Dear Sir/Madam, I am operationg with Tata photon data card no. [protected].In starting the data allotted to me was 20GB and it continued but after approx. 1 year in March 2015 the tata photon data they reduced to 14GB with 7GB day And 7GB night that even without any consent received from me.Moreover the speed of the device is reduced to minimum.While talking to customer care they responded that due to increased no. of connections in my area, they are not able to provide speed.They are working on this but still the issue is continued.And the very poor response of customer care that if you want to discontinue the connection, you can but we will not refund you anything. Tata docomo executive has been misguiding customers and have been cheating customers by reducing their plan.They are just saying apologies for the same.The person have connected with me for saying apologies.I request consumer court to interrupt immediately and take action against Tata Docomo for the same.I hope consumer court will give me justice immediately.

    Hi, I am Keep getting this Harassment Calls from New Delhi and Letters for Payment due in my for my disconnected Broadband Account No :[protected]. Could you Please look into the Matter. I am Not interested to Pay a single rupee since i have not used internet for the period for which bills you have generated and claiming due from my Side. If you look at my Bill Payment History you ll find, it should be good Enough to Prove that i have paid/ i was happy to pay all bills regularly with Fines even. If your automated system generated a Bill, that doesnot mean without use we keep on paying and you will njoy it threating us without any Proper Service. Its Not a Matter of Paying just 3 thousand change, Its a Matter of making frauds with me. What is the Gurranty that you bill system is not 100% correct. because i am not the only one, The are more than thousand customers who face these similar situations. So getting Frustrated i switched to the FIbeNet Connection from TatDocomo then. But NOW i am Threating calls for dues. If this Doesnot STOP with 2/3 days, I ll have to disconnect the Fibernet also where you will loose lot more money than the Due rs. 3300/-. So think wisely and deal. I will lodge a complaint for disconnection very soon, not becuase of this issue, I don't trust you honesty anymore. If you can help your customer there is no best time then Now.     Dear Customer,

    we have validated and considered all the technical tickets raised by customer during Jan to March 2015 for service and necessary service credit has been passed for Rs 400+ Tax on April 9th & Rs 500 + tax was processed on 30th of April 2015. No additional technical tickets are raised post march. The connection has stopped billed from 6th April 2015 & and we have not received any payments for invoices billed from Jan to April 2015.

      Dear Docomo Team, I have ten commercial use connections one of the number is[protected]. I am facing problem from past 1 month This Docomo Technicians in Hyderabad are worst for nothing, total tata docomo service is blunder and worst. Because inspite of repeated complaints also there is no permanent issue as been solved to me. As it is commercial use i have lost much money, business and also the clients with your worst and very very very worst service. My problem will be daily 2-3 phones will not be working since last one month. Daily i have to call customer care people and spend one hour through phone even also there is no use to calling customer care. I have lost more money because of you people as my business runs through phone calls. please take action immediately, Any way there is no use to writing for you people also. Very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very worst, blunder, faltu network is tata docomo lanlines and service I think you can understand how much of amount i have lost because of you people. --

        Dear sir, madam on 10/09/15 i made online payment for tata docomo mobile bill of Rs 745.The amount is debited from my account but still now it is not credited in tata docomo account.tata docomo shows the amount is still not credited.the sudden server down affected the process.i did not received any message from billdesk to my email or mobile number.the amount is debited my bank account.please solve the issue immediately the details of the transaction given below mobile number[protected] .transaction date 11/09/2015 time 11.31pm

            I purchased a redmi 1s mobile from your site surpluss, in my order no is[protected].i recived this products 28 aug2015. but when i open the mobile he not on . i also submit complaint before this complaint. you are not response to my compaint. so i am going to court against you members body surpluss. and coming to all manager in court against case about mobile defective send and not replace my mobile last warning to you. please contact to me and replace my mobile.you are all members are cheaters. you open a frud company.i refuse you service and going to yesterday court against you a case.

              I had to taken tataphoton plus wifi services of 20GB @1000/- per month when I got an assurance of 3G speed till 20GB and after that 2G speed internet. After using this for few months that they realized I am actually consuming a lot of it so reduced the speed to 0.4 KB. I complained several times to their customer care then finally they said I stay in a high usage area so I will not get the assured speed. Waited for them to rectify this for 2 months. Then I reaslised it is not working anywhere in Bangalore. I sent a complaint to their CEO Mr. Elango thru an email post this someone called me and advised me to go to a tataphoton outlet. When I visited they tried everything and gave me a new devise. I checked my plan which updated correctly but now I realized that they cheated me. They have realized that ppl using complete 20 GB is not cost effective and could have a made a system not give the assured speed for few selected customers. Now that I have connection for more than 3 years they are kind of sure that I might stick on with them so the plan get frustrated and change the expensive plan since 10GB is 1000/- now. I was cheated tataphoton guys by assuring a particular speed but did not kept their words. Troubled me a lot by customer care executives and the company. I am posting this for others benefit. And I will never go back to Tata again.

