        Docomo agency call me for portability and actully I wanted to do my sim pre to postpaid so I submitted the documents and 300 ruppes deposit and then I dint get a call from that docomo agency and then after 3 days she call me and she's like your case is rejected so give me your parents documents then i submit parents documents also then also they don't activate my plan and then I was frustrated and they again like your case is rejected so I was like I don't want your plan I want my documents and deposit ruppes 300 back so they are not entertaining me they don't pick my calls and nothing I visited docomo office many times but they don't entertain Me so plzzzz help me for the refund and my documents and shut off that docomo agency

          Not getting proper network from past 1 month. Filed a complaint with reference number[protected]. They closed it without resolving my issue. Still no network. Missed lots of important calls. Even when TATA executive try to contact me they failed to reach me because of network issue.
          Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          And also have to pay the amount of bill every month without using the service. This is really disgusting. Very bad service from TATA DOCOMO.

                Dear Sir, I had a postpaid connection with TATA Docomo no-[protected] with ac no[protected]. I have given mail request to Block & Cancel the account after loosing my sim card in the month of May-2015, on 25th may i revived a confirmation that connection will get barred within 3 days, after they requested me to pay outstanding amount of Rs4258/- i paid that amount on 24th May 2015 and requested them to refund my initial deposit of Rs 1000/- (They agreed also) . Again after every month they are increasing my Outstanding Till today it is showing outstanding of Rs 950/-(Approx) Even after account closing on 24th may 2015 . 3 days back i got a call from Tata docomo end they told me that they have already delivered a cheque of Rs 41/- on 28th Aug 2015, where still not reached to me. Hence it is requested you to kindly refund my initial deposit of Rs 1000/-. Regarding, Chintala Sandeep, [protected], [protected].

                  I have been terribly undergoing the loss of balance from my cellular network operator without any message or any other proofs, all happens in a sudden where my balance becomes zero, pls do anything to solve this kind of issues and please help normal people to overcome thesd kinds of loss of cash and time, as in called an d enquired they are not giving the exact reason for the missing balance, pls i request u to take necessary actions againts this.                     Gave a compliant that 200 Rs got detected against mobile data usage while having the internet pack. After 10 days customer executive called and inquired the concern and finally he refunded only 100 Rs instead of 200 Rs. He is not at all listening to me about the concern, blindly he is saying thanks for contacting customer support and disconnected the call. Tata DOCOMO simply cheating the customers and making a eye wash which really frustrates the customer and doesn't solve the customer concern. Fix this issue at the earliest and refund my the balance amount. My DOCOMO - [protected]

                    As per the conversation had with our team, we would like to inform you that you have been charged an amount of Rs.141.80/- usage of (491286 KB) for browsing as you have latched with Vodafone while you are under roaming from dated[protected] to[protected], hence you have been charged from main balance at base tariff (10p/10KB). However, being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, an amount of Rs.100/- has been successfully credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on dated 31-DEC-2015 at 02:37PM. Further, the same cannot be refunded. We request you to select the network manually as Tata Docomo in roaming, so that you will be charged from your data balance for browsing of internet. Hence, you will be charged for data usage if the selected network operator is other than Tata Docomo and the charges will be at 10P/10KB.

                      According to the service Messege I received, I was told that on a recharge of rs 24 my call rates would have dropped to 30paise/min for 180 days. But instead of that my previous data Balnce of 1 GB (3G) net was somehow inactivated with all of of my Balnce unused and in place of that I received a 120 mb data Balnce for 3 days.                             i went to tata docomo store (ashoka branch) rohtak, haryana (124001) for neno sim. they charging me 100rp for a single neno sim. but online showing 49/- only on tata docomo hompage. why the store keeper asking me for 100/- rp . and also denide me for the receipt. i came back from there without taking sim.

                            I need Tata Docomo Nano SIM Card, at tumkur but the tata docomo service center retailer at MG Road, Ward No. 18, Tumakuru, Karnataka 572101 charging me 150rp for a single neno sim. but other sim network like airtel idea and all given free of cost. why the store keeper asking me for 150/- rp . and also denide me for the receipt. i came back from there without taking sim. i am sorry to say the worst service

                              I request Ratan Tata and Cyrus Mistry to order an investigation on 1. Why more than 3000 top talent's career were silently killed and no compensation was given ? 2. Why top talents were tortured and side lined in such a renowned company like Tata group ? 3. Why the Gratuity, PF, F & F were not given in time ? 4. Why 18 % interest was not given to pending dues on all employees of past ? 5. Why Gundaism are prevailing across the management in Tata group ? 6. Why Good people are cornered by Tata Management ? 7. Why Forced Resignation are happening so often across Tata Group ? 8. Why non-professionals and non-performers are kept at helm of affairs just because of connection to top management ? 9. Why the appraisal systems is so bad that kills the most talented professionals in the organization? 10. Why top entrepreneurs are not allowed to speak, get professional freedom to work and bring best profits within organization ? 11. Why silently using manipulated ethics to crush the best talents within organization ? 12. Why attrition rate is 18-25 % per year in most organization business units ? 13. Why most business units are failing to produce profits and making huge loss to each division in the group industry ?

                                  Hi, Tata Docomo is acting like a fraud company. I am using a connection with no.[protected]. The company is making illegal deductions from my account without my consent. This is been happening many times now. Before I used to get messages that some amount has been deducted for services which I have not opted for. Now they are doing it without that. Even I have given standing instructions not to activate any VAS. This is intentional and they are cheating the customers like a fraud company. Better eat waste from the toilet than doing this type of fraud activities. Sorry to say so but you are repeating the same even after repeated complaints.
