[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo Unlimited Plans are not Unlimited Plans-Check 100 Times before going in | |||
Here are the plan they say are Unlimited: 899 Plan and 1299 plan: Check this. I suffered alot with this very technical Planning: as these will not be told to you while taking the plan. You will be knowing only when your service will be desconnected. 899/1299 Unlimited plans: 1. They say if you call more than 300 times a week this is commercial usage and your number will be disconnected. 2. If you exceed 700min a week which is around 11.66 hrs then this is commercial usage and youor number will be disconnected. 3, If there is less than 15 mins incoming calls to your number then this is commercial usage and youor number will be disconnected. Now tell me if this is really a unlimited plan? Please note being psotpaid plan taxes will also be included in these plans? I pay more than 1000 per month and from past 20 days I am facing the same issue. Please check my post "Tata Docomo 899 plan-completely Unethical on this site and you will be aware of this issue." They wont even accept your connection closing request before you submit your bills. Once bills are done they will say DC will take 7 days and 15 days. In between these days they will chage you for prorate which is per day chrages as per post paid and again they will say you to pay these bills. Please tell me someone how to tell them that this is not good that you write Unlimited plans and you say these policies. Was this information helpful? | |||

We tried to speak to you personally over tthe call to understand your concerns regarding the Rs. 899/- and Rs. 1299/- unlimited plans issue. However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was not reachable.
Hence, we would like to inform you that as per our records we found that your Tata Docomo bearing number [protected] is under out going barring due to the Rs. 899/- plan commercial usage as per TRAI regulation.
Further, we also would like to inform you that all the conditions have been already mentioned in your bill plan application which you have been signed while opting the plan and there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 984 in your account and request you to clear the same ASAP.

I have same unlimited 899 plan and my outgoing has been barred thrice in last 1 month. The condition of calling limited number of hours in a week and limited number of hours in a day to a single number were not mentioned in the application which was signed while opting the plan.
When I had read about 15 mins incoming calls/week in application form, I had inquired regarding this condition from the executive who handed over my SIM to me and also from the call center executive who had called me first time when my connection got active. I can challenge on this conversation that must be present with Tata as they record the conversations between call center executives and subscribers.
Also, the conditions which I was aware, I have followed them completely, even then the outgoing has been barred and no-one is ready to provide me the details from back-office as due to which reason and exactly how many minutes of extra calling has been done.
It is clearly a marketing strategy of Tata and they are cheating customers by making them fools.
I have called customer care, emailed them and went to Tata Store but no-one is ready to provide any detailed explanation.

Tata Docomo does the same. Now they sent me bill of 2000 with unknown reason and everyday they are sending me bills.Note My outgoing call facility was banned and I was not even using the number then from where they are giving this much bill.
I request tata to please close myu connection as i have been conveyed by their executives that it will be closed in 2-3 days. I clearly mentioned here I will not be responsible for monthly rent that Tata will send my any more starting the time you have banned my outgoing calls.