                My tata photon no. is [protected]. I have given complain past month for sudden changes of data plan. I have received the message that: In our constant endeavour to provide good experience to our customers through new products and improved services, we are restructuring the current bill plans. We would like you to know that your existing bill plan [protected]@Rs999 per month will end on 25-Sep-15 & hence a new bill plan needs to be activated on your Photon. We will be migrating your Tata Photon number [protected] to the new bill plan [protected]@Rs950 per month with effect from 25-Sep-15. It is really unfair of you, if you change my data plan by any means. When I had purchased this photon your representative assured me that my data plan will never going to be changed. But, now you are going to change my data plan unfairly with low data plan and higher amount. This absolutely nothing but cheating the old customer. If you change this data plan, I have left with no option but to quit my photon no. immediately. It is very pathetic experience to be a customer of your company.

                  I have been struggling from last two months with network issue, have registred so many complaints but till today nothing has been done. Below is the recent complaint which is open. Photon No.: [protected] Complaint No:[protected] Dtd: 30 Aug 2015 With reference to above, I am currently facing disconnection every 5-10 mins, TIll today TATA docomo is not able to resolve the issue. Please waive off the monthly bill till issue has been resolved, i cannot keep paying for your pathetic service and inability for solving network issues. Till today i have not been contacted by any support team and your customer service support is the worst. I will never come back to TATA DOCOMO anytime in future and will not recommend it to anyone.

                    I had recharged my tata docomo number on 6th of September 2015. I tried *123# for best offer and I found 1. I tried to get that offer but system said that it is invalid mmi or unsuccessful . please try again. Then I tried on *141# then again found 1. and tried and it was successfully done. But my balance was deducted for both offers. Actually, it was system error. I immediately made a call and spoke to customer executive on 6th of September 2015. executives miss guide me and said you will get your money back. Executive name is : Sneha Powar, caller id : [protected]. As promised not fulfilled then again I made a call on 9th of September 2015. I spoke with executive called Poonam caller Id : [protected]. Call transfer to senior executive called Mohini Sanak caller id : [protected]. And said can't help. Executives have no worries bcoz they know for such small amount nobody can do anything.                             Evereyday there are missed calls by service providers because of system failure or network problems. Instead of providing better service, service provider is sending message as " Hi you have missed calls. To get details of first 3 miss calls, SMS 52255 @ Rs.1." Actually service provider is asking money instead of providing better service at least there should be missed call entry in call log till they provide better service.

                              I my self is facing a lot of problem related to my tata doco mo no [protected] according to me the network net speed is too worst pathetic its a torture to use tata doco mo network no before this also I had complain a lots of time to your so called customer care they are not worth it to solve my problem I am having 3 gob net data but your data network is so so worst that I just feel I am a stupid that to use tata doco mo service I now also I have full faith in your you are not going to reward on the complain so I had to decide what action can with taken with the daaba service ... before 15 days I had sent sms to port my no but your staff had said that the problem will be sole so plz dont change the service provider ...I feeling very helpless from your side yaar plz plz plz help

                                Today when i am downloading from internet a message fleshed up on screen data charge of some of rupees 120 has been deducted from my main account. I feel amazed because i am already having a data plan on my number which is gone to expire on 6/9/2015 on 00:00:00 at midnight. But before i understand situation they will deducted a huge amount of rs.120 from my main balance. Its clearly their fault so i request company on 198 but theircustomer call representetive did not give proper answer to me so i told him to complaint to consumer forum about this and he cutted the phone. I request you to please file my complaint and take serious action against them.

