Mera nam sandeep kumar hai. Mobile no. [protected] mere no. Pr last one month se internet use nahi krpa rhe hai or mere dwara custumer care call kiye jane pr mere no. Ko waiting list me dal diya jata hai or koi problem shootout nahi hoti. Mai problem se pareshan ho gya hu or maine ye socha hai ki mai tata docomo ki khilabh consumer se plan ka paisa ke balde dhoka dhadi krne or subhidha nahi diye jane se consumer cort me...

I raised a cancellation request for the broadband connection[protected] on 02-oct- 2018 and as per customer care executive comment, the connection is closed on 09-oct-2018.

Oct-2018 bill generated on 17-oct 2018 (amount 1297). I made that payment since i used the connection till 2nd of oct.

Now a new bill generated on nov-2018 when the connection is closed on 09-oct-2018.

This is vignesh, and my ported docomo number is [protected] was active 3years ago. The same number was registered for whatsapp till last week but the sim was not active. I recently lost my phone and now cannot access to the same number on whatsapp. Please resolve this for me as i have very important contacts and all of my contacts are associated with this number....

I have submitted a request to port out of tata docomo due to some issue i am facing. I have submitted the request to bsnl but haven't received any acknowledgement from tata docomo. It has been 5 days and tata docomo has still not accepted my porting request as per the online status. Also i am unable to contact any person through ther 121 or 198 no....

Hello, i am k p shah from ahmedabad gujarat. I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card from around last 7 years. I am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers from almost last 3 months (As i feel may be this problem is older). When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I tried to contact tata docomo care their direct complaint number (121 or etc) doesn't work. Although i tried to contact with them on their tollfree...

I paid for 2 passport covers at psk on[protected] worth rupees 450. They said covers had been dispatched through speed post on[protected]. But i am not able to track the package as consignment number given by them is not valid and also i have not received the package yet.

I want to register a complaint against tata docomo for constantly harassing me for a wrongful bill charged on my account despite me discontinuing the connection long time back and providing them with the complete bill details and date of payment made along with the acknowledgement receipt. This is along with the date of disconnection and my calls with the executive when i had discontinued their services.

Company is forcing to choose the channels individually instead of in packs like zee pack colors pack etc
Now i request kindly file complaint against company as there is not any clear package available on the website. I contacted tata sky help line number instead of helping out me executive forced me to select the channels...

If any person calling me it says no. Is not invalid.
I also did recharge of 35 to but it doesnt solved my problem.

I am using tata docomo from past 15 years. I am out of country from past 5 years, till date (30-jan-19) i did not faced any issues but suddenly now network not working. Without any prior intimation they stopped the network. I am unable to complain in their site too as they are sending otp to the number as my number don't have network then how can i receive otp. I tried to call international roaming customer care number but they are not ready...
