I am thangaraju from avadi, chennai i am not able to send or receive sms. I also tried this sim in other mobile but sms is not working. Tata docomo cc could not contact. I have send email but no proper answer. Please help me to over come this problem. All tata docomo brand stores are closed in chennai. If any source who can help at chennai please let me know.

    Dear ir/madam,

    I have lost my mobilie phone with tata docomo no.[protected].
    I have got new replaced sim with the same no with paying of rs.100/-. On 5th jan 2019at tatadocomo retailer at visakhapatnam. Soonafter receipt of sim msg sown that sim activated within 5 hrs. Till now it is not activated. Matter is most urgent. Please do the needful.

      I have been charged rupees 48.3 for and service like gamepad49. I have not even subscribed. This is really shamefull from the comapany. The things which r not know they deduct money for that.
      I want my refund back. If not you will loose all ur customers for sure.

      I requst you to return my balance and take an action on this unauthorized deduction of my balance.

        Hi i am Thirish,
        I am not able to send port message from my tata docomo number ([protected])
        When i talked to customer care they give me number #33*1234# to call and said that this will solve the problem.
        But this soln also did not work for me
        In my area tata docomo network is very poor so i want to port my number
        But i think company does not want that so the blocked messanging on my number.

          Hi, i am using tata docomo gsm service. My number is [[protected]]. Today i found 75.49 and 45 rupees has been deducted from my balance for subscription of chitchat and musicslate45 automatically. I haven't subscribed for those two services.
          Please, do the needful to get back my balance that has been deducted from my number 2 times that i haven't subscribed.

            As i work in other state so my local docomo sim was at roaming and suddenly it got deactivated and i was unable to reach near docomo service but all my bank account is been linked with that number so i need to re-activate my number, please help me short out this issue.

            First of all my sim was working is other state and i use to recharge my roaming pack every month, but in a month i forgot to recharge my roaming pack and the sim was deactivated without any intimation.

            On that time i was busy and unable to complaint for sim deactivation now it is urgent to issue that sim again because all my banks are linked with that number also my university and other places i have provided that number, now i getting so much issue without that sim.

            Please help me out to short my issues.

              I have been using the same sim card since 4 years. The sim card was quiet old. One day it suddenly stopped working.
              The sim card is not getting detected at all in my phone. (I still use the same mobile).
              Now its been more than a month that my sim card is not working. As i was busy i couldn't reach out for any customer service.

              Docomo charged 189 for VAS services which I never ever requested. Customer care not responding and when I sent mail, received response that VAS activated through SDP mode...I never done this..the response was really bad and complete lie as I have deactivated VAS services 3 years back...

                Good evening sir/madam,
                Today my phone bearing no. [protected] was switched off as it was not charged since yesterday. So I hv not used my phone whole day.Evening wen I charged it & switched it on I noticed that there was a message saying RS.16.14 was deducted from my account for some playoff service for which I have not opted at all!! When I called Tata Docomo customer care, they are saying I have subscribed. How can I subscribe or give consent for a service I hv not heard of, that too wen me phone was switched off!!!? This is not first time, TATA DOCOMO people are biggest cheaters, looting their customers in bright day light. Customer care people make you wait for hours together for connecting to their executive, then they say there is System problem and ask you to call some other time. Worst system, customer enemy system full of looters and cheaters. RS.16 is not a big amount, bt I want it back in my account as I am not willing to give my hard earned money to these looters.

                After online submission of complaint on their website, finally a sensible officer contacted me today morning, he understood what went wrong and refunded RS.16 into my account balance. I have requested him to see to it that these disturbances do not repeat in future.

                Finally after online submission of complaint on their website, a good and sensible officer of Docomo contacted me today and understood what went wrong. They have refunded RS.16 into my account balance. Thank you and please see to it that these disturbances are not repeated in future.

                  This complaint i had registered on 27th dec 2018 that my link is down and i had clearly mentioned that it is link issues. I was told a engineer would visit my place on 28th dec 2018 and my issue would be resolved by 28th dec 2018 (9 pm).

                  Today is 31th dec evening, no action is seen. Only thing happening is i have given upteen calls for tha last 3 days to your [protected] number who only assure me that we are escalating it and the team will look into it.

                  This has only added frustration and i am tired of doing follow ups. Hope my email reaches out to right people who can take the right actions.

I have done network search manually but it is not showing tata docomo, it is only showing tata. When i select tata it doesn't connect.                         There are no vas and services acctivated from me. Still my data balance is 1857.23 mb and validity is 17/01/2019. Customer care executive say me that after your confirmation we activate this service.
                        We have not request send or say to activate vas service. Then how they received confirmation. They are not refumd my amount rs.12.51. Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
                        Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
                        Every time i have facing this problem.
                        How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

                            I sometimes don't get otp message and i have to wait for hours to get otps.. Also i don't get all the messages, like if i want to get a reply from any service number like of a bank eg: to check if my hdfc debit card has an emi eligibility. It's my fav number and using for like 8 years.. It's troubling me a lot this year. Please help me with what exactly the problem is and what can be the solution for it.

                              I received a message at 1:20 pm on28th december saturday.
                              "hi! You have subscribed to funbazaar games at rs27 for 6 day (S). Due for renewal on 04-jan-2019. To stop, dial or sms stop to 155223 (Tollfree)."
                              I clearly remember my self of not opting to any such service.
                              If want my money back and i'm going to port my sim if this continues.
                              Why and how does this happen?
                              I absolutely do not recommend this company. Even their signal strength is weakest among all the mobile service providers

As per your concern you have been made this recharge through indiaideas application. Indiaidea application is a third party application. Hence, we request you to kindly contact indiaidea application for further assistance." please refund my money.

                                    It has been almost 6 years i am using tata docomo sim and always happy with it's services, but from the last 1 week, i was not having a single signal on the network and when tried to visit any brand store in hyderabad, learnt that all of them are closed a couple of months ago. We understand that airtel & tata docomo are planning to merge and are waiting for the same, but all signals cut down without any prior notice to the customers? How rude is this? This is highly affecting the individuals as mobile number is connected to multiple other sources for connectivity.

                                      As the number is very important for me and i don't want to change it. But i am suffering a lot due to this. Being a tata docomo user for many years, i am expecting that you will take an appropriate action for problem soon.

                                        Hello, this is dilip from banglore. I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card from around last 9 years. I am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers from almost last 3 months (As i feel may be this problem is older). When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I tried to contact tata docomo care their direct complaint number (198 or 121 or etc) doesn't work. Although i tried to contact with them on their tollfree number [protected] and other (Get from google) they say that my 10 digit number is invalid. And i am having trouble due to not able to send sms.

                                        Hello.. I have'nt been using tata Docomo sim card since 11months and it was deactivated. I want to reactivate my Docomo number and change it to Airtel. I want the same number as it is very important. I like to take the same number.
                                        My number is [protected], from last few months i was not using it, now it is showing registration failed gallery in navi mumbai also got closed, what should i do?
