I have a daunting challange to find a store with in a 4 to 5 km vicinity where i can convert my existing tata docomo micro sim (On 3 numbers) to nano.
Called up customer care and they gave a store address and number that does not exist, it is just a small prepaid recharge shop. Have visited several stores, but to utter surprise they do not have any tata docomo sim.
Can tata customer care help, especially when most providers are home delivering sim cards, what ails tata in their ability to do the same.

    Dear sir,
    I have paid for mca service then also my service is not activated till now. At the time of payment it is asked by docomo that within 6 hours your service will be activated.

    But today is more than 7
    48 hours no service has deen started.

    Caller no is not showing when my no is off, its saying you have 3 missal usual

    I[censored] don't want give service y u r charging docomo
    And cheating the customer
    Plz return my amount
    I m highly disappointed and porting my no,

    Plz refund my amount asap,

      Hello i am manoj, its been 20 day since i've recharged my sim and suddenly 3 day's earlier my incomming and outgoing calls are blocked even the internet is not working when i turn on mobile data it shows your account is at grace state my account balance is 37rs still i can not make any call (I am in roaming.) please help me out with it as soon as you can.

      Last month I am able to connect. Unfortunately I am not able to connect.

          We dont have any service provider in our village and due to this we can't call our family in India from abroad. TATA is having a Mobile Tower which is closed currently. Why TATA is not working to spread their network?

            Hi

            I am docomo subscriber. My number is [protected].

            I haven't did the prepaid recharge for my number for the past 2 months.

            As per the new plans, after non recharge for subsequent days the sim will be locked.

            But i haven't noticed it. Now my network for docomo is not available later i found that my incoming/outgoing is blocked. Also there is no network.

            So i kindly request docomo customer care to look into the issue and unlock my number asap. I have linked my number with bank. So immediately want my network to be alive.
            Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            On my tata docomo mobile [protected], all outgoing calls and sms are blocked without any reason or even informing me from 7th Match 2019. I don't have any outstanding bill payment pending.

            I tried readching out to their customer care, but no response. And the complaint register in website is also not working.

              I have been a tata docomo customer for the past 9 years and have moved to dubai last year. I was able to receive the bank messages, otp and other notification messages on my sim. But starting from feb 1st 2019, the sim is not receiving any network coverage so i am not able to get my important msgs live bank notifications and otp etc. This is causing a lot of issues with my daily transactions like fund transfers, password reset etc. Can you please help to resolve this issue?

                I disconnected tata teleservices several years ago and i was convinced that the account has been settled as my phone was also disconnected. All of a sudden, 2015 i started getting notices for payment. I tried to connect and explained to multiple officers but nothing happened.

                During 2016, the emails started flowing again from various sources and so called legal notices and collection agencies for recovery agencies. Once again i contacted tata teleservices and an officer shailendra sharma asked me to drop a note. I wrote to him several times and then there was no response. He stopped taking my calls.

                Subsequently there was silence. Again in 2019, i started receiving notices from some advocate deepak choudhary. I wrote to tata teleservices but there is no response so far.

                The demand is complete illegal. I disconnected and settled. They accept there has been no inward and outward cdr for the duration of billing but they still want to harass me.

                  Hi i am unable to receive incoming calls on my tata docomo number. I have done a recharge of 398rs for 84days. Please have a look my registered number is [protected]. I tried calling your customer care number but unable to reach. This is very disgusting service from a reputed service provider like you. Its been a month i am having this problem and don't know how to resolve it. Please refund my money and i will port my number. One of worst service provider.

                    Hi,
                    I am using tata docomo [protected] from morethan 5 years.
                    All my out going calls and messages are barred from my number without my request.
                    This is ridiculous.
                    When i called customer care, they say i requested for call barring which i have never done. I do not get proper response from the customer care, they act so irresponsible.
                    I want port my number to other network which provide better service.
                    But i am not able to port the number as the outgoing messages are also barred.
                    Please help to resolve the issue asap.

                      I use docomo prepaid no. [protected] last 2years but i have face some issues in network so i call 121, 123 there is no customer service facility available so i go docomo official site to get customer care number there written number is[protected] which newer connect by my phone so i call 198 there is only recorde sound like press 1 to acount press 2 for vas etc etc but if i press any key there is only sound of pressing key not even we select option from there so how we contact customer care officer.... Why u wrost network dont give to customer service...

                        I am using tata docomo sim from last 9-10 years and internationally from last 3-4 years. However recently i have notice that i am not getting network on my number when i am out of india. My number has balance and its more than 800 rs.

                            There is no mobile network in kannamvar nagar 2 vikhroli east mumbai 400 083 area from today morning. Ie., 11.03.2019. Please look into it very urgently. The data network is also very slow in this area for many days. It is as good as not there. We are using alternative methods for data usage. I am planning switch to other to network if the condition is not improved.

                                  I have been using one tata docomo number since so long as i have been transferred to some other location for shorter period of time and when i came back found my sim number is showing as invalid and i have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service and when i m trying to call customer care i am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network, kindly help me out in re activation of sim as its is very important for me.

I m trying to call anybody it just cut the phone and screen apperar 'call ended' if i call any toll free number it is works fine, internet is also fine but make call alwats says ends call so how i can talk anyone.in some number i contact works fine but many numbers where call can not connect.

                                      Tata docomo sim in not getting any network, tried to call all the number of tata docomo customer care, but all the numbers they have mentioned on email and their portal is wrong, i am not even able to connect to single one of them,[protected] &[protected]. I have been emailing them to their email id [protected]@tatadocomo.com but not recieving any good response,
                                      Search for all the tata docomo stores in indore mp, but none of the details are correct.
                                      This is my primary sim, all my contacts have this number, can close this number, i wont be able to port this sim to other network untill i will recieve network, please help me out. I have been stucked on this issue from last two months
