Dear Sir, My current calling rate is Rs. 1.2p/sec basic. I want to take benefit of two packs viz. Rs. 499 and Rs. 125. I want to ask whether activating Rs. 499 plan and then Rs. 125 Plan is possible? Rs. 499 = Rs. 450/- talktime + 2GB 3G + 1.8p/sec + 30 days validity. Rs. 125 = Rs. 60/- Talktime + All Local/STD calls @ 1p/2sec. All Landline calls @ 2p/sec. + 60 days validity Now if I first recharge Rs. 499 and then after 30 minutes, I Recharge Rs. 125 plan, which of my plan will be resultant and which will be forfeited? can both Plans act simultaneously? if yes, please give answer to following? 1. Will I be able to get the 2GB 3G? its Validity 30 or 60 days? 2. How much total balance talktime will I get? 450+60 ? validity 30 days or 60 days or lifetime? 3. what will be my resultant calling rate? 1.8p/sec or 1p/2sec? on what balance? all or only on Rs. 450? 4.     In Tata Docomo website it is displayed that validity of Rs. 7 night tariff voucher is 7 days. Seeing this information from Tata Docomo website I have recharged my mobile with this Rs. 7 night tariff voucher but on the 5th day while talking my balance became zero, I have Rs. 60 balance. When I have contacted customer care, they said this tariff vouchers validity was 3 days but I have already used it for 4 days. When I have recharged, Tata Docomo do not provide any information regarding the validity of the tariff voucher and customer care representative remain silent when I brought up this question. Then customer care representative ask me to talk to their senior personal and hold my line for over 15 minutes and did not respond. Now, they do not patching my line through to any customer care personals and simply disconnecting the line. I am attaching a photocopy of the information provided in the Tata Docomo website with this complaint. I want my Rs. 60 back which was deducted unfairly keeping customers in dark.       Sir, I am a user of Tata Docomo mobile number [protected]. Recently i lost my SIM and went to the Tata office near clock tower Hoshiarpur to get the new sim issued. It was to my surprize that they demanded Rs 100/- for reissuing the SIM but as per the regulation they can charge only Rs 30/-. They may please be asked for the reasons for such behavior to the customer. Sorry to be the customer of such a non-ethical service provider. Regards, Baljit

        today on10th June i activated rs8 2g pack for till midnight.after it was activated i downloaded a video from m.vuclip.com and rs 36 was deducted from main balance.whle 1 paise from Internet balance.my main balance came down fromrs69 to rs 33.later when i tried Internet again it deducted balance from Internet balance .However when i open m.vuclip.com it deducts fro MAIN BALNCE.I WANT THE MONEY(RS 38(DEDUCTED FROM MAIN BALANCE)+RS 8(FOR ACTIVATING GPRS PACK FROM MOBILE) TO BE REFUNDED - SWAPNAVA CHAUDHURI, KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL, INDIA...MOBILE NO([protected])

          Hello, I'm from Halisahar. I've been using docomo GSM network since it's birth .. Everything is fine but I'm totally fed up with DOCOMO's pathetic network during power cut(load shedding) .. I can not find a single bar of network in indoor. I've lodged complaints on customer care a couple of times .. But problem still not solved .. Please solve this problem .. Prooblem - No tata docomo Network During Power Cut at Halisahar . Place - Halisahar . Circle - Kolkata . Land mark - Halisahar Nanna Hospital .

            I am getting very pathetic service by Tata Docomo regarding recharge of 3G pack. I want to recharge Rs 153 pack for 3G data but your website is not allowing me to do so. I am getting message that this option is not applicable for your number. So when I tried to call on customer care numbers [protected] and 121 I am not able to connect to customer care executive. I am frustrated of this and thinking to discard the Tata Docomo service.Even a roadside vegetable vendor is better than Tata Docomo for providing good service. Tata Docomo should have shame about this that they cant serve their customer in proper way instead harassing the customers by such things.

              MNP (UPC code: RM296313) request given on 29th May for port in from Reliance prepaid to Tata docomo prepay. Submitted the application form at Tata Docomo Brand Store, Shop no. 567, Ramniwas Building., Near Navpada Police Station Opp. Punjab National Bank, Thane(W) 400604 on 31st May 2014 with a fee of Rs. 100/-. I was given a sim card with MSIDN [protected], Serial No [protected], IMSI [protected] and was told that it would be activated in 7 days. Today (9th Jun) i had a chat with customer care and was told that for the said number and sim card details no information is available on the servers.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I wanted to do MNP from Reliance GSM to Tata Docomo and i visited the Tata Docomo outlet at Fort, mumbai near Akbarallys. I spoke to a customer service executive named Ranjita there. She said that for MNP i will have to convert to buy a billing plan or pay Rs. 600/- (approx) for prepaid plan with the additional sim and port in charges. I felt this was too expensive and asked her why are you charging so high. She said if you want to do port in you will have to shell out that much. Then i went to the Thane Docomo center in Navpada.

              MNP (UPC code: RM296313) request was given on 29th May and the application form with the required documents was submitted at Tata Docomo Brand Store, Shop no. 567, Ramniwas Building., Near Navpada Police Station Opp. Punjab National Bank, Thane(W) 400604 on 31st May 2014 with a fee of Rs. 100/- (Actual fee to be charged should be Rs. 70/- as per the details given by call center executive).

              I was given a sim card with MSIDN [protected], Serial No [protected], IMSI [protected] and was told that it would be activated in 7 days. The sim card was not activated.
              When i contacted Tata Docomo's customer care after 7 days regarding the activation i was told that information for the said number is not available on servers which means that either my request was not registered or they have misplaced the application form or there was a delay in registering the request.

