Tata Docomo — Sent message like if we recharge INR 25 will get 35 TT with fulltime validity.But not happened | |||
Hi, I have got information/Message to my number like if i can recharge for INR 25 .i will get 35 INR TT with full time validity. But as soon as my recharge i got a message 25 credited successfully with 3 days validity.No additional benefit regarding talk time and validity has came along with recharge. So i have called thrice or four times to customer care keep on saying will come else disconnecting call. I am requesting to take further action on this Was this information helpful? | |||

We would like to inform you that you have been charged of Rs.299.90/- for your GPRS usage of multiple sessions on dated[protected]:24PM (No.Of Sessions: 2, usage: 592628KB) as there was less data in your account. Kindly, note that, while browsing multiple sites at the same time, each site, automatically reserves small amount of data, for better connectivity. Hence we request you to maintain minimum data balance of 30 MB, in order to avoid balance depletion in future.
Kindly, note that our systems are built in such a way whereby you would receive data alerts at minimum balance of 20MB and 10MB. We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request for refund.
