new bill generated even after closing the connection

I raised a cancellation request for the broadband connection[protected] on 02-oct- 2018 and as per customer care executive comment, the connection is closed on 09-oct-2018.

Oct-2018 bill generated on 17-oct 2018 (amount 1297). I made that payment since i used the connection till 2nd of oct.

Now a new bill generated on nov-2018 when the connection is closed on 09-oct-2018.

I responded to customer...

old sim to reactivate

This is vignesh, and my ported docomo number is [protected] was active 3years ago. The same number was registered for whatsapp till last week but the sim was not active. I recently lost my phone and now cannot access to the same number on whatsapp. Please resolve this for me as i have very important contacts and all of my contacts are associated with this number....

mnp request

I have submitted a request to port out of tata docomo due to some issue i am facing. I have submitted the request to bsnl but haven't received any acknowledgement from tata docomo. It has been 5 days and tata docomo has still not accepted my porting request as per the online status. Also i am unable to contact any person through ther 121 or 198 no....

I am living in malaysia and was using tata docomo sim without any issue for more than half year now. But from last 2 weeks i am not getting any single for tata docomo in malaysia. If i remember properly this issue started on 31st jan 2019. I was unable to connect to any network.in kuala lumpur, malaysia. My sim was working fine till 30th jan 2019

This sim is important for me as all my bank sms comes to this sim only. \

Hello, i am k p shah from ahmedabad gujarat. I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card from around last 7 years. I am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers from almost last 3 months (As i feel may be this problem is older). When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". protective passport cover

I paid for 2 passport covers at psk on[protected] worth rupees 450. They said covers had been dispatched through speed post on[protected]. But i am not able to track the package as consignment number given by them is not valid and also i have not received the package yet.

wrongful bill!

I want to register a complaint against tata docomo for constantly harassing me for a wrongful bill charged on my account despite me discontinuing the connection long time back and providing them with the complete bill details and date of payment made along with the acknowledgement receipt. In a month, 10+ days it is not working..
In oct 2018, i had paid the bill for the september month but by mistake to another account. I raised a concern and shared the exact details and the account number to which i had paid the bill. They asked for the bill payment details and i had sent the bank statement too.

can send my port message from docomo

Sir i m sheshadri. My docomo no is [protected]. I want to port my docomo no becuse the docomo network is very poor in my area. For this whenever i m trying to send the port messege to 1900 its getting failed. I want to port my number but cant send the messege to the port no... Cant understand why this is happend... not getting incoming calls

Dear tata docomo team,

This is to draw your attention on the subject above.
I am not getting incoming calls.
If any person calling me it says no. Is not invalid.
I also did recharge of 35 to but it doesnt solved my problem.
Also, outgoing from the same no. Is open.

Please look into the issue about why my incoming is not active.

I am using tata docomo from past 15 years. I am out of country from past 5 years, till date (30-jan-19) i did not faced any issues but suddenly now network not working. Without any prior intimation they stopped the network. I am unable to complain in their site too as they are sending otp to the number as my number don't have network then how can i receive otp. I tried to call international roaming customer care number but they are not ready...
