i have been charged for rupees 48.3 on notice about gamepad 49. which i have not subscribed

I have been charged rupees 48.3 for and service like gamepad49. I have not even subscribed. This is really shamefull from the comapany. The things which r not know they deduct money for that.
I want my refund back. If not you will loose all ur customers for sure.

I requst you to return my balance and take an action on this unauthorized deduction of my balance....

porting network option is not available in tata docomo.

Hi i am Thirish,
I am not able to send port message from my tata docomo number ([protected])
When i talked to customer care they give me number #33*1234# to call and said that this will solve the problem.
But this soln also did not work for me
In my area tata docomo network is very poor so i want to port my number
But i think company does not want that so the blocked messanging on my number....

complaining about balance deduction through auto deduction

Hi, i am using tata docomo gsm service. My number is [[protected]]. Today i found 75.49 and 45 rupees has been deducted from my balance for subscription of chitchat and musicslate45 automatically. I haven't subscribed for those two services.
Please, do the needful to get back my balance that has been deducted from my number 2 times that i haven't subscribed....

I have been using the same sim card since 4 years. The sim card was quiet old. One day it suddenly stopped working.

tata docomo worst service from customer care

Complaint no:[protected]

This complaint i had registered on 27th dec 2018 that my link is down and i had clearly mentioned that it is link issues. I was told a engineer would visit my place on 28th dec 2018 and my issue would be resolved by 28th dec 2018 (9 pm).

regarding network unavailability

Hi, today i am at hamidia road bhopal m. P. And my both tata docomo numbers showing no network from last 4 hours. I have restart my phone several times but doesn't work. I'm unable to get otp and sms from bank

I sometimes don't get otp message and i have to wait for hours to get otps.. Also i don't get all the messages, like if i want to get a reply from any service number like of a bank eg: to check if my hdfc debit card has an emi eligibility. It's my fav number and using for like 8 years.. It's troubling me a lot this year. Please help me with what exactly the problem is and what can be the solution for it....

charged 27 for funbazaar games which i didn't opt for.

I received a message at 1:20 pm on28th december saturday.
"hi! You have subscribed to funbazaar games at rs27 for 6 day (S). Due for renewal on 04-jan-2019. To stop, dial or sms stop to 155223 (Tollfree)."
I clearly remember my self of not opting to any such service.
If want my money back and i'm going to port my sim if this continues.
Why and how does this happen?
I absolutely do not recommend this company....
