Tata Docomo — Changed plan without our acknowledgement

Hello - we started using tata docomo services using account no[protected] / del no [protected] from april 2016 onwards.

We got the connection via, mr mohammed m mateen (Deputy manager - partner sales) sales consumer business tata teleservices limited t: (91), m: (91) [protected], f: (91), email id: mohammed. [protected]@tatatel.Co.In

He promised us a plan ka20 mbps [protected]@1049, combo plan, where you get a landline number on paying 99/- extra which you can make unlimited calls.

It took about a week to get the connection, while they were sorting out wiring issues, we connected docomo[protected] to get more details on the plan. To our surprise we were told that that package was still under testing and it would take some time to activate.

We asked them to get the plan changed to plan 549/- with 1mbps speed and 10gb download.

For 2 months we got the right bill. Suddenly june bill we got of 1049/- + taxes and we are told our plan is changed. We are not even aware of the same and have not raised the change in plan request.

We are absolutely disappointed with their customer service. Who despite knowing the issue is behaving ignorant. We raised complaint on 13th june and they say it will take a month to rectify. 24th is our last date of paying bill. I think they are just waiting to see if we pay the bill.Infact we get the reply to our complaint mails that please pay the bill and we will waive it off if it is found to be wrongly billed.

Why should we pay the bill? Request you to kindly give us correct bill (After waiving off the excess amount) or dont expect us to pay the bill.

We have not asked to change the bill plan and it should be 549/- 10gb download plan.

WE got the reply to this above.. stating that if we need to change the plan we should write a mail to them.

However what about the waiver from the earlier bills, as i mentioned above we got a bill of 1200/- we will not pay the excess amount to you .. as we did not expect our bill plans to be changed by your people..

Please waive off the excess amount and we will b happy to pay the bill and continue the services.

Thanks for the reply. However we are hearing this and following up ourselves continuously from 13th June onwards.

What is so difficult to understand here? we have opted for a service and we want that service and not what your Sales guys wants us to take.

There is nothing to discuss. you can please check all the past mails and see that our bill has suddenly changed despite no communication from us.

Not happy with the change in plan at all. needs waiver in the bills
Hi. We got the wrong bill and we have raised a complaint on 13june and it is advised that the resolution will take 30 days.

Our billing cycle is every month 6th and we have to pay bill by 24th.

We started docomo services on 6th april 2016.. With a data plan of 10gb download 1mbps.. 570/- + taxes (About 630/- per month)

6th april and 6th may we got the right bill of about 630/-

From 6 june 2016 we got a bill of 1200/- we do not know how? We have not called or confirmed to change our plan..

In fact we were on a planned vacation between 20th may 2016 to 1st june 2016.. So there was no way we would have changed the plan.

Later tatatel person forwards us the mail dated 3rd april 2016 that he has requested for change of plan.. We have neither agreed / confirmed or were neither aware of the same. We may have not seen the mail. But they need to get a confirmation from our id.

We will not be paying the double bill until the issue is resolved and we get the same bill as per our plan.

Also our internet is not working since 18th june and despite complaining multiple times there has been no updates.

Please resolve this issue or u can simply disconnect the service and we can chose another better service provider.
