I got transferred to different location but i was using the same tata docomo number. I had to use another sim for 4 - 5 months. But when i switched back to my docomo number it is showing incorrect number, invalid number and whenever trying to call it is showing not registered on network. The reactivation of the sim is very important for me. Kindly help me on the same. I will be really grateful for that.

    I have been used tata docomo sim. I used to get 130rupees bill maximum monthly. They have sent 1727rupees for 1 month. I have talked to them about this but they didn't respond and sending messages to pay the amount. Now they have sent legal notice. This is the wrong way and blaming the customers. Please avoid this type of circumstances and take action on tata docomo for blaming customers by creating this type of false generating bills. I am attaching the bills that i have paid regularly.

      I have recharged my sim on 1st March for INR 35, but i am not able to receive any incoming calls/messages and also not able to do outgoing calls. It is saying services are temporarily stopped.         Suddenly my Tata Docomo number has been stopped from 7th MArch 2019.

        It was working for last 4 years. How can I port that number to Airtel?

        IT seems there is no working Customer Care number for postpaid numbers of Tata Docomo.

        121 /[protected]Toll-Free) - was only for PRepaid.[protected]Toll-Free) did not receognize my 10 digit number.

        Why company owned by esteemed Mr. Tata did not port all teh numbers proactively to Airtel? I felt really bad, after number was suddenly stopped.

          I am using tata docomo from past 7 years. I am out of country from past 2 years, till date (01-feb-19) i did not faced any issues but suddenly now network not working. Without any prior intimation they stopped the network. I am unable to complain in their site too as they are sending otp to the number as my number don't have network then how can i receive otp. I tried to call international roaming customer care number but they are not ready to take the complain and said send mail to customer care.

          Requests you to kindly do needful as my contact number linked to so many things.

            Hi sir, i blocked my sim card by mistake while going through security settings options in my handset. From then i am unable to use my phone since my sim card is blocked. Its asking for an puk code. I don't have any puk code to unblock my sim card. So, i now need a puk code to unblock my sim card. So, please provide me my tata docomo sim card puk code to unblock my sim card.

              Hi
              My docomo number [protected] was switched off past few months. But i was using my whatsapp from that number. Today when i turned it on, i was showing me "emergency calls only." and when i am calling on that number from some other number it's saying that the number is incorrect. Please resolve this issue asap. As that number is attached to all my bank accounts and many other important contacts. Reach out to me at [protected]. I am trying to contact you people via customer care but not getting any response.

              It's urgent. Please take this complaint in your priority list.

              I am using recently docomo 2 days continuely working still incoming calls doesn't received. The computer is telled THIS NUMBER INCORRECT what's this service my outgoing calls it's working. Pls resolve my problem

                My phone number was deactivated [protected]. I dropped an email but their is a negative reply from tata docomo saying it is not possible.

                Please let me know how it got disconnected without any information.

                    Tata Docomo signal suddenly not available in Malaysia.
                    I am using this SIM from last 4 years.I don't think its SIM issue, because i replaced the SIM just 5 months back.Could you please fix this issue ASAP as I am using my mobile number for bank accounts.

                      Tata Docomo — [protected] (sim registration failed)

                      Since a week i am facing a strange issue that my sim registration is failed... Kindly activate my sim asap... When i insert the sim it indicates as registration failed... Please active it asap... I even recharged my cell but i didn't get any message nor it's gettin activated

                      1) it searches for the network but it coming as network failed

                      2) i recharged my cell but still the registration is coming failed nor i am getting any balance.

                        We have a tata docomo connection, recently we got a mail stating the docomo transistion to airtel, when we called customer care they asked us to visit the stores, when we visited the employees are not responding properly and asked us to port, but the services are disconnected so how can we port. Incoming and outgoing services are also barred.

                        Kindly look into this matter on priority

                          Since a year im not able to send sms through my tata docomo no [protected]. not able to get atleast customer care service . they call only to remind to pay the monthly postpaid bill which is more than what is use .when they call me for payment I have asked to change my plan add sms service but they ask to call to [protected] and [protected] which never connect or give us service .atleast im not able to port because of this such worst tata docomo customer service .everymonth im paying more money and wasting it without use only for my mothers sake as she is using this no since more than 8 years.I got vexed with this tata docomo service atleast i wont get proper signals here .please help me resolve this issue with my no

                              Hello,

                              My docomo prepaid number previously showed a validity until nov 2028, but when i logged in today, it showed up as 2nd feb. 2019, although i last recharged on 19th feb 2019 (And this also shows up on the portal).

                              Seems tata docomo is bent on discontinuing services it is providing to me.

                              Please help, as i cannot afford to lose this number.

                                i have not recieved any resolution from customer support, they always says that they will call me next day, but not got any call
                                I am not able to call or send SMS through my Tata no [protected], prepaid kindly resolve and get back

                                And I am getting a SMS ' you are out of your grace state'
                                My sim is not working.

                                I am.getting message again and again of mcheck on tata processing. Please stop this.
                                I would like to deactivate my sim number [protected] as I have lost the sim . Please have this number cancelled urgently.

                                    My service provider TATA DOCOMO tells me that i ahve some missed calls and i can get details by sending sms GET to 52255.
                                    This use to give me details of missed calls on my number. But From past 1 month whenever the service provider sends SMS that i have miss called and i send GET sms to number- 52255 as mentioned, i dont get any details of my missed calls and 1rs charge is deducted without providing any service/detail/sms.

                                    I tried resolution of problem on customer care but customer care was even more pathetic and just kept my call on hold every single time.

                                      I applied for replacement sim for my number [protected] at pune and the person told me that it will be activated by 5 pm.in the evening it said sim registration failed. On calling docomo customer support number they asked me to recharge rs. 35.00 since balance was less.
                                      I did that and still it says registration failed. I have restarted my phone a number of times. I have been calling help for help, but they are asking to call 59059 from sim. When sim is not activated, how to call and verify is the question.

                                        I m shifted from odisha to chennai. After coming to chennai the sim was working fine. But from last few days if anyone is trying to call me it is showing incorrect number. But i am able to make calls. As it is my official number and i have given it everywhere i am facing a lot of problems because of this.
