Today, I have received a SMS from TATA Docomo that "We are unable to migrate Photon [protected] to prepay as valid documents not received for req no[protected]. Your billing continues as per current postpay plan." WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THIS????
I have submitted all the documents at you Bangalore Koromagala office (Opposite to Forum Mall) on 19/08/2015. CAF No. is #[protected].
Now I'm seeing you are the "MOST WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN INDIA" and harassing customer like anything. Is it the way TATA groups of companies earn money forcefully from the customer? IS IT YOU BUSINESS ETHICS?
Today is September 4th and I had submitted all the documents at your TATA Docomo Koromangala office on August 19th, 2015 and now you have realized that valid documents not received???? What you were doing since 19th August???? That also you are telling me after doing several follow-ups with you. YOUR ORGANIZATION IS SIMPLY USELESS. Please don't take the test of my patient anymore and close it immediately, today.
CC: Hi Mr. Premraj - I am really sorry to mark this complaint to your personal email ID because, I don't have your TATA Docomo office email ID with me. I'm completely harassed by your billing and service department and not getting any resolution against my complaint / request since Aug 19th. If you will go through the mail trail then you will realize at what extend TATA Docomo can harass a customer, only intention to get money from customer.
If you are not the right person to handle this issue then please take time to redirect my email to the concern person to get the resolution of this long pending issue. I am complete fade-up with your services (frequent disconnection, abnormal billing, speed issue etc.). Hence, I had requested to migrate my dongle plan from post paid to prepaid. Now I'm seeing that I've done the mistake by doing this mercy with your organization. I was really not aware that TATA groups of companies are so unethical in business and practices. I am seeking your sincere support and kind cooperation in this matter.

As promised by me earlier, I've made the current month payment to TATA
Docomo against my dongle no.#[protected] (A/C No. #[protected] through online
payment system, payment receipt is attached herewith for your reference.
Please ensure no further remittance will go to CITI Bank as promised by
you.
Secondly, please let me know the status of the tariff change against the
above dongle. Hope you've completed the formalities to change the tariff
paln, "Postpaid to Prepaid" and will not generate any further bill against
my existing connection. Please confirm the same by return email.

The message is not clear that for which I'd requested to resolve the
issue.
My request was to stop the ECS (auto debit facility) facility against my
credit card. Please confirm me by return email that my auto debit facility
got deactivated from your end and no monthly payment request will not go
to
