Since a week i am facing a strange issue that my sim registration is failed... Kindly activate my sim asap... When i insert the sim it indicates as registration failed... Please active it asap... I even recharged my cell but i didn't get any message nor it's gettin activated

1) it searches for the network but it coming as network failed

2) i recharged my cell but still the registration is coming failed nor i am getting any balance

    Please not that i have recharged the same number with 10/-and i did received sms saying that recharge is successful but am not able to place the call. Request you to review and do the needful. My tata docomo number is [protected]

      On12/02/2019 recharged for rupees69+2mobile[protected] but transaction failed. 71rupees debited from my sbi account. Pl arrange refund. Iwaited till today. Necessary action appreciated

        I raised a cancellation request for the broadband connection[protected] on 02-oct- 2018 and as per customer care executive comment, the connection is closed on 09-oct-2018.

        Oct-2018 bill generated on 17-oct 2018 (amount 1297). I made that payment since i used the connection till 2nd of oct.

        Now a new bill generated on nov-2018 when the connection is closed on 09-oct-2018.

        I responded to customer care and their emails many times. Still no proper solution.

        Note:
        i already handed over the router and landline phone to executive and at the time of getting the connection, executives informed me that i have to just handover the router and telephone that's ot and there is no additional charges for disconnection. This 844 rs bill is saying exit charge.

        As I went out station, since from 15 days i am not getting signals, if it is my sim is deactivated . Kindly activate my same no. [protected]. As early as possible. When I call it shows no signals in your network. I am not getting in coming and out going calls. Kindly activate.
        For my number incoming calls barred and outgoing calls not going at all and even messages are not coming or going. When making Out going calls saying bill not paid, I did not understand what bill i need to pay, It is prepaid mobile. No messages are yet received for the pending amount. Customer care also not working.

          Incoming and outgoing calls have stopped. Receiving messages to recharge with unlimited pack or smart pact to continue service. I've already recharged with 10 twice and have balance in my number. But calls are neither coming nor going.
          On 1st Feb 2019, my Tata Docomo service suddenly stopped in Dubai. This number[protected] was registered with many credit card and bank accounts for OTP.
          Therefore I am in deep trouble as I am not able to receive any SMS. Earlier I used to receive SMS in Dubai for many years.
          Pls resolved my problem.
          I am not able to send the any massage.

          I have trying to send SMS to Port 1900, either message is not sent or even if its sent successfully I get reply system is busy. I having been trying this for last 2 months and have sent roughly 100 SMS.

          Tried contacting DOCOMO customer care but even that is closed.

            This is vignesh, and my ported docomo number is [protected] was active 3years ago. The same number was registered for whatsapp till last week but the sim was not active. I recently lost my phone and now cannot access to the same number on whatsapp. Please resolve this for me as i have very important contacts and all of my contacts are associated with this number.

              I have submitted a request to port out of tata docomo due to some issue i am facing. I have submitted the request to bsnl but haven't received any acknowledgement from tata docomo. It has been 5 days and tata docomo has still not accepted my porting request as per the online status. Also i am unable to contact any person through ther 121 or 198 no.

              Hi Guys,

              I have been using Tata Docomo SIM since last 10 years and never faced any issue. Even when in UAE, I was initially getting all the SMS alerts but all of a sudden the SIM stopped connecting to any UAE network now. I really need the SMS alerts so personal use.
              My docomo number is not working. I check in my mobile network is not there...and showing no service. I have 900 pluse balance. i ry to call customer care but not reachable.

                I am living in malaysia and was using tata docomo sim without any issue for more than half year now. But from last 2 weeks i am not getting any single for tata docomo in malaysia. If i remember properly this issue started on 31st jan 2019. I was unable to connect to any network.in kuala lumpur, malaysia. My sim was working fine till 30th jan 2019

                This sim is important for me as all my bank sms comes to this sim only. \

                  Hello, i am k p shah from ahmedabad gujarat. I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card from around last 7 years. I am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers from almost last 3 months (As i feel may be this problem is older). When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I tried to contact tata docomo care their direct complaint number (121 or etc) doesn't work. Although i tried to contact with them on their tollfree number [protected] and other (Get from google) they say that my 10 digit number is invalid.                       Hon'ble Sir, I have been using Tata DoCoMo sim for the last five years and now I want to port my sim to another network but my problem is that I am unable to send and receive text messages. In this condition I called the customer care but they redirected me to another city and I am unable to go there to get the problem sorted out.                             I want to register a complaint against tata docomo for constantly harassing me for a wrongful bill charged on my account despite me discontinuing the connection long time back and providing them with the complete bill details and date of payment made along with the acknowledgement receipt. This is along with the date of disconnection and my calls with the executive when i had discontinued their services.

                            It is shameful that you treat a customer like this, especially when i had been a customer for more than 9 years. They are completely unprofessional, have incomplete information on hands, and when i given them the details, they are adamant and rude, talking without any fact checking on hand, without the knowledge of talking to customers..

                            I strongly recommend strict action.

                                Had been a broadband customer of tata docomo.
                                In a month, 10+ days it is not working..
                                In oct 2018, i had paid the bill for the september month but by mistake to another account. I raised a concern and shared the exact details and the account number to which i had paid the bill. They asked for the bill payment details and i had sent the bank statement too.
                                I was assured that it would be reverted to my account and the issue would be resolved.
                                However, after 10 days the internet was not working and on asking they responded that it has been disconnected because of non payment.
                                By october end, i switched to another service and asked them to disconnect.
                                They refused to disconnect telling that it has been barred! After barring a connection, how do they charge for that connection is beyond my understanding!
                                Every month during the billing cycle, they keep adding money and send me the bill for payment.
                                They send 4-5 mails in a day and each time it is a new customer care officer asking the same thing.
                                I have shared the details and explained to every customer care officer.
                                One of the officer looked into the bank details and sent that the payment is done in november!! I am unable to understand that they do not even check the details of my account and simply without any diagnosis irresponsibly send emails.
                                I have even requested to assign a person for this issue and bring this to a logical closure.
                                I am aware that they are harassing me by doing this.

                                It has been now 4-5 months, but still the issue is not resolved and have been getting threat calls!!
                                On informing them of this, there have been no response from their side on the threat calls..
                                Looks like the team itself calls customers and threaten!

                                Customer support is of no use. I have been interacting with them almost from past 4-5 months and explaining them multiple times.
                                This has caused lot of mental stress and inconvenience to me.

                                Have not got any support in this matter yet. I still get threatening calls and rude calls from unknown people and asking why haven't I paid the bill.
                                I have sent all the documents related to bill payment, but no one has bothered to look into the details.
                                From this forum too, I haven't got any support to expedite the issue.
                                This is causing me a lot of mental agony.

                                      I am subscriber of tata sky dth bearing subscriber number [protected]
                                      Company is forcing to choose the channels individually instead of in packs like zee pack colors pack etc
                                      Now i request kindly file complaint against company as there is not any clear package available on the website. I contacted tata sky help line number instead of helping out me executive forced me to select the channels individually from website. Earlier executives were able to add the channels from there systems now they are not authorised to do that.
                                      I also emailed my complaint to the nodal officer of tata sky but nothing came out
                                      Tata sky dth company is cheating with customers by not giving the option to choose the complete the pack. Kindly check and file complaint
