[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Charged 2745 Rs for 272 MB mobile internet usage | |||
Hi Team, This is Dasharath Kamble. I am using Tata Docomo Postpaid mobile corporate customer plan. Mobile no [protected]. On 24 th sep 2013, I requested to Tata docomo to activate '3G [protected]@300 MB' add on data pack which has 99 Rs monthly rental with 300 MB free data. No other information is provided by Tata docomo for rate charges to me for this add on data pack. I used only 272 MB data which is free in 300MB as per add on plan and deactivated that add on data pack in same month. But in Oct 13 Bill Tata Docomo has been charged me 2745 Rs just for 272 MB mobile internet data. Initialy tata docomo advised me incorrectly that there is 300 MB data free with 99 Rs monthly rental and then they applied incorrectly huge charges 2745 Rs for just 272 MB mobile internet data usage. This way Tata docomo has done unfair action with common man as me Please help me with this. Was this information helpful? | |||

As per the discussion over call, we would like to inform you that the bill generated for the month of October is genuine. The internet usage as per Mobile 3G [protected]@300MB Data Pack Monthly Rental is charged and discounted on prorate basis from 23/09/13 to 29/09/13. The charge for the Miss Call Alert subscription has been increased to Rs. 30.
