I have had my sim card expired (Which might be normal), called docomo customer care for help (Select whichever language lands up talking to hindi cc who have no sense of talking). I was asked to get sim replaced with docomo showroom - btw docomo showroom is shut down for beyond 3 months across bangalore (Cc has given multiple addresses to get sim replaced, wouldn't they know showrooms are shut???). I now understand docomo is merged with airtel, contacted airtel for sim - although customer care are helpful, airtel showrooms took my number, said couldnt do much without port out number and asked to leave.

I have my passport stuck for police verification who are unable to connect with me. I have my banks and other important links with my number. I have been using my number for 10 years now and hung between docomo & airtel's table tennis.

@tatadocomo - have some decency in informing customers on the merger than leave them hanging.

@airtel - educate your showroom staffs to be polite.

    I having tata docomo pre paid sim iam using this sim last 4 to 5 years. Sms is not sending by my tata docomo number since one month i have contacted to customer care but the problem is not solved so please reslove this problem.i have used all customer suggestions but the problem is not solved. I have recharged my mobile but sms are not sending only problem is sms out going is not working for tata docomo number and incoming is work so please kindly requesting you to as soon as possible solve this problem.

    Sms is not sending bt tata docomo number
    I am using tata docomo number since many years. but for few days this number was not in used and right now number is showing invalid. Iplease resolve the matter.

      This complaint is regarding tata docomo internet service provider.
      I have requested to close my internet connection by email on 18-dec-2015
      And tata docomo did not closed connection till feb 2016 so they were sending
      Bills for january 2016 and feb 2016 months, which is fault of tata docomo.

      Now they are bothering me by sending email and sms to pay bills for those 2 months for which service had not been used.

        I am not able to send port message from my tata docomo number [protected]. When i talked to customer care they give me number #33*1234# to call and i do same. But this solution did't work. Please resolved this problem asap.

          I am using my sim card for about 4 years, i have been regularly recharging the numbet. Recently i moved to paris, even in paris i have recharged two times. All of sudden i am gettimg sim card not provisioned error, which doesn't make any sense to me. O tried to recharge the number online ome more time, but now it says incorrect number. I cannot recharge and also i couldn't use the number. The number being associated with all my banks that adds further trouble. I couldn't do any transactions on my bank even for emergency situations.

            It's been 3 days i m not able to call or get calls on this number:[protected]. Data connection is working is working but call and sms are not. I guess it's due to *33*1234# i don't know how to disable it. Please help me and disable it asap. It's my business number and i facing lot of issues because of that.
            Before i had issue with outgoing of sms later it was solved by dialing some ussd codes but after that next day this issue has started. I tried calling *002# but didn't work now only hope is customer care so please help me out of this asap.

              Hi,

              This is leela from andhra pradesh. I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card, i am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers from last 8 months. When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I tried to contact tata docomo direct complaint number (198 or 121 or etc) it doesn't work and even i tried to contact with them on their tollfree number. I am having trouble due to not able to send sms. Please help.

              I got message from Tata Docomo that the issue was resolved, but I am still facing the issues, I am unable to send messages and also I am getting R symbol at the network symbol but I am not in roaming location

                Hi there,

                I work in malaysia and uses my docomo number as primary number for whatsapp & banking services.
                Everything was working correctly but it suddenly started showing no network from the last 5 days. It got automatically deactivated without any warning/message.

                So please reactivate it asap. Very very bad service from docomo product : (

                It gives me big loss and lots of tention...

                  Docomo has stopped service on my number without any notice. From 1 dec my outgoing and incoming call is working and no signals also. How they can stop the service without any notice. I am using that number from last 6 years and now they suddenly stop the service. Now please tell me how i can port my number to airtel or vodafone because i am not able to send the sms now. Please take the action against them asap. There customer care number is also not working.                     Sir, i am tata docomo user since 9 years. I have never faced such an issue before. But since 7-8 months, i am constantly trying to message but the services are not available. When i send a message it shows error no-96.
                    As the number is very important for me and i don't want to change it. But i am suffering a lot due to this. Being a tata docomo user for many years, i am expecting that you will take an appropriate action for problem soon.

