[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Docomo stores looting customer | |||||
I reached to the docomo official store (71/4, katha no. 20/36, karna sree point, anandanagar, marathahalli, bengaluru) along with my documents to get my number ported (Nmnp) in bangalore, they overcharged me for the service. They had cut-out the mrp with a black marker from the connection pack. With the original charge of rs 20, they overcharged me rs 50 and when i tried to compel with them they were telling me that the price cut-out has been done by the company and they have all the connections in the same manner. And they had already submitted my request from their end by that time on the sim connection pack i received, so i couldn't do anything else. I have pack of the connection saved with me and as my number is successfully ported, hence the proof from where my number has been ported from. I am attaching image of the connection pack i received with cut-out mrp, and the name of the store and address where i reached for the service for the reference. Was this information helpful? | |||||
