Tata docomo is sending some service messages to all numbers and if you open the service message (you are not clicking on the link in that message) the amount would be deducted from your account.

On 26th, I have experienced such an illogical deduction. I have received one service message and i have just opened this message as usual. But i didnt click on the links further to recieve or download anything. But still Rs.7 is deducted from my account.

I have called their customer care, and even their managers are telling that this is the way of their service messages. So once you recieve this service message, you should not open this message( just delete it). Or else amount would be deducted without your knowledge.....

Such a rubbish way of stealing amount...I am really felt ashamed to live in such a crooked world....

tata docomo service as very worst in net related activity. Today i play one game. That game absolutly free. But the deduct 91 rupees illegally. I spoke with customer care they are not responding properly. Actually tata group is trust and good service provider group. In that they also do the fraud. I never expect this. Very worst poor responsible. By k.manjunathan, hosur, tamilnadu.

    Hello,
    I had a number from Tata docomo ([protected]) which i lost in month of dec 09. I informed for the lost of card and was assured to get a new simcard from the service provider. But that didn't happend so far.
    Then i called up coustermer care and was asked to pay the bills for the months i didn't had simcard as well. Finally i settled the total amount almost 2 weeks back. But since last week I am recieving abusive calls in every 5 - 10 minutes from the collection department .
    Even on providing the details for the reciept for more than 10 times in next 20-30 minutes a new lady calls up and uses threating language.
    I tried calling up the costumer care and asked them to help me on the same but didnt recieved any aid so far. As per then there is no bill left out on any of my connection.

      Respected sir,
      I am Mr.Gawai, a resident of Mehkar. I purchased a sim card of the above mentioned company (TATA DOCOMO) from KASTAKAR MOBILE GALLERY, MEHKAR. After 7-8 days of activtion the sim card is unable to perform outgoing calls. After fetching the complaint in TATA DOCOMO office
      (SANKET COMMUNICATIONS,MEHKAR) the distributor of the office replied me with bad words. Even after submitting the election card along with my photograph yet the sim fails in making outgoing calls. The mobile number of distributor is as follows :[protected]. Please take a firm reaction over the above action.

        Even I am facing similar problem - i get some nasty vulgar messages from a Tata Docomo number. Yr suggestion of registering an FIR is fine...but isn't there any other solution for such nonsense. We are unable to find out who the person...because of the so called confidential...but some crooks take this an opportunity and trouble the common person. Pls. suggest

        Tata Docomo — Disturbing Calls - unsolicited

        I got a new connection : Tata DoCoMo Service No [protected] .

        My life has changed. I get calls all the time asking questions :

        1. Have you received your bill
        2.When did you receive your bill
        3.Have your paid your bill
        4.Your due date is on March 22nd
        5.Know your bill
        6.Welcome call.

        I paid my bill and have standing instruction to pay the amount on due date. Is that an accepted method ? Cause even after doing that I am getting calls and email that your account is over due.

        I want to sue the company for making so many calls and invading my privacy. Just because I have purchased a tata service, I a getting restless.

        We are getting unwanted calls continuously from this number [protected] to my wife's number. The caller is speaking indecently and harrassing by continuously calling daily for the past 3 days. Kindly block this number.

          I Rupesh jain PURCHASED THE TATA INDICOM DATACARD (PHOTON+ ) on 31-march -2010 FROM DEEPTI COMM . 167/A, Uttam Nagar New Delhi, Delhi 110059 , [protected] . THE AUTHORIZED DEALER OF TATA INDICOM .
          It was of rs. 2450 with that they give the offer of free 8 gb pendrive& some other access ,when their sale person came to give me he asked me which plan to activate .. i said them I activate its10 april 2010 . i gave him rs2450 cash and he give me the bill of Rs. 2450 . when i asked him the 8 gb pen drive& other free gifts,ha said it will be courier within 24 hours . i said ok. after 20-22 days i asked them for pendrive they said every time aaj ya kaal me aajaegi . they confirm my address and promise to deliever in 2 days again. no sign of delievry and when i again asked them they said we will send u tomorrow[protected] .. they do it again and again.. lnow they never pick my phone or cut my phone.. Every body is lier & fraud in deepti comm.
          pls dont never faith at deepti comm.
          They never give anything to their customers. BEWARE

          Fraud offer — tata photon

          Special offer on data card purchase not given
          I had taken a datacard connection by paying Rs.2,500/- on 21.03.10 and was to receive the free trip to Goa for 2 nights and 3 days. Inspite of repeated phone calls and mails, I have not received any response.