                      Hello, This is kausik pawar from mumbai. I am having a Tata Docomo Prepaid sim card from around last 4-5 years. I am having issue with sending and receiving SMS from / to my number from last 2 weeks. When I am sending an sms it always says "Message not Sent". And even I am not able to receive a single sms from any of the number. Tata Docomo guys says that there is no issues with the network but here most of the times I am having issues even with the incoming calls and due to that I have to forward my number to another number. I have called the Customer care several times but the issue has not been resolved from last 2 weeks. And I am having trouble due to not able to receive import sms from my Banking and financial related details. Please help. Thanks, Kaushik

                        Unknown value added services has been activated on mob without doing any activation. Then after I had called CUSTOMER CARE for complaints now service has been deactivated but m not getting refund. I need it refund.
                        However I want it. I told him to transfer to Ur senior I was like n ### holding mob from n hrs but no one received my call. Hell service Tata docomo providing.

                          I received yesterday a legal notice from one advocate named deepak choudhari based in delhi asking me to make payment of rs.418 for dues of 2010.
                          I had called up tata docomo and disconnected my account with them a/c no.[protected] long ago in 2010
                          As amount was small and i didnt want to get entangled in any legal issues i made the payment. But before sending notice the advocate / company should have called me up.
                          I used to receive some messages to make payment from bulk message system with no connection/link for making payments what so ever.
                          This is sheer extortion on the part of the company whereby someone in tata did not close and i was forced to pay by sending legal notice.
                          If tata has any respect left they should make payment back to me. Its not about the amount its the credibility of the organisation. If not paid i vow not to use any tata products in future.

                            I've been using this (+91 [protected]) sim for last 5 years. It was working well and I am satisfied with it.
                            But suddenly from today i am not able to call any one. when i am trying to call it says"you are dialing a invalid number. please check the number you have dialed". and further i realized that no one is able to call me also. When they are trying to call my mobile shows switch off.
                            I thought it a problem of validity. I recharged for Rs.23/- and got the validity for 28 days.
                            STILL it shows the same.
                            Please resolve it as i am not able to call customer care also.

                              I am using the tata docomo number[protected] from last 2 to 3 years
                              I was out of town for 2 months,
                              And when i came back and checked my sim card was not getting network,
                              And when checked with tata docomo support,
                              The number is showing deactivated,
                              The number was deactivated without any notice or mail.
                              Please help to get it resolved as all my personal contacts and bank details are synced with this number its getting really tough now,

                                My docomo service down from last 15 days. I stay in mexico but from last 5 months i was having docomo network without any issue but now my docomo service gone and i am unable to understand the exact issue.
                                I have contacted docomo customer support they told me that my network gone temporary but still issue not resolved.

                                  2008 they install there mobile towers on our house and went in the contract for 15 years. Till last 2 months everything was going smooth, now all of a sudden they have stop paying the monthy rent. When we call them they dont respond, now they are saying they dont the tower so they are talking to jio to take over the tower. Point is it hardly matter to us who is using the tower. Our point is we have given it on rent and need our rent on time. Its as simple as that. You have taken it on rent on a contract basic. Now if you stay here or not that is none of our concern. The rent should be on time. Dont force us to take the matter to court.

                                    Could you please tell the exact reason?
                                    If you guys are problem with tower issue can you provide portability number to me? It will be very useful for me to change other network.

                                    I was periodically recharging the sim card at regular interval at a cost of 150rs, but still from yesterday on wards i dont get any tower coverage or no coverage on my mobile,

                                    Try to help me to get portability code, so that i can easily move to other network if it is really any issue.

                                      My account no.[protected], I have been trying to contact the Tata docomo team to disconnect my broadband network
                                      However there is no response and they continue send me bills every month, I am no longer using the service
                                      Need to discontinue the service immediately.
                                      Also I have tried continously to reach the customer care number but there has been no one receiving the calls
                                      Worst service ever!

                                        I am getting this message stating that a balance of Rs5780 is long overdue on my Tata Tele Broadband a/c no.[protected]. Pls pay immediately. I am not the account holder. I have never used any tata docomo product or service. I have complained about it numerous times through emails, their community support pages and by speaking to customer care executives. Everytime, I am assured of resolution to this problem, but it never stops.
