Tata Docomo — Internet disconnected and not fixing | |||||
I've take TATA DoCoMo broadband connection. One day I see that there is no internet connection. Upon enquiring I was told that it was disconnected due to non-payment. Ideally disconnection should happen after the due date is crossed but in my case it happened on the due date. Also, they should check past history of the customer before disconnecting the service. I did the payment same day but still 2 days have passed they haven't restored the internet connection. Every time I am calling their customer care no. they are saying it will be done by today but till now there is no action taken. When I am asking to talk to their supervisor I am getting only one reply that they are currently busy. What kind of service they are providing to their customer when their supervisor is not willing to talk to the customer and address his/her concern. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Please do educate your help-desk folks to provide correct information and be polite to the customer. These folks are your first point of contact for customers and create first level impression. If they are not trained properly then this might cause damage to your brand value.
