Tata Docomo — Balance deduction from main account Number- [protected] | |||
Dear Docomo Team, As i already discussed with docomo call center concern was rate-425 (approx) deduct from my main account for Internet access while i have 20 MB data in my GPRS data account. So I need my deducted balance back to my main account, Do needful for my complaint otherwise i'll submit my complaint in consumer court. However, we are unable to contact you, since the call was not answered. Kindly note that the amount has been deducted for internet browsing. Hence there is no discrepancy in your account.
Kindly note that, for last 5 DATA usage sms DATA to 121, for last 3 call details sms CALL to 121 & to know VAS usage for Last 7 days sms VAS to 121 (Toll free).
Further, your feedback regarding customer care service would definitely be given to all concerned departments to ensure increased proactiveness and will help us to provide better services.