                                  My name : Serena Lobo City : Mysore, Karnataka State. I had taken a Tata Photon Plus Internet Connection( Connection No. [protected] Last year. I used it for two Months and paid the bills. In the beginning of the third month o[censored]sage, i lost the dongle during travel. I searched a lot and did not find it. I was very sick that month ( March 2015) and was hospitalized for 6 days and I could not lodge a complaint. After a few days a Tata Photon Customer care representative called me reminding me of the bill payment for the Month of march. I told her that I lost the dongle and have not used the dongle for the whole month. She told me that I needed to get the cancellation done. I asked her the procedure for cancellation and she said that I have to pay the rental for March 2015 and then the will initiate the cancellation process.I told her that I need to know if there is any usage in March 2015 as I wanted to know If the dongle is being used by someone who has stolen/found it.She said that she find the usage details and let me know on the next call. There was no call from them after that. After a few days, these customer care representatives started calling me five times a day asking me to pay the bill but they were not ready to give me the itemized bill. I told them that till I get the usage details, I cant pay the bill. On 06/05/2015 at 12.30 pm( from [protected]) I get a call from a man saying that he is calling from Chamarajanagar Police Station. He did not reveal his name, he said that there is an FIR against me and there is an arrest warrant, and I have to take a lawyer with me and get bail or else I will be in prison. I asked him who logded the complaint and what was the reason. He stated that it was from Tata Photon Services and a man called Mohan ([protected]) I tried explaining to him that they did not send me the itemized bill I asked for, but he said that I am a liar. When I politely requested him not to talk like that he threatened me saying that I dont know who is was and what he can do to me . I was perplexed with this and I immediately called this Mr. Mohan and asked him about the complaint he replied saying that the complaint is regarding non payment of bills. I tried giving an explaination and he started shouting at me asking me what I think of myself. He asked me my address and I told him that I have given my details when I took the connection. He immediately took the name of some one called Jagadish asking him to find my address from their database. He then told me these words " Do you know what will happen If my men come to your house?". I was in tears. I live with my ailing mother and she cant handle these goons. I asked him what I need to do to solve this. He said that I need to pay the bill and I will get an email for cancellation of connection. Though I Kept my cool he yelled at telling me to know how a woman should talk I immediately made a payment of Rs.3300 on Tata Photon site and I got the acknowledgement of it on my mail. I told him to send me an itemized atleast now. After half an hour a Tata Photon Representative calls me and asks for my email ID to send me the Itemized bill. He sent it to me and then it was confirmed that Mr. Mohan was a staff or agent of Tata Photon. I then called Mohan and asked him in which police station the complaint was lodged. He said Yeshwanthpur Police station, Bangalore. I called up Yeshwanthpur Police station, Bangalore and they told me that there is no FIR or arrest warrant against me and there this number ([protected]) does not belong to anyone in Yeshwanthpur Police station. Then I realized this was a hoax. I then waited till 8 pm for the confirmation of cancellation on my email. It never came. I called up the customer care and lodged a complaint regarding the hoax caller and Mr. Mohan and the threats (Complaint no.[protected]. I even lodged a complaint in Vijayanagar Police Station, Mysore on 06/09/2015. Against Mr. Mohan and the hoax caller. They tried to call them, but both the numbers are not reachable. (Police Complaint Acknowlegement Number : P[protected]. The police told me that I had to give a police compalint when I lost my dongle. But the customer care rep told me that it was not necessary. I received a call this evening from Tata Photon Plus regarding the compalint I had made. They told me that Mr. Mohan was their staff in the Collection department and he has been fired. I asked her that I need an clarification on email regarding this. And I need the details of Mr.Mohan as I have lodged a complaint in the police station. She told me that she will contact me again regarding this. But there is no news from then again. I have not yet received the Cancellation confirmation. (Cancellation Request number :[protected]. The hoax call from the" police station" came when I was in office and my colleagues have overheard what the caller said ( FIR and Arrest Warrant ) and it has spead like wildfire in my workplace. Now they think that I have an FIR against me and I may even lose my job. Tata Photon uses goons to threaten their customers in the most unethical ways possible. Beware Tata Photon Users... These people can turn your life into hell.

                                        My photon no-[protected], My registered mobile no-[protected]. I purchased a tata photon maxi wifi from your e shop (www.tatadocomo.com). It was delivered after 2 days to my office address. After 3 days it got activated and I got an msg from docomo, u can plug and use it. While I plugging the device to my laptop it was not detecting at all. Then I complained to customer service and they send a technician from other agency, He also plugged it to my laptop and telling that it is a defective product, He told that it will be replaced and given a DOA Certificate- DOA no[protected]. I asked that guy where I can replace it. He told that you can go to any tata docomo outlet for replacement. I also got a mail from [protected]@tatadocomo.com telling that you can go to nearest outlet for replacement. Next day I went to 2 of your outlets in chennai, they told that it was not issued by us you purchased from online go and speak with online team. I called to customer service people they given e-shop they given some e-shop toll free no[protected]. Next I called to that phone no but it only says for any other related queries please visit of our website www.tatadocomo.com. Then again I called to these toll free no’s[protected] and[protected], they told that you have to call e-shop toll free no only. I wasted 2049 Rs money, my time and my energy for purchasing these product from online. It’s really frustrating, you just doing FRAUD by selling the products from online