          PLEASE Do NOT Buy

            Hello, dear sir i m using docomo and my all frendz and relatives mostaly gprs, but sad docomo want only money charg but don,t want gud gud gprs, i come to the point here in my city docomo gprs is too slow and surfing , only our spend in gprs but if we talk about gprs of docomo so we say thats too bad, so dear sir i request plz provide us in enable of EDGE gprs atleast speed 30 to 35 kB/s hope u understand our problem plz, we hv already talk to c.c but they r not listening only u can do everything.
            GPRS really sucks!!!
            Once i keep on using the gprs then it gets hanged after some 30-40mb. Then after that gprs will never work at all for a month. I have activated that gprs pack of 2GB. Its a waste. If i put some other docomo sim in that same phone it works. This clearly shows that its not problem with my phone/its cache or whatever...
            ITS TOTALLY WASTE OWING A DOCOMO SIM...

              I had purchased a tata photon connection about 25 days back It had been installed by Ms Kadambari almost 15 days back.

              However , 2 days after installation , it stopped working.

              1] We have made almost 5-6 complaints & everytime we get the reply "sir , we are sending the person today to fix the problem""

              2] Ms Kadambari has taken 3000 Rs. from me for the connection & till today ( 15 days after paying the money ) , i have still not recd an official receipt of the same - despite the promise that i would get it the next day

              3] I have been calling Mr. Khalid ( turbhe ) again & again & again and all i get is false promises of getting it fixed , but no one lands up to get it done

              4] Finally , after getting stressed out , i asked Mr Khalid who his senior was , he said it is some called Shobhna Shetty - when i asked him to transfer the line - he did not do so ( i asked him on 2 diff. occasions ). I asked him for her no. but he didnt give it to me. I asked him to ask her to call me up - but that also did not happen

              5] Finally today evening , they have got it fixed after consistent firing by me & persitent calls by me & my wife over the past 15 days !!!

              IT IS SHAMEFUL THAT A TATA COMPANY FUNCTIONS IN SUCH A MANNER !! I FEEL ASHAMED OF BEING A TATA CUSTOMER

              IS THIS THE PRACTICE FOLLOWED BY TATA COMPANIES ?? WHAT KIND OF RIDICULOUS SERVICE IS THIS ??? ARE YOU GIVING SOMETHING FOR FREE .....THAT YOU TREAT THE CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS ?????

              AND TO END THE LETTER - LET ME REMIND YOU ---- I HAVE STILL NOT RECD. THE RECEIPT FOR MY PAYMENT OF 3,000 ----I HOPE I GET IT BY NEXT YEAR !!!

                I subscribed to TATA DOCOMO GSM mobile service on 9th April 2010 vide Mobile no: [protected]; SIM No: [protected]; form no:[protected].

                I took connection from M/s Pen & Varieties Stores (proprietor’s name: Mr. Joydev Ch Roy; cell no: [protected]); City Centre (adjacent to Durgapur Court), Durgapur-713 216. I submitted self-attested copies of Driving License & Address Proof (40-North Avenue, Bengal Ambuja, City Centre, Durgapur-713 216, West Bengal), personal photographs etc. My PAN no is also stated on the form (ACWPM9679D). Unfortunately, my phone was disconnected from 20th April 2010 inspite of having balance. When I called up the Call Centre of DOCOMO to know the reason for disconnection, they said that they have not received the documents for new phone connection.

