Tata Docomo — Deactivate flash messages | |||
Hi, I dont want to see flash messages everytime, please deactivate the same. It is disturbing me a lot. When i tried to reach tatadocomo customer care, they suggested to change the settings in messages, But unfortunately I did not see such settings in MI note 3, please suggest me how to proceed with the same. my mobile number:[protected] email id: [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

As per the conversation had with our team, we would like to inform you that, in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, we request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However you may also visit mobile service center better assistance regarding the same. Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service. If still face same concern visit mobile service centre for further proceedings.
