I m ragavendra. Using your sim card of tata docomo of number +91 [[protected]]. I here to say about by deactivated sim card. As i am out of station for an year from india. My sim has been deactivated. As my alll the information like bank, passport and all my accounts i please request to activate my sim card as soon as possible.
Please let me know how to reactivate my sim card

    Dear Tata docomo executive,

    My sim card is not detected in any hand set and the number i am using is very important since i am using the same for 8 years. All of a sudden, network connectivity is not establishing in any headset. Locality is Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Requesting you to support either to provide a duplicate sim/fix the existing one and the problem is tata docomo offices are not located nearby.

      Hello, this is sinduja from tamilnadu (India). I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card from around last 7 years. I am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers from almost last 3 months (As i feel may be this problem is older). When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I tried to contact tata docomo care their direct complaint number (198 or 121 or etc) doesn't work. Although i tried to contact with them on their tollfree number [protected] and other (Get from google) they say that my 10 digit number is invalid. And i am having trouble due to not able to send sms. Please help.

        My tata docomo connection is deactivated for last couple of days ([protected]) without any prior intimation and is showing as invalid number when try to call from other network. I am unable to contact with customer care service. I had been using this from more than 5years.

        Sir/madam my mobile number [protected] is deactivated. Please activate the same immediately and do the needful for the same...

          I'm using the tata docomo no from past 4years. I'm in out of station that's y i can't able to activate my so my no is disconnected so i have to activate my no. My no is [protected]. I ported my no from airtel to tata docomo. So pls give the priority to clear the issues as soon as possible. I want to continue this network. It's good to me. So kindly do the needful

            Hello,

            I have been using tata docomo for last 4 years. And it's been a few months i have not been able to use the sms services.
            Whenever i send a sms its shows "unable to send message tata docomo error 38" i have tried to get in touch with costumer care still no use. I tried soo many times to resolved it but couldn't able to sought out, please let us know the way to get it resolved.

            Tata docomo has stopped incoming calls to my number without notice. now they are asking for recharge. why would i have to pay for incoming calls?

              Hi, My No has been deactivated on 21st April 2019 without any details. Today when my brother called to my no somebody lifted the call. I have sent an email to customer care on 22nd April 2019 to look I to the issue it's been more than 24 hours I didn't got any reply from the customer service. Today I again sent an email and called to the customer care he told me that he will be transferring the call to higher authorities and put me on hold for more than 10 minutes. This is disgusting, my no is associated to many banks. I want my no back.

              1. I was unable to get the network, and when I tried to register the complaint it is showing as enter otp. When I don't have network how can I enter the otp. Docomo need to look into this issue. 2. Contacting customer support is not easy. This has to resolved

              Today I went to customer care centre and took a new sim card with same number. But the issue was same. So again in the afternoon I went to customer care centre again and tried to explain the issue to the representative. And in the evening I went to the care centre the representative took the sim from me and he inserted the sim in his mobile and changed the setting I e "automatically select network" and it worked.

              I'm using this number from the past 10 years and This was a bizzare issue I faced till date. Now the issue has been resolved. Thanks to everyone.

                  There is no calling from my sim after long talking to someone it will behaves to call ended suddenly and next day it will again call as usual but again after sometime it behaves same so this is very big problem faced by me i hope u understand my feelings either i will port my sim card please solve my problem as quickly as u are able to resolve this and too many problems i have faced with this sim i m very older user of this sim so i hope u are resolved my problem quickly

                    1. That at the outset, this grievance entail factual financial fraud on installation of nec sl-1000 epabx by nec reseller a. S. Strategic marketing services, 52/4, model town (West) opp. Navrang cinema g. T. Road, ghaziabad (U. P.) 201001.

                    2. That i (Hereinafter referred to as the “first party”) purchased an nec sl-1000 epabx from their reseller, dated 07.11.2017, from the addressee i. E. A. S. Strategic marketing services, 52/4, model town (West) opp. Navrang cinema g. T. Road, ghaziabad (U. P.) 201001 (Hereinafter referred to as the “third party”). The first party has been a consumer of the third party, and pursuant to such relationship, the first party after purchasing the equipment for the amount of. Rs. 63.720.00 - (Rupees sixty thousand, seven hundred and twenty only.),

                    3. Here, the first party purchased the nec sl-1000 epabx equipmnet, through a cheque on the instructions of the third party and performed her part of the contract by making payment for the equipment to the amount of rs. 63.720.00, including that of that voice logger for rs. 6, 500.00, and call details software of rs. 4, 500.00 which was paid to third party in advance.

