Dear Sir, I had a postpaid connection with TATA Docomo no-[protected] with ac no[protected]. I have given mail request to Block & Cancel the account after loosing my sim card in the month of May-2015, on 25th may i revived a confirmation that connection will get barred within 3 days, after they requested me to pay outstanding amount of Rs4258/- i paid that amount on 24th May 2015 and requested them to refund my initial deposit of Rs 1000/- (They agreed also) . Again after every month they are increasing my Outstanding Till today it is showing outstanding of Rs 950/-(Approx) Even after account closing on 24th may 2015 . 3 days back i got a call from Tata docomo end they told me that they have already delivered a cheque of Rs 41/- on 28th Aug 2015, where still not reached to me. Hence it is requested you to kindly refund my initial deposit of Rs 1000/-. Regarding, Chintala Sandeep, [protected], [protected].
