[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Flash message alert @ ([protected]), it's very irritate me | |||
Hi, i am getting a docomos flash alert on my mobile (moto g), like "dive in now", with ok and cancel button. no matter what button is pressed it again pops up. if i click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. i am not able to perform any other task when this happens. it last for at least half an hour. i called customer care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like go to settings message disable service msg/ flash/ anything related. but no such options were available, when i told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. is there any solution for this other than number porting? please help. regards, kalim mohammed shaikh. Verified Support Aug 10, 2016 Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response Dear Asmakalim, We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as your number was not reachable. In this Regard, we would like to inform you that in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, we request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However you may also visit mobile service center better assistance regarding the same. Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service.