                    4. That the first party was coerced by third party, sanjeev chaudhary to purchase additionally a voice logger for rs. 6, 500.00, and call details software of rs. 4, 500.00, in advance for the completing of installation, which was paid yet was never installed.

                    5. That the first party contacted (Hereinafter referred to) as the second party nec technologies india private limited, 101 to 116, 1st floor splendor forum, mathura road, 3 jasola district center, new delhi, delhi 110025 dated 08.10.2017 thru the website and was contacted by the second party who had referred this third party sanjeev chaudhary, the reseller, of second party. Third party who later on assisted and navigated the first party in buying the nec sl-1000 epabx equipment,

                    6. Thereafter, it was incumbent upon the third party as an obligation to acknowledge such payment and complete full and final installation. The first party after making the payment for the epabx, received a confirmation from the third party.
                    Chain of events
                    7. That, dated 08.10.2017 the first party mails a letter to second party india seeking for nec epabx installation. That in response the second party sends a reseller herein referred to as the third party a. S. Strategic marketing services to first party’s house for installation of nec sl-1000 epabx system,.

                    8. That dated 11.10.2017, representatives of third party varun and sanjeev chaudhary visits first party’s house for viewing at 11:30 am and leaves at 12:20. On the same day mr. Varun comes again at 5:15 and at 5:35 pm.

                    9. That dated 24.10.2017, third party, technician mr varun with another technician comes for hardware installation and assures the consumer that full work has been completed. Hence dated 06.11.2017, - first party pays the full amount of rs. 63.720.00, via axis bank cheque 333997 to third party.. However after making the payment when she checks her computer she realizes that the voice logger for the amount of rs. 6, 500.00, and call details software of rs. 4, 500.00 which was paid to third party in advance has not been installed.

                    10. Hence first party calls the second and third party both and informs them dated 06.11.2017, both these programs have not installed. Hence third party sends representatives ankit & varun who despite staying at first party’s house for full six hours only to inform that there is a software glitch and the programs could not be installed and will come again.
                    11. That ankit mehra was doing constituted the offence involving a computer, computer system or computer network located in india without the consent of first party.

                    12. The representative of third party knowingly or intentionally, destroyed or altered or source code used for a computer, computer program, computer system or computer network, when the computer source code is required to be kept or maintained by law that third party knowingly hacked with computer system. That the third party with the intent to cause or knowing that he is likely to cause wrongful loss or damage to first party therefore third party is accountable of destroying or altering information residing in a computer resource and diminished its value, utility thus injuriously by any means, committed hacking.

                    13. That dated 21.11.2017, first party files third grievance with second party, kiran mhatre again without any success. That dated 01.04.2018, first party comes back to india and talks to second party vijay sharma seeking for installation of software and again dated 07.04.2018, first party talks to second party vijay sharma, and he brings third party sanjeev choudhary & ankit 10:45 to 3:15 pm - who unsuccessfully trying to repair the infected computer but does not install the call logger or the audio software.
                    14. That dated 14.07.2018, second party vijay sharma confirms with first party and assures her that it will be installed.
                    15. That during the interregnum period the first party via e-mail and telephonic conversations requested the second party to clear the air regarding the purchase of voice logger and audio software; however, much dismay to the first party the second party and the third party consistently maintained that they will install it someday. The said stand of the second and third party was not only repugnant to the material evidence of the absence of installation but also unprofessional and uncanny so far as discharging their obligations.

                    That beginning 04.04.2018, upto today the first party has been requesting and talking with first party and others seeking resolution for this fraud by third party referred by the second party. That the second party took accountability and warranty for third party sanjeev choudhary and informed first party, that sanjeev choudhary’s father has expired he is mourning the death, and he will be contacting the first party once he recovers from the grief. That the first party has waited for nearly a year for third party mr. Sanjeev chaudhary to recover from his sorrow but appears that he is still suffering.
                    That dated 31.03.2019, a legal notice was mailed to third party for a refund of rs11000.00 yet first party has not received it till dated.
                    That the consumer is seeking a refund the amount of voice logger for rs. 6, 500.00, and call details software of rs. 4, 500.00 towards installation and purchase 10% interest for the period which you have illegally forfeited against the consumer
                    Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    My Tata Docomo Number is from bangalore. I am residing in Guwahati, since 2 years and my sim is not working. I need it for many official work. OTP cant come, neither I can call from it or receive call. Please, look towards my problem.My number is [protected]. This number is important for me. I have this number as my whatsapp number only right now.

