Dear tata docomo team,

This is to draw your attention on the subject above.
I am not getting incoming calls.
If any person calling me it says no. Is not invalid.
I also did recharge of 35 to but it doesnt solved my problem.
Also, outgoing from the same no. Is open.

Please look into the issue about why my incoming is not active.

    I am using tata docomo from past 15 years. I am out of country from past 5 years, till date (30-jan-19) i did not faced any issues but suddenly now network not working. Without any prior intimation they stopped the network. I am unable to complain in their site too as they are sending otp to the number as my number don't have network then how can i receive otp. I tried to call international roaming customer care number but they are not ready to take the complain and said send mail to customer care. I sent mail to customer care mail id which they provided i. E [protected]@tatadocomo.com. Reply i received is "this is a business call as our international roaming alliances are not available as of now. So we shall not be able to extend and activate international roaming services".
    How can they stop network without any prior intimation and can give silly and foolish answer that this is business call.

    Requests you to kindly do needful as my contact number linked to so many things.

    Today i activated an internet pack of 1.4 gb per day(3g data as given)... in my tata docomo sim..and the net sppeds are pathetic as hell they dont even qualify as 2g...

    this is a fraud...i want my money refunded...

      My number which i'm using from past 6 years has been blocked without reason and it's coming it is due to the bill payment but my number is a prepaid number pls let me know the what bill i have to pay and costumer care people are also not telling what to do. I'm not finding new sim also and i couldn't port at this time my all details are stored in this number and also my business calls were from this number please help me out from this i'm not finding 1docomo store in bangalore worst service. They shoul have informed to port i have recharged it last week what my money

        I am using tata docomo prepaid sim since 2011. My prepaid docomo sim was working till 25 th january 2019. It got disconnected after that. I am using this number for all the bank related transactions. I have recharged the sim and tried. But still not working. I am keep on trying to contact the customer care. But no use. Kindly do the needful.

          My contact number +91 (*) has been deactivated since i was not using long time around 4-5 months, i want this number activation so please take necessary action because in many contacts i have given my number so please activate it as early as possible as it urgent for me so do as early as possible

            Hi,
            My name is tapas chatterjee. I have been using tata docomo broadband and mobile service for 4 years. Recently i recharge my docomo prepaid mobile but not able to send port sms. I want to port as the monthly charges applicable are not worth, as other operator service are cheap. When ever sending port sms its, saying low in balance. This is ridiculous. I want my number back to be ported or an efficient service.

            Start my port sms.

              This is irresponsible behavior of tata docomo by leaving their customers in problem by blocking their ir service. What we will do.

              Tata docomo is our primary number linked with banks / adhar and so many important services. Now simple just telling they stopped their ir service will create alot of issues when we are practically not in india. We need atleast sms services in order to get otp.

              Tatadocomo needs to solve this asap.

                I am in u. A. E., international roaming suddenly stopped on tata docomo sim, i sent email to their cutomer care. They replied that their international roaming alliance expired, as of now they will not extend ir services. How can they suddenly stop ir services? They could have continued their alliances without distutbing the services. I am in big trouble now as i can not use bsnking services and unable to reveive sms.

                Incoming calls barred without informing for both me n my mom number we both r facing so big problem trying to contact der number but it’s only ivr it doesn’t allow to connect to customer support how pathetic service, whichever number we calls it don’t allow to connect with cux care, without even informing how can dey stop d services suddenly

                  I have been using one tata docomo number since so long as i have been transferred to some other location for shorter period of time and when i came back found my sim number is showing as invalid and i have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service and when i m trying to call customer care i am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network, kindly help me out in re activation of sim as its is very important for me.

                    Hi, i have recently moved to netherlands and have tata docomo prepaid sim card having number [protected]. I am unable to receive any text messages and nether do i see any signal for my sim card. Could you please help me with it?
                    I am experiencing this from last thursday 31st jan 2019. I had moved to netherlands on 20th oct 2018 and have not done any recharge. I am not sure if this is the reason. But if so, please reactivate my number again and i will take care of the recharge.

                      Hi,

                      I requested cancellation of docomo braodband connection in aug-2018 as i shifted to new place.
                      Docomo requested me to transfer the connection which i agreed, meanwhile docomo team took 1 month to do area inspection and finally informed me that they are cancelling the connection.

