hometown i called customer care about my problem. They said its due to the techanical problem and prblem will be resolved in 4 hours. I waited for abot one day but the problems remains the same so i again called them this time they say wait for 48 hours and yours will be solved. Yesterday i again called them for the same problem this time they asked for 4 hours. Today morning i asked about my problem again this time they asking 48 hours.Irritating thing is that they say we understand your problem again and again but gives no solution. Is these people were only for oblige and nothing more.

                  Now they cut my all balance and their reason is internet browsing. But they do not touch my data balance left for internet browsing and cut my balance. After that they did not recieve my single call in a day and they say one person can call them twice a day. What kind of this company is this. They did not resolve my previous problem. Is this is due to my complaint about them.

                  the problems remains the same and already uses your intructions which you mention but not helps too much. This problems not belongs to sony its the same in nokia also>and you forget about my balance cut.
                  This is the footage which was taken on Dec12, 2014 which is the proof of your resolution against my complain.

                  No response from tata docomo care takers till Dec 17, 2014. This is the company who sells everythings and forgets.
                  always showing roaming in my own hometown in my Sony Experia L. Due to this my internet speed becomes 2g. This problem continue from past 4 months. In april or may I complaint about the same problem but that docomo did't solve my problem. They did't call me. two days ago I apply for MNP then they call me and asking the reason. But they continuely saying that their no such problem. When I told them to provide the proof they cut the call.
                  Second reason for MNP is the difficulty in ISD calling. Everytime computer voice said you have not submiited documents. In this case I have already submiited documents abou 3 weeks ago till now i can't call. When I contact customer care they only say their is no such problem in my number. My name is Deepak, my hometown is jind(Haryana) and my alternate number is [protected]

                    I have recharged docomo STD rate cutter RS.41. It is worked fine for first two days. After that it is not working for BSNL network. While called to customer care they told that " U called to local number but it is Tamilnadu number and i called from Bangalore". Now rate cutter is not working for any network.                       I have ported my number [protected] from idea to tata docomo in August. Everything was fine till today. All of sudden with out any notice my outgoing and incoming services blocked and I am not even able to call to Customer care. I visited Tata Docomo store in Secunderabad to enquire about my problem. To my utter surprise one guy answered that they will activate my services if i convert my connection to postpaid. I asked why was that? He said that my sim card was blocked due to heavy calls or SMS. I think no company will do that for these kind of reasons. This is not good for a brand like TATA. Very Disappointing service.

                          I am getting pathetic speed for Tata Photon Wifi. Five times I have complained but they resolve my complaint by saying that customer not reachable. Pathetic serivce even when I bought the card it took them a week to activate it and no customer care until your card is activated. So you even cant complain. What a shame. I would recommend people staying at Mira Road not to buy Tata Photon and waste your money. Got for some other service providers except Tata and Reliance.

                            As According to my Previous complains I won Htc Phone on Tata Docomo reload contest on 10 june so in reference to it I received call as well as mail from Dun & Bradstreet and I send all the Documents & affidavit to them as They asked for them and i got confirmation as well that They have received my documents and gifts will be dispatched in 2-3 days but 10 days have been passed and no response yet Moreover there is no reply to my mails.Its six months done almost and I dont like posting complaints against a Loyal company like Tata so have a look at my matter Please.                             Re Submission - Dear Team, This is last time i am asking you guys about my Htc Prize.
                            Everytime I post a complain the only your Facebook Team replies to me on Facebook saying that I will get the Prize soon . They are saying this from past Six months. From six months I am keeping patience but Its enough time now.I have already send all the Documents to Dun & Bradstreet Mumbai and I was said that prize will be dispatched in 2-3 daya but Asusual 15 days passed and no news about Dispatching.So I just want to know that If you guys are going to send the Prize, If yes then clearly state when.?

                              HI Today I called customer care to activate STD pack on my number . they activated the plan twice and i was charged twice 34 rupees and 34 rupees in 2 minutes . I called them again to refund my money and asked for my complain number . they don't have any process of complain number . they said it will be resolved in 24 hours .                                   Dear Sir, I want to register a complaint against a mobile tower installation in the residential complex on building K-361, Street No 6 Gautam Vihar, delhi 110053, in the name of Jagdish Sharma. Initially it was rented to tata docomo only, Secretely it has been given to other service provider also like, vodafone etc. The mobile tower is installed at a low height and as per supreme court ruling, such towers are illegal and should be removed. Further to this, a large power generator is attached with the tower to supply un-interrupted power in case of electricty failure. This generator produces enormous sound which becomes unbearable especially at night time when everybody is sleeping. Although there are no sound generating power generators are allowed after 10 PM but as this is attached to the tower, it swtich on automatically as soon as there is a power cut/failure. When the tower was installed, no approval was taken from the neighbourhood. As this tower pose major health risk to children and old people continuously exposed to the harmful radiations being emitted from the tower and noise pollution it spreads day and night, I am raising my voice through you to help us maintaining the healthy environment around us by removing this tower from the residential complex.                                     Sir, Near about 25th of October I recharged a 2GB internet plan from TATA DOCOMO. In about 5-7 days i noticed that about 1.9 GB of my balance was deducted whereas my phone showed only about 400MB of data usage. I than contacted the customer care service, there they told me that a Rs 43 data pack recharge was made for my phone which resulted in total deduction of my previous data balance . I told them that i didn't do that Rs 43 recharge and i want my old data balance back but they refused to do the same . This is totally robbing people. The customer is left helpless .They were also not ready to refund my money or data balance. Sir this negligence of your customer care service is not at all appreciable .                                       Tata photon plus pre paid data card bearing no. [protected] is purchased in May 2014 and is regularly recharged till now. The same has suddenly stopped working and the LED on the card is also not glowing from 20.11.2014. The same was informed to customer care toll free for attention. SERVICE REQUEST NO 12159903 was given and in the night late hours a technician came on phone and it was informed that the same will be attended /replaced and advised to approach the service centre at Chainatyapuri (opp to INDIAN BANK) and closed the request duly sending a message to me. But to my surprise it was a brand store but not a service centre. I could not understand for the improper guidence may be out of his innocence but it is very badly affecting the customer and the brand image. Please do need ful with an appropriate action to restore the device utilisation either by attending/replacing the device at the earliest by deputing your service representative.                                         Hi I try to convert my number from pre to post last weak I submit the Document.I recived 2 verification call.I chat with your team.they not Able to solve the problem My all bank account is linked with that number .My pre pay is also deactivated now I am not able to receive my otp.continoisily calling them they told me it will be activate with in 24 hr 24*6 hr passed .still they are saying it take more 24 hr.I am leaving for Chennai 2morow.if it will not activate by 2day.pleasE leave the process.last time also face the problem.you check the mail.now you stop Replying also.for that sim also I give the document for it 2 that person only.I am continuously talking 2 them but nothing is happning.Hats off 2 your service.I am using this sim for last 6yr I am pissed off now by your service.if possible activate it by today or leave the process I will port it to Airedale.
