Tata Docomo — Didn't added money to account

Today on 1 Sept 2015 I recharged tatadocomo with 10 and 6 rs I got the message as confirmed but after seeing the balance its the same as before the recharge I tried to call the customer service but the computer generated voice keeps on annoying me but it didn't connected to the customer executive please help to solve this problem, tatadocomo always loot customers money without any reason.
