[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata photon max wifi device not activated | |||
Hi, this is Prashanth Reddy Inala. I ordered tata photon Max WiFi device with prepay on 25 July 2015 with order no. EC[protected] and received it on 27 July 2015. It's been 6 days and my device has not been activated. I have contacted through chat support twice, both times they asked me to wait till end of day. Since I don't hav tata photon number I can't talk to any tata customer care executive. I don't know what to do and I am running out of options.and I am fed up with u re poor customer care response. It took around 10 days for activation to complete.After lots of time emailing, chatting with customer care at last an executive has called and asked me to go to nearest docomo store. In store executive there looked in to details and said my details and documentation have not been not updated.Then i filled up new forms and changed prepay to postpay since my device is not activated. Out of no where in evening my initial prepaid has been activated and then i had to call docomo store executive to stop processing postpaid plan.Oh god! now its over .
I see major lapse in communication. And customer care executives are most poorly trained, least knowledgable. They almost made me believe i was speaking to automatic interacting software. This is a TATA product and i had hoped for good standards in addressing customer grievances. Wish concerned authorities rectify lapses and make Tata services better. Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