                It is unfortunate that inspite of having submitted all documents my phone has been disconnected. The phone has been given to my wife and daughter who are staying at Durgapur and I’m away on job to other state and feeling helpless. Kindly redress the issue.

                TATA DOCOMO has a very deceitful way of proving service. My cell nconnection is for 1p/sec both local and STD. Recently I was roaming in UP where it has network sharing arrangement with Airtel & some other service providers. I was being chraged @Rs 1.50 per minute for every incoming call and Rs 3.45 per SMS.

                There is another problem. I did not subsrcibe to an 'Jokes" service still hey keep sending me jokes everyday and Rs 30.00 per month is deducted. A number o[censored]nsubscription and complaints did not yield any result. I'm just fed-up with DOCOMO. I can't risk disconnecting this number as I have given this number to some important contacts

                  To day date is 20th April 2010. I have a tata docomo prepaid sim card and my mobile no.[protected] and a balance availabale is Rs.19.31 on 8.28 AM, Dtd.20/4/10. I open iternet in my computer after balance viewing and surfing a 200kb and my balace is nill. After sometime i have a massage to 121 to write "DATA" thenafter the tata docomo 121 massage send me and write "Dear customer, you have no data usage till date." so i call you customer care but i did not fullfill the answer. So, I request you pl give me a balance in my tata docomo no. company has deducted wrong balance in my account.

                    TATA TELESERVICES DOCOMO — MY SIM REGISTERED ON ANOTHERS NAME

                    I TOOK A NEW SIM OF TATA DOCOMO AND SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS PROPERLY

                    BUT AFTER THREE MONTHS WHEN BECAUSE OF SIM PROBLEM I WANT TO GET MY SIM REPLACED THEY ARE SAYING THE SIM IS REGISTERED ON ANOTHERS ANME

                          DOCOMO is having GPRS booster back at Rs-95. This plan is having one month validity. And we can download 200MB during day times & 4GB during night times.

                          Now my complaint is, the downloading speed in docomo is below 7kbps only. By this downloading speed, i never can use this total 4GB download offer. They had cheaten me...

                          They have to increase the downloading speed. then only, i can full filled with this booster back.

                          earlier when this company launched the gprs service was superb, i get max 16 kbps, avg speed was 8-10 kbps.
                          but now, the speed is 1-4 kbps, max 8 kbps for a while.
                          it took minimum 20-25 min to dwnld a 5 mb song.
                          even sometimes the page cant load, the connection lost rapidly.
                          moreover i want to tell your service is very very bad, i'm disapointed.You are simply cheating me.
                          plz do something for your gprs service improvement.

                          I'm docomo customer my mo no.:[protected] (Gujarat). i use nokia 2700 mobile and i get only 2 kbps speed. so i wnat to say tata docomo said "DO THE NEW" so 2-3 kbps speed is not new...before 6-7 year 2-3 kbps speed is good but now it's out date and we need at least 30-32 kbps speed. so i think docomo lost its value and i think docomo will not get new customer if he not give speed, , , , , , , , , , , , it's pure cheating...
                          TATA Docomo is the best service provider in the nation. I am from remote area in Viluppuram, Tamil nadu. I get 20kbps all the time.

                                  My number is [protected], I've been using this for the past 6 months.
                                  There is an improper assistance and they are repeating the same thing as they are not technically sound and they are ignorant too, the customer service candidates. They have been telling me that I was browsing the tata docomo dive in page and I was using dive in settings for browsing. But i was damn sure that i deleted the "dive in" settings as i received it. I just used Docomo Internet settings for browsing. After getting my balance zero each time, i called them and they finally after losing some 150Rs they filed a complaint. And after a day they told me that i was charged legally and the lady who told this also mentioned that i had put Rs 55 rate cutter after this 95Rs gprs pack. This is the base of the problem. I was really frustrated about this condition that i cannot use both these gprs and rate cutter at the same time. But the real thing is i was not informed about this condition too. The important part is that, when i called the customer care for the first three times, before filing a complaint, they were giving a wrong information and they were blaming me for using the "dive in" settings. All their executives don't have the common sense that they have to listen to customers, they just telling the same thing again and again. So finally after losing some 250Rs in worthless conditions and other stuffs, I haven't used them too. This is the worst thing I've experienced in these six years in my mobile usage. I changed my phone to an ordinary phone which don't have GPRS and put my old air tel number in the N73 I've been using since. Its more than 2 months and not even a rupee has credited in my account. One of the worst service i came across.

