Hi,

I am getting this message stating that a balance of Rs5780 is long overdue on my Tata Tele Broadband a/c no.[protected]. Pls pay immediately. I am not the account holder. I have never used any tata docomo product or service. I have complained about it numerous times through emails, their community support pages and by speaking to customer care executives. Everytime, I am assured of resolution to this problem, but it never stops.

Some highly unprofessional girl called me and hung up the phone without verifying details.
I am still getting the messages. I want to know if there is any other way I can sue these ###.

    Have been charged a sum of rs. 49 for a service called "gamepad49" for which i didn't even subscribe to
    I received a message saying that i've been charged 49 rupees for the same
    Such deduction from my balance is utterly shameful on the part of my service provider and i expect reparations in the form of a refund at the earliest, if they wish to not lose.

      Hello! This is pranay from hyderabad
      I have problem regarding sending of sms from my tata docomo number from past 6months. Iam using this sim from past 4years. I cant send sms to any other from my docomo number. I shows that "failure in sending message". I tried to contact the tatadocomo customer care number (121) but it is not working. Help me in solving this problem as soon as possible as it is necessary to me to send the messages to others

        Tata docomo has barred all the calls and sms in my sim card in chennai circle. I am not able to send the port request sms. I tried all the local addresses of their service centers, all are closed. I haved tried reaching their customer service[protected] thru my airtel number.
        The number is always busy and i am not able to reach them.
        If i try to send an online complaint request, it says that the mobile number is invalid and i will not be able to send request even.

        Please help me generate port sms

          I am using dual sim sim phone in that docomo sms is not working where as other network sms is working i already sent a mail but even though i did not get any response please rectify my problem and please try to solve it soon not only that balance also recently i recharge for 23 rupees that balance is not visible. It is showing only 6 rs balance please try to solve it soon.

          Dear Support,

          I am user of MP circle and I am unable to send any SMS from my Tata Docomo mobile number. Because of this I am unable to generate UPC. Please let know if there is any other way to generate UPC, the sim is active and in possession.

            Hi, 20 rupees was deducted from main balance without my knowledge. I have not activated any service. This is not fair, highly unethical way of doing business. This is my alternate number, and i use it less, but i always check the balance. Please refund my 20 rupees or i will be left with only one choice and that will be to port to other network. I hope the issue will be resolved as early as possible...

              I have complaints so many times regarding the network issue but the tata docomo is not taking any action seriously.my latest complaint no. is PNR[protected] and mobile no.[protected].
              every time docomo resolve the complaints from its sides but the issue remains there.there is no network of docomo in area, pincode of area is 560020 i.e seshadripuram, bangalore.if docomo is incapable to provide the service then please inform, we switch to some other network.

                Since today morning I am not receiving any call in my docomo number.
                I am not understanding without informing me how Tata docomo blocked my incoming calls.

                Even I tried to reach customer care but I did not get any proper response from them.
                Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, otherwise I will change tata docomo network to other network.

                  Last night Rs.49 is deducted from main balance for the subscription of beach_models_shf which I have not done.
                  Customer care service is not proving the full details of this. Please refund my money, i want my Rs.49
                  My Tata docomo number is disconnected. My number is connected to many other official sites and account. The number is disconnected without notifying me. Now I'm facing problem because my number is disconnected. I want the number back as soon as possible. So reactivate my number as early as possible.

                    I was not using my tata docomo sim for one year cause i lost it but did not block the sim card. Recently i found it in my house and now i want to use it again. So i inserted the sim card and the error is sim not provisioned. What can i do to restart my sim card? Also ther is no tata docomo service center open nearby and the customer care no does not respond.

                      My phone number [protected] suddenly dropped all network signal and isn't working. I contacted tata docomo through twitter, gmail and their toll free number[protected] multiple times but no resolution.in fact, the customer care executives just repeat the same thing (Set network manually) to which i respond there are no networks detected. This has been going on since a month.
                      I request them to send the port code to my e-mail to which they don't reply or say talk to customer care. They say go to nearest outlet but all the tata docomo stores are permanently closed in bangalore. I humbly request the resolution of my problem.