                      Since then docomo team is harrassing me for the bill which was never raised for my utilisation. All pending bills were cleared till sept-2018. But docomo team charged me for period which they took for their area inspection.
                      And have been harrassing me to pay the pending amount which i should never be charged.
                      I received almost 1000 calls and each time i have explained them the case as each time different person will call.

                      As docomo team has no internal synchornisation, i escelated to seniors who assured me to close the file asap.

                      But unfortunitely now its 6 months and i keep receiving calls from docomo team for non closure of file.
                      This is serious breach of ones privacy by calling me for so many times.

                      I feel docomo is highly unoraginised team and with no proper tracking of complaints and they track only for money.
                      They need to look into being much more standardised being such a big company. Unfortunite they are spoiling tata brand which is highly regarded. : (

                        Hi,
                        I am using tata docomo postpaid line. Now i wanted to port my number to airtel because of network issues. So i have raised porting request. For the first time the porting raised by airtel to tata docomo was rejected due to billing issues. Immediately the next day i did complete payment. Even i have done one month advance payment. After that i have raised a request atleast 10 times in airtel office. But when i call tata docomo customer care, they always say that they have not received any request. I have fed up with this issue.in airtel office they showed their screen as well to confirm that the request has been raised from their end, but there is no such facility for tata docomo. Please help me to get my number ported.

                          Hello,
                          I had been using TATA DOCOMO services since 2009. Lately, I have been away from India (in Canada) since July 25, 2018. As a matter of fact, I use a Canadian local number here. I use my TATA DOCOMO Indian number in my phone to receive OTPs for banking and other important services.

                          Recently I came to know that my number ([protected]) has been deactivated since January 16, 2019. As per TRAI regulations, I am liable to get a grace period of 15 days( see point V in document attached- TRAI guidelines) to recharge my number to retain its validity. I tried to do so on January 29 but failed, denoting the number to be invalid. I immediately (January 30) contacted their customer support who said that the number has been disconnected and it's not possible to reactivate it again (Please see trailing mail from TATA DOCOMO customer service). As I was within the 15 days grace period, it's ridiculous how the service provider made such an action. In addition to that TATA DOCOMO service provider support was negligent even to address my issue properly and kept on telling that the number was not possible to reactivate again.

                          Needless to say, how important the number was for me- especially linked with my Aadhar, three Bank accounts, PAN and other Government sources, I am in great trouble. I have my hands tied also, being outside India presently. I would request you to look after the matter in all concerns and revert back to me with a solution. Please do not hesitate to ask for any further requirements.

                            I am using my tata docmo sim from past 7 years and it is the primary number for all of my contacts and transactions.
                            I moved to london for 9 six months and it is not working here, unable to do anything as there is no network and i am stuck.
                            It is really urgent for me..
                            Earlier i was unable to make calls but atleast i was receiving messages but not no signal, no messages and even i tried loading my prepaid sim several times as well but nothing is working and i am unable to access my important and necessary apps as well.

                            Taken a new DOCOMO replacement sim bengaluru store 2 days back. But still its not activated. Submitted all the documents.
                            Resolve this immediately.

                            Hi, My docomo stopped working as well and when checked with Customer care they said international roaming alliances has ended and are not extending international roaming anymore. This is ridiculous to stop the services abruptly. Was wondering what to do next..Any ideas welcome ?

                            Same in usa, Its getting worst as every transactions now asks for OTP and its so difficult to proceed if no recent travel plan to india

                                  When anybody is calling me the IVR says that the number is not valid. Also, I am not able to call any of the customer care numbers I found online. Whenever I call a customer care number It is saying invalid number or please check the number. What is happening to the service ?

                                    It gives pop up message saying your account is out of grace period each hour it keeps popping up though I have recharged my number it's very annoying even at night it keeps beeping please resolve sometimes the network goes off suddenly and comes back I tried calling customer care but could not reach my calls also don't connect because of this issue

                                        My name is riyaz from tamil nadu myself and my mom are using tata docomo since 2011. Now we have came to abroad for 3 months. When we arrived to this country we received the welcome sms. We are covered with your coverage for past 10 days we received sms. But from yesterday (01/02/2019) we didn’t get any sms and there is no network coverage and from your side we didn’t get any sms regarding of network or recharge. On this problem we didn’t able to get any otp of banks. We can’t able to transfer money ro home. We request you to resolve this problem as soon as possible