                                  you are right. Tata docomo did same to me and overcharged me to the tune of Rs. 663 in the name of dive-in. I didn't even use any dive-in setting on my phone. They somehow activated this dive-in service on my account and overcharged me. and right... they are all technically Illiterate.

                                    As per our telephonic Conversation and suggestion from your side, I am sending this mail with a hope that this will be treated as important and be solved positively from my side.

                                    Details of the complaint.

                                    I recharged with Rs. 48-00 Internet pack on 6th March-2010, and started using the internet facility till 1st April.
                                    On 1st Apr I again recharged with Rs. 75-00 power pack to get the facility of 2sec/1 paisa



                                    On 1st & 2nd april I again used the internet facility, for which the Company has deducted around Rs. 400-00 from my Main Balance, (even after I had sufficient balance in the Internet Card and the validity was upto 5th April)

                                    I also registered a complaint in this regard on 4th April to which the Customer Care promised to solve the matter on or before 6th April and reverse back my balance.

                                    I got a call from Kolkata Office on 6th April and the technical staffs told me the following points:

                                    1. Two power cards can not work at one time.
                                    2. The company has deducted the Balance as per their Tariff plans.
                                    3. They can’t reverse back my balance.

                                    They have just simply said all the matters and disconnected the call…

                                    I also called on the Customer Care Number many a times but the response and behavior was absolutely negative.


                                    Now my points are:-
                                    1. Why two power cards can’t work simultaneously.
                                    2. Calling Card & internet card are both separate things.
                                    3. If my Internet card was being deactivated due to another power card, then why the Company informed me about this.
                                    4. Rs. 400-00 deduction on Internet Charges is not a small thing for 1 day, and that too in a hidden way.


                                    Now, I request you to please solve the matter as soon as possible and return back my balance.

                                      I had applied for Post Paid connection vide application form no. 1421098 on 28/03/2010, after receiving repeated sales call from one of the agent on my reliance mobile.
                                      I submitted Rs 500 towards activation charge and deposit and he promised me that i would get sim card and connection within 2-3 days.
                                      ON 5/04/2010, I got a call from Tata Docomo call center executive named Tanisha, on my reliance mobile for telling me the various benefits and she told me that your Number is activated since 30/03/2010. I dont know how come my number is activated, without me receiving sim card.
                                      Today in the evening I called again tata docomo call center ([protected]), but that call center employee was helpless as he can't connect me to the post paid helpline. That show how in-effective Tata docomo help line is.
                                      I have felt cheated by Tata Docomo, as the company has not come up to the customers expectation and in future i will never suggest anyone to opt for Tata Docomo.
                                      In this reagrd, i DEMAND total refund of my Rs500 given to Tata Docomo, and with immediate effect requesting Tata docomo to cancel any business with the selling agent, who is just fooling potential customers.
                                      I trust TATA name, hope my case is heard, and i get my money back. I must say if TATA docomo is doing business with these kind of selling agent, then they are fooling themselves and cannot succeed in this competitive market.

                                        So, as per your records I see that a net amount of Rs. 694.00 is due from your side towards me.
                                        However, please note that outgoing for my connection has been barred from today morning onwards for no valid reason.
                                        Upon enquiry to your call centre I was told that an amount of Rs, 793/- is outstanding in my account.
                                        This whole issue must be resolved within next 24 hrs failing which this may br treated as a last notice prior to legal action against your organization in the consumer court of West Bengal, Kolkata.
