[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unable to make outgoing calls | |||||
I am unable to make outgoing calls from my tata docomo number. Calling any number just results in a machine reply "This route is busy." everytime, (even while calling customer care). I tried to register a complaint online on their website but thats also not working, I wrote the whole complaint and on submitting it repeatedly says "Sorry, your complaint could not be raised. Please try again". I have tried submitting my complaint a number of times and its not working. Was this information helpful? | |||||
