This complaint is regarding tata docomo internet service provider.
I have requested to close my internet connection by email on 18-dec-2015
And tata docomo did not closed connection till feb 2016 so they were sending
Bills for january 2016 and feb 2016 months, which is fault of tata docomo.

Now they are bothering me by sending email and sms to pay bills for those 2 months for which service had not...

I am using my sim card for about 4 years, i have been regularly recharging the numbet. Recently i moved to paris, even in paris i have recharged two times. I work in malaysia and uses my docomo number as primary number for whatsapp & banking services.
Everything was working correctly but it suddenly started showing no network from the last 5 days. It got automatically deactivated without any warning/message.

My docomo service down from last 15 days. I stay in mexico but from last 5 months i was having docomo network without any issue but now my docomo service gone and i am unable to understand the exact issue.

2008 they install there mobile towers on our house and went in the contract for 15 years. Till last 2 months everything was going smooth, now all of a sudden they have stop paying the monthy rent. When we call them they dont respond, now they are saying they dont the tower so they are talking to jio to take over the tower. Point is it hardly matter to us who is using the tower. Our point is we have given it on rent and need our rent on time....
