Rs 68 was deducted by tata docomo in my number [protected] in the mean of deduction of data charges but the 60 MB was deducted from my data balance account but for unknown reason by unauthorized way docomo is saying that the charges is surfing net but still now I have 2.84mb in my data balance. I have purchases one new photon wi-fi max connection on 20.11.2014 from Bangalore. They have offered 6.2Mbps speed for this devise but I have received maximum speed of .70Mbps in one day and all other days I have received below this speed. I have called customer care and wrote lot of mail to them but the situation is same now. My issue is not yet resolved.

I am getting pathetic speed for Tata Photon Wifi. Five times I have complained but they resolve my complaint by saying that customer not reachable. Pathetic serivce even when I bought the card it took them a week to activate it and no customer care until your card is activated. So you even cant complain. What a shame.