                        I diwakar reddy. Using your sim card of tata docomo of number +91 [[protected]]. I here to say about by deactivated sim card. As i am out of station for an year from india. My sim has been deactivated. As my all the information like bank, passport and all my accounts i please request to activate my sim card as soon as possible.

                        We regret to inform you that your number +91 [protected] is disconnected on 20-sep -2018 due to non usage greater than 90 days and balance less than rs. 20/-, hence we are unable to process your request of reactivation as any disconnected same number cannot be reactivated.

                        I lost my mobile on 29-11-18 night It has Tata Docomo Sim having no. [protected]. I have registered the complaint with local Police Station I want to lock this SIM and get new SIM of the same no. How can I get it?
                        I have recharged total of about 400 rs 3-4times and every time I recharged balance got to be zero or nill. There is always no amount left in my phone..plz check or we need to change the subscriber. [protected]

                          This is sonu kumar, i had a number of tata docomo, which has been lost quite a long ago, about 4 years back, i want to reactivate it again, either postpaid or prepaid, both will work, it was of bihar region but i am rediding in delhi now, plz guide how can i get this number back.

                          I can produce all the relevant documents whatever need to ascertain my identity so that you can corroborate that i am the same customer of that number

                            I found my old 3g tata docomo no. I order to activate it. I done two top up of rs. 10 each from paytm and true balance. But amount deducted but recharge not done. Another time from www.tatadocomo.com web site i done rs. 35 recharge for a 3g pack in order to reactivate the dead sim. The amount was deducted from my bank account but not sign of activation of my sim. I got the invoice of my recharge but my no. Is still inactive.
                            Plz help. Either activate my no. Or reply my amount of rs. 55 overall.

                              Unable to send sms on 1900. I have sufficient balance and nothing is due on me. I have prepaid no.
                              While customer care shows busy and on my docomo app it shows number barred for non payment. I wonder how it is possible.
                              Every thing is ok as calling and sending sms on other numbers. I tried to call costomer care but not resolved.
                              Kindly resolve it as asoon as possible

                                Hi all,

                                I purchased tata tele broadband connection on 18 july 2018 however; due to poor service i closed that connection on around 28 july 2018. I am receiving collection agent calls. They are quoting that the connection is disconnected on 03 dec 2018. Now, threatening me with legal notice.

                                They should support to investigate the issue. I always received calls from 3rd party collection agents which are very rude. For few hundred rupees, how can someone go to this level. Tata docomo personnel should call me & discuss rather than sending these cases to unprofessional agencies unless it's really required. If tata want some money to spend there are other ways available in market. Poor service, arrogant employees, worst communication, with these qualities, it looks like this subsidiary (Tata tele broadband) is only made to collect & not to serve. Really disappointing.

                                If someone can help on this please.

                                  Tata docome has be frequently automatically subscribing to unwanted services and deducting my balance, even after complaining to customer care they are least bothered and also cut my call during the complain. I have totally lost my 150+ rupee, which was never refunded to my number. And every time i call customer care there is only on guy who speaks hindi, when i ask him to connect to someone who knows english he said that there no one available right now, seriously wtf is going on. I need my money back and strict action against this

I was not using this sim properly but I have linked this no. for so many important purposes so obviously I need this no. you can't stop my sim card services without sending me any informatory sms/email, so please I request you to reactivate my no. as soon as possible, thanks 🙏

                                      If any caller calls to my tata docomo number it is that the caller is getting all the lines are busy and call again later. Tell me what action should one need to do to avoid that one.

                                      I am not getting any calls, and even i am missing the important calls that are very much necessary for my education and job.
                                      Please resolve this as soon as possible.

                                        My tata docomo no stopped working from past one month. The network always shows not registered, when dialed i get the msg the number is incorrect and when tried complaining in the docomo app it shows number incorrect.
                                        I have connected this no with important accounts and i need it. I didn't get any prior msg about stopping the service for this number ([protected])
                                        From docomo. Please do the needful as i am not able to operate my bank account.
