[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Troubling message regarding Tata Photon bill amount even i don't have any device or any account with Tata indicom | |||
Hi Consumer, i am constantly receiving message regarding Tata photon bill amount (due payment alerts ) to my number [protected]. I didn't have any account with Tata Docomo network. The tata docomo gave me the assurance to avoid the un necessary message alerts. hence that, i am closing the issue. Thanks to docomo and consumer complaints. Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

on 23/mar/2014 a tata docomo resource person called me regarding the mentioned issue. he asked me for the number of the device paired with my number. In the message i could see the number[protected], for this number i am getting message alerts . can you please do the needful?
