Hello
I am not getting incoming calls on my docomo number ([protected]).
This problem has been identified on 6.04.2019 as before this day i was using another number.I called to your customer care from my other number and they told me to rechare 35rp and i tried to recharge with your site ie. www.tatadocomo.com and your recharge is not working waited for an hour and later did recharge with paytm and there i got success msg from paytm and didnt get any recharge msg from tocomo. Later called to customer care with my other number and explainied the same thing and he told that he will connect to heigher level and i waited for more than 15min and didnt get connected. I have recorded all you conversion and going to post same in the social media. I will not understand the value of your customer and you will never come to know how this inconvient effect to someone.

    Hello,
    It's very upsetting that my tata docomo photon 3g dongal wifi with number [protected] shows roaming 'r' sign during connectivity. I am very upsetting about this and i do not intend to pay anything extra in my upcoming bills. I believe i am in 30 gb/month billing cycle.
    Please resolve this issue asap.

      I can't send sms from tatadocomo sim while i can sms from my idea sim which is there in the same android.. It's been like this for very long period. I have deleted all my inbox and cleared cache, and tried dialling#33*1234# by seeing one of the customer review.. But nothing works

      I was not able to check even my bank account balance due to this issue

        Hello, this is durga bhavani from andhra pradesh. I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card from around last 7 years. I am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers from almost last 12months (As i feel may be this problem is older). When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I tried to contact tata docomo care their direct complaint number (198 or 121 or etc) doesn't work. Although i tried to contact with them on their tollfree number [protected] and other (Get from google) they say that my 10 digit number is invalid.             Hello sir/ma'am, this is prince kumar saw from dhanbad (Jharkhand). I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card from around last 7 years.                 I can't send sms on 1900. I have sufficient balance and nothing is due on me. I have prepaid no.

                Every thing is ok as calling and sending sms on other numbers works well.

                Only when I am sending SMS to 1900 for Porting the message states.

                You don't have sufficient balance to send this SMS

                I tried to call costomer care and still ivr tells for busy.
                Kindly resolve it as asoon as possible

                          Iam using the tatadocomo sim since 08 years and now since 1 week it is showing that the sim registration failed but it is showing the network signal and. I have all my accounts and important data on this sim. There is no services centers in the visakhapatnam. Please activate the sim immediately.

                            I have 35 rs balance in my tata docomo account. my outgoing messages are failing. they are not being sent. provide a solution.i have been trying .the customer care is not responding too.there is no proper response at all.
                            i tried an sms pack. it didnot show any result too. I think docomo company is irresponsible. I kept my complaint in their website too. The problem is not yet fixed but they notified me that the problem is fixed and closed the complaint status.They are so so neglecting the customers demands and requests.When i mailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com the only response iam gettjng is an auto generated reply which keeps me asking to wait. How many days should we wait.There is no chance to talk to a docomo agent directly so that customers can explain their problems.Is there any trouble management in docomo?

                              I have been using one tata docomo number since so long as i have been transferred to some other location for some period of time and when i came back found my sim number is showing as invalid and i have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service and when i m trying to call customer care i am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network, kindly help me out in re activation of sim as its is very important for me.

                              Every time I try to port the number, I am getting the Incorrect Request error, although the format is totally correct and the same is working for my other Jio number.

                              What could be the reason that only Docomo customers are facing porting issue?

                                Hello, am facing SMS sending failure problem from past 1 year... I tried many possibilities through google but couldn't succeed... Even I tried contacting customer care support but it's not working after following their steps too.. Kindly help me in solving the issue... Am unable to port to other service too due to this problem.. And also not supporting to my banking activities as I need to send confirmation Msgs through the same number

                                  Hi team,

                                  I am using tata docomo for more than a decade. I am residing in the usa for the past 5 years. Tata docomo network was working fine for me. I used to receive calls, messages, otps etc.

                                  I recently visited india in feb 2019, and came back to usa in march 2019. But ever since i came back, my mobile network is not working, meaning i am not receiving any calls, msgs, otps or anything else.

                                  My phone has 1000/- balance as needed. I am sure you can do something from your end. I really appreciate any help.

                                    I have been using Tata Docomo since more than 2 years. I got this number in 2016 from Gujarat and now I am in Pune. Since a few months incoming calls are not coming on my number inspite of recharging the number with adequate amount. I want to port the number, but even porting process is stuck maybe because of the same issue. I have tried porting this number 2 times but its not working. I can change the number as it is linked with some important accounts. There is no network in my residential area so I need to step out of the house in order to use the number. Please resolve this issue as it is causing lot of problem as I am not able to recieve any calls.

                                        Hello, i recently got my docomo sim replaced because it suddenly lost signal. Got new sim from docomo dealer but still sim isn't activated and getting sim not provisioned error. Tried restarting, changing slot etc but no use. Still no network. Need solution asap.
