I am your postpaid customer from 3 yrs. I am experincing your worst service day by day. My mobile number is [protected]. I have your 350rs monthly rental plan. I. E. 1gb 3g and 2g unlimited with 350 local mins, 200 sms. When i m going to use 3g after my billing date i. E.20th of every month, i got only 500mb 3g and 2g unlimited. Why are cheating with the customer.
Also, when i m using your 2g i got speed with 12 kb/s to 22kb/s, and on 3g i got a speed upto 65kb/s to 80kb/s. What the hell is this. When i make call either i listen my voice to self or number going to cross connection.
Why are you doing these. You people want only money, when bill date is coming your executive are starting to harrash me. Make your service better then ask for money. Right now my 3g is on and i mgetting a speed of 675b/s.. What hell is this?

I am using Tata Dcomo sim card for the past 6-7 years, I don't know how happened it is, I am getting 2 sms's per a day, I don't want it. Please stop it.

We tried to reach you on your number but we didn't get through to you.As per the conversation with our team, we would like to inform you that upon verifying our records the DND (Do Not Disturb) service is already activated on your number on 09-09-15. However, you have mentioned that you are receiving promotional calls and SMS. Hence we request you to revert with the date and time of call, content of the call and from which number you are receiving calls for further proceedings.
