[Resolved] Tata Docomo — TATA DOCOMO PREPAID CONNECTION - RESUBMIT DOCUMENTS OR HAVE YOUR CONNECTION CUT OFF! | |||
Tata docomo prepaid service has turned out to be very funny because it is cutting off customers on its own. On 30th oct, 2013, I received a message from Docomo that resubmit your fresh photo and documents within 48 hours to continue services. On 31st they sent a similar message to submit within 24 hours which made me call in the call centre. They replied that there is no need to submit any documents - call no. [protected] (which I took as a proof of the call conversation). They have cut my services since 1st of nov, and when i call them to clarify from a different no ( as my docomo no is not working ), they say that my No. [protected] doesnt exist in their customer list!! I just feel that if I had known earlier I would have chosen a better service provider by MNP! Was this information helpful? | |||

For your information, the number that you were trying to contact me on was the number provided when I had taken your connection. After a few days, I had stopped that connection. But I suppose you still had my address details (if you had my old number). I would like to know what exactly was the mismatch that came into picture after so many years. And also, had the urgency of cutting my connection in 2 days!
