[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Billing -

Hi, My self Naveen, I m using Tata Domoco Post Paid bill from the last 1 year, I Usually get the Bill around 1, 246/- Every Month. But in this Month I received a message after 23rd stating that My amount was 12, 000 (Approximately) which i need to pay the amount and they have blocked my Outgoing Calls. they are mentioning that i used exceeded my Package which I need to pay the amount . I have exceed my Limit also. Few Concern i raised them but they didnt give explanation giving improper answers. 1. If my plan is getting over there should be pop up or instant message that my plan is changing . But no response from their side. 2. If i m reaching my limit there should be instant message or alert message but I didn't received it. 3. My plan changed they need to send alert Mesage stating that my plan is changing but no response. 4. if my am I crossing I need to receive alert message that my outgoing call but no response from their side. Simply they send mesage that i have exceed my usage i need to 11, 500 and they have disconnected my out going mobile. when I spoke with one of the customer care representative (Bhanu) stating that I have to pay whole amount giving improper response sir. Could you please help regarding of this.

Dear Mr. Naveen,

We tried to speak to you personally over the call, to understand your concerns regarding billing and barring of your number. However, we are unable to contact you, since your calls were not answered.

We would like to inform you that your number is under out going barring due to usage monitoring. We request you to make an interim payment of Rs. 11162/- to activate your line.

Please be informed that as per or company norms Rs. 899 monthly rental has been revised to Rs. 999/- plan (i.e.¿ rental is enhanced by Rs. 100/-).

However, we request you to write your concerns regarding billing at [protected]@tatadocomo.com after your bill gets generated (bill cycle is 25th of every month).