                        My prepaid number has been disabled on[protected] without any reason. I called customer care to know the reason for the same. They asked me to replace the sim with a new one without giving any reason for disabling the number. They are also asking for rs. 50 for replacement. I do not understand in the first place why the disabled my sim and secondly, if there is something wrong on their side why are they charging me for their mistake.

                        I went to Tata Docomo office today. There was one person sitting outside the office and he was charging Rs. 100 for sim replacement and that also without giving the bill. There were many people doing the sim replacement. It is some kind of scam. How come sim stopped working overnight for so many people?

                          I have lodged two complaint regarding sim reissue enquiry both complaint are resolved with out giving proper response and resolution.

                          First complaint (Psr[protected]) is resolved on 17 april at 4.14 pm.
                          In this there was set of four numbers given of franchise of docomo but neither of them was able to solve the issue.
                          [protected] person replied that i am no more authorized dealer for tata docomo.
                          [protected] don't picked up the phone.
                          [protected] person responded that my phone is not working properly and it will be charged as rs.125 for new sim.
                          [protected] person directly demanded for rs.150 for new sim.

                          Second complaint (Psr[protected]) is resolved on 18 april at 9.18 am.in this there the agent not able to understand and resolve my issue.

                          Moreover sim upgrade or reissue is generally free of cost in any of the company at their outlet like airtel, vodafone, jio etc, how can u charge for it but if charging why the huge amount of rs.150.

                          My problem is my sim is old enough and i want micro and nano sim for the same number [protected].

                          I have already faced many illogical solutions from your agents, and no solution is given to be proper.

                          Requesting senior management to take desired steps so that my problem to get desired number sim [protected] of micro sim gets fulfilled.

                          Proper and logical answer is desired and phone number if given should be of proper and presently serving for tata docomo organization.

                          Note:- for more details and for proper solution is desired to be given on [protected] so that i can check and verify any sort of messages on above-mentioned number.

                          Response on [protected] as i already faced lot of inconvenience due to this.

                            I have internet speed problem from last 5 days in around krishna chowk pimple gurav. I complaint 3 times on tata docomo site but they response me solved issue but not solved. Out of that area my internet speed is good. I have asked many mobile shoppy owner. They also told about slow internet speed problem. I am facing this problem from last 5 days.
                            Also in customer care there is no option to speak with customer care representative.

                                Getting very poor service from Tata service center. Within 2 months of purchase I am facing this issue. Brake plates look rusty which is not acceptable for new vehicle purchase.

                                Service center is not able to fix noise after two attempts and they don't want me to mention this is feedback call from TATA motors.

                                Overall service provided by dealer service center is not satisfactory in terms of quality, communication and timelines followed.

                                  I am not getting incoming calls on my docomo number ([protected]). When my friends tried my no it's switched off.. when I tried to call customer service they are telling that no is not
                                  Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I have been entered wrong pin and sim has been blocked and asking puk code.
                                  My outgoing calls bared no showrooms in Vizag and the tollfree number doesn't connect such a worst customer care support my number 1 help me
                                  My tata docomo number is [protected] and frim last two months i am sending port [protected] to 1900 but not received porting code because sms is not sent to 1900 and reply is differed.If this is not solved then i will go to consumer court for this.so resolve my problem as soon as possible.
                                  I want to port my tata docomo number. But after recharging also Port msg is not going from ny number.

                                    Hi my mobile number is [protected], since international roaming is not supported by tata docomo i have raised for request for porting to airtel from docomo, but porting to airtel was not successful but the docomo number also got deactivated. I want to keep the number activated as i have liked it to my bank accounts. Please help in this regard to reactivate the sim.

                                      I sarvjeet singh kihna from v. P. O machhrauli wants to complain that i had given my land to install tata docomo tower and it was purely contract based for 15 years and its being 7 years of installation now suddenly i noticed in november 2018 that no rent is being credited to my account i had talked to them but there answer was company is in loss so we are not giving and some days ago they took there stuff or equipments without even informing... So my complaint is that when it was contract of 15 years than it is not my headache whether company is in loss or profit when they were having profit then they didn't gave me extra money so why in loss they are not giving my rent... I have all the documents regrading contract kindly pay attention on this behalf.
