My name is riyaz from tamil nadu myself and my mom are using tata docomo since 2011. Now we have came to abroad for 3 months. When we arrived to this country we received the welcome sms. We are covered with your coverage for past 10 days we received sms. But from yesterday (01/02/2019) we didn’t get any sms and there is no network coverage and from your side we didn’t get any sms regarding of network or recharge. On this problem we didn’t able to get any otp of banks. We can’t able to transfer money ro home. We request you to resolve this problem as soon as possible

      Hi.
      I'm santosh mule. My complaint regarding about my permanent sim card.
      The sim card not showing network its showing only emergency calls only without any information. Even i'm using that sim card. I'm facing this problem from four days. And i'm now in international roaming (In dubai) and i did not get any customer service office hear so please help me let me out of this problem. Thank you.

        My tata docomo sim card has stopped sending texts and making calls. I have balance in my tata docomo sim card.

        I called many times to customer service executives and everytime they told me that sir do this, do that.. And 100% your problem will be solved... And nothing happened. Such a bad experience..

        I tried to dial #33*1234# and #35*1234# and it says the code is invalid or connection problem.

        I did recharge my account with many times like, (165.00, 35.00, 10.00, again 35.00) and when i dial a number it says because of nonpayment your outgoing services are blocked.

        One of their executives told me that sir your sim card is too old so for that do a request of sim swap (Replacement sim) and your problem will be solved and i went to the retailer shop and asked for the same and he charged me 120.00 rupees and give me new sim and said within four hours it will start and unfortunately after 24 hours nothing happened... Again i went to the same person he gave me another sim and same problem is happening it's 14 hours and the new swap sim doesn't work.

        I called customer service in the morning and asked for any reference about my new sim swap request and she said, sir we don't have received any request for sim card swap. Even after i get a confirmation text from company that we got your sim swap request.

          I did a recharge for an amount of rs. 148 on 30/01/2019. But, still, now i've not received any messages for a successful transaction. But, the money was deducted from the retailer's account. Please, help me to have a successful transaction as quick as possible and add the balance to my number. I don't know why it is happening and one more request, please connect to customer care who is speaking in tamil or english.

            In recent times i have recharged my docomo number [protected] for almost 3+ times the recharge amounts are 70 50 around 10 10 respectively without using any services still they have deducted all my money without any services running or dont i have called from that phone to anyone. Now the number is recieving the pop-up of your account is in grace period. How could is this possible and one more thing they are now demanding the recharge of rs 1000+ to activate my number. There is no notice and no money deduction message from the company and the balance is 0.

              My mobile number [protected] shows error as "sim card registration failed". I am very surprised by this. I want to know how this happened and how can i reactivate my sim card? I have a lot of services linked with my number. I want my number at any cost. Please let me know a pragmatic solution as soon as possible.

              I'm using [protected] number from last 6-7 years now, Suddenly Service provider blocked my number since I'm not recharging it frequently. when I ported to Tata DoCoMo. I've been told that my number has lifetime validity of incoming. All of sudden they put my number in grace state, please help me. I need my number to be reactivated immediately.

                I am facing some issue while getting the sim issue.

                  I’ve been using Tata docomo since 6yrs. Some days back it didn’t give network at all then somebody suggested to change the network opertor to Airtel IND so I did. It worked for a week.
                  But now no network since a long time. When complaining to your customer care number [protected] they say “this is not a valid docomo number”.

                    My tata docomo connection is deactivated for last three days ( from JAN[protected] without any prior intimation and is showing as invalid number when try to call from other network.I am unable to contact with customer care service. I am very frustrated when try contact customer care service. I have post my compliant to TATA Docomo customer care email, still I didn't receive any response.

                    There no retailer or outlet in our district any near by city. So i am unable to recharge .

                    The resolve the connection problem.

                      My tata docomo sim is not working. I am not able to receive calls on this number. Though the towers are showing on my mobile screen, it has become unfunctional. I got to know that through my friends. They complain why your docomo number is showing out of reach/switched off. So i decided to port my number. But i am not able to do that also. I send a message port [protected] to 1900 but i didn't receive any code. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                        A couple of days ago i had raised a request to port my number from docomo to vodafone for various reasons. I received a call the next day from docomo customer care providing me with offers that will let me continue to keep using the docomo network. I accepted it and was promised that the number porting process will be canceled so i can continue to use the said network. Hence, i recharged for rs.499 assuming i will keep using docomo. To my dismay, i see this morning that my number has indeed been ported to vodafone and the request was not canceled after all. I am now a vodafone customer. I tried calling docomo customer care to explain the situation to receive my dues but the agent denied it being their fault. When i asked them to transfer my call to their senior executive, the agent put me on hold for a long time & finally disconnected my call. This is clearly the agent's fault who promised the porting process to be canceled. I am very disappointed with service

                          Hi,

                          My tata docomo connection is deactivated without any prior notice. I was using my number : [protected] since 9 years. Now, i am not able to contact customer care number from the helpline number shared over the docomo site. I have tried reaching customer care via email and facebook chat, on which they are not considering my request and are providing the same template answer that account is inactivated.

                          Request your review, as i have been using the number since 9 years. I have requested the same with docomo, but failed to get any response.

                            My tata docomo number is showing as invalid number when others are trying to call me. I am unable to make outgoing calls too. Says invalid number message when others call. Please resolve asap. This issue started suddenly by morning.

                            Now i am unable to raise portability too.. I have linked my docomo number to the banks and other confidential information too.

                              My tata docomo number 808... Has no service. Some days before i got message to recharge and then message my out going and incoming calls stopped. I have my number recharge but still the service not start yet. This is my primary number it is link with all sources. I can't afford this number blocked suddenly. I request you guys please start services on this number today. I missed too many important calls due to this problem. I hope you guys understand. Otherwise i will port my number to some better service providers.

                                3. Why was only out going calls stopped if my sim validity is expired despite having balance and blocked to use my balance?? If my sim validity is expired then entire number both out going and incoming should have stopped.. How can they block only out going on prepaid sim???

                                  I am very much disappointed with TATA Docomo service. My contact number is +91 [protected]. My Out going calls facility on this number is currently not available .i have submitted All documents from Service Center.

                                  Then also i m not able to make outgoing calls, and Sms Every day i am calling to customer care but i am not getting any resolution.
                                  So many times I went to retailer shop, they have called/sent email to customer care.
                                  Then also my problem is not resolved. Still I am facing problem. Not able to make out going. I guess its a technical problem. They are not forwarding my call to technical department.

                                  Please help me to fix my problem as soon as possible.

                                    I have been using tata docomo sim card from past 3 years and 2 days back i got a message from docomo saying that incoming & outgoing services are stopped to my number. They have also deactivated messaging services so that i am unable to send a port request at least. I want docomo team to contact me on priority and reactivate the services to my number.

                                        Today i got an email from one advocate saying i have an outstanding amount from to be paid to tata docomo of 3868rs.
                                        Whereas i have an email with ebill of 12-july-2018 saying 0rs. Billable amount. And there is another email dated 28th july saying ' we wish to inform that on account of technical limitations we will be unable to continue the service in your area. The service will discontinue within 7 days from the date of this confirmation.

                                        Things to note -
                                        Our broadband service wasn't working for around 2-3+ months before june.
                                        We got an ebill dated of july having billable amount as 0rs.

                                        I have inseted my sim in my mobile two days ago. After that i recharged my docomo sim.. after two it is showing sim not provisoned.. so pls i want my sim to be activated. I[censored] will resolve this problem i will be grateful to you..
