[Resolved] Tata Docomo — deduction of balance without activating vas service | |||
My tata docomo no. Is [protected]. As i don't have activited any hungama service, vas service, but my balance is detucted unnecessary 2 times on 2 oct 2017 and 7 oct 2017. When i call to customer care i don't got any proper answer. They refuae to register my complaint. Please do the needful and refund my balance rs. 35/- + rs. 35/- in my account.