              I wrote an email to the Tata appelate regarding the reply received from call center executive and received an email saying that Tata has not received request from Reliance. Please co-ordinate with reliance.

              I forwarded the same email to Reliance and received the reply that they have not received any request from Tata for the MNP.

              Both the operators are blaming each other without trying to resolve the issue and now i feel cheated and would request you take strict action action against the operator who has done the mistake and penalize the same.


              Plese go through the appending mails which has the history of the conversation with Tata and Reliance.

                [protected] All o[censored]s sudden my balance became to Rs.0.00. I called no of times to the customer care center people but no one Is responding to my call.. how many times we have to call u ppl, I irritated a lot. What the hell u guys r thinking o[censored]s... finelly I get to know that how foolishly I preferred tata docomo. .

Now Tata Photopn and Siddharth Gulati.([protected] from chandigarh Sector 35 office ) is refusing to give me invoice.                           I have been charged Rs134 for using Internet inspite of having a internet pack. When i call them once they say i have been charged for using internet, once they say charged for multisessions and so on. And this happens every 2-3 months. They themselves don't know what a customer is being charged for, and they keep on giving reasons.

I have called customer care they have said that call barring is activated on my number. I cleared pending amount on 260514 two times Amount is 2171 and 2320 through credit card.That time no confirmation got.How can receive my amount from the tataphotan. He is collected money from me with Forcely.. They informed We filing the case in high court in Delhi like that they afraid me.With out using of net they collected money from me .I disconnected my service on may 2014 but they holed 4 months after 4 months without my permission they continued connection and charged .i intimated to them with phone and mail no response. How they collected money without using.As per their calculation 2171 due. .As for my calculation not nesassary to pay them. The have to back totoal 2171+2320=4491.How can i collect my money.At least 2320 can i get. Manny people are suffering with TATA photon.                                 Hi, On 21st May, i am made online payment to recharge my phone. The amount got debited from my account but my phone didnt get recharged. I called the customer care and they confirmed that the phone was not recharged. They said the amount will be credited in a week but it has still not been credited. Now they keep asking for different information every single time. I read many other people have had similar issue. I strongly feel this a fraud being committed by Tata Docomo to make money from unsuspecting customers. I tend to take legal action if the issue is not resolved in a couple days.

                                  You'll play very nicely with the customers. Not sure whether the people working in tata doesn't know the process or they are lazy. I got wrexed up with these people. I forgot everything and am happy now. But, i got a mail from photon team saying that your issue was resolved. Problem: I thought to convert my postpaid sim to prepaid. This is a corporate sim. As per customer care guy, i have de-activated it. And need to reach nearest store. And activate it. Simple proces while telling. As per the process, i have de-activated it & when i reach nearest store, they are telling to check with customer care people. And when i am calling customer care, they are telling to check with nearest store. STUPID TATA PHOTON. I HATE THIS. I HAVE A DIRECT QUESTION - DOES ANYONE WORKING IN TATA PHOTON COMPANY KNOW HOW TO CONVERT POSTPAID CORPORATE SIM TO PREPAID ?

                                    hello Sir, My name is akshay pawale.i am using tata docomo number([protected]) from last four.In last week i got call from tata docomo customer care whose name is akshay chahan(mb.no.[protected]).He gave me postpaid plan of Rs.350 and convience me to convert to from prepaid to postpaid.On saturday (31may2014) excutive of data docomo whose name is vinod chavan(mb.no.[protected]) collect the document & cash 350rs (as deposite).And it is inform me that new sim will active on monday(2 jun2014).From monday.From monday i am always calling to akshay chavan regarding activation of new sim but he is not giving me satisfied answer.On 4jun2014 i contact senior officer of docomo whose name is prashant(mb.no.[protected]), he said me your sim will active on 4jun2014 at 7.00p.m.Still it is not activated.after that i call all these people but they are ignoring me and not receiving my call also. I had waste 4 days for active sim, but yet it is not activate.And i have call these people in 4 days many time.so even i waste my balance. So, i request you to give action regard all these people and help me to active sim or revert my money which is deposite and waste in calling them. waiting for your positive reply. regards, Akshay

                                      Dear Sir, I had to change my Sim card into a Micro-Sim as I have purchase a new phone . The micro - sim started working as soon as inserted the same. But whenever I am trying to call it's get disconnected. I am getting error saying call not allowed. I have to switch off & on the phone every time I have to call someone. Still I am facing the same problem. If the problem is not resolved I will go for number portability. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.                                         I bought a lumia phone which has an offer of 3gb 3g data for 3 months. This data offer is valid till 30.06.2014. So, I bought a new docomo connection hoping that I will get my data offer on my account. I bought the phone & inserted my docomo sim in that phone. I waited for 3 days that this plan would be activated automatically but even after 3 days nothing happened, I requested the company to give me my data offer . At first they said that we need your Imei number etc so I gave them all the requisite things they asked. But then they became so reluctant they don't even listen to me & used to give abrupt replies to my e-mails. I send them 9-10 emails but they just told me that "we are working at your concern. Kindly co-operate with us" but nothing happened & the worst part happened when they told me that "this pack has already been activated on your account at 05.07.2013. I mean it's rubbish. How can this be possible when this offer came into existence on October so how could this be already be activated on my account at July. Even I bought the sim 10 days ago so it is not possible that this can be activated on my account at 05.07.2013. Moreover, this data offer is only for lumia 625 which came to India on the month of February so how could this be already activated on my account. It's unfair & just a way to make innocent people fool.
