Complaint marked as Resolved After online submission of complaint on their website, finally a sensible officer contacted me today morning, he understood what went wrong and refunded RS.16 into my account balance. I have requested him to see to it that these disturbances do not repeat in future.
Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Dr.mahesh D R Finally after online submission of complaint on their website, a good and sensible officer of Docomo contacted me today and understood what went wrong. They have refunded RS.16 into my account balance. Thank you and please see to it that these disturbances are not repeated in future.
