    Today on 20/09/2016 at about 9-30 pm when i am coming from Taratala to Behala, at that time during riding the bus i have lost my above mentioned mobile and this no. was ported from Vodaphone to Tatadocomo about three years ago.This no. is vital for me. Now you are requested to block the above sim and issue duplicate sim immediately.above 10 years I am using this no.

      I am receiving poor signal issue from last 2 days at hinjewadi phase 3 area rom cognizant office. I am listening my own echo voice and not able to listen the end user voice. However when i am leaving this area the signal is fine. Please check and correct the issue. You can reach me @ [protected] for any further details. This has been problem with all the users from this location. Can you please do a regular health check and provide an update on it. Due to this issue, i am not able to receive or dial any call.

            I am khushbu kakkad, had tata docomo internet at my prayeja city sinhgad residence pune - 411058. account no.[protected].

            I requested to close the account on 20th april 2016, again wrote a mail on 28th april 2016 and 30th april 2016 firstly to close account from 1st may 2016. after receiving the automated reply to drop the mail again i requested to close the account with immediate effect on 28th april & 30th april 2016.

            I have a written mail communication from tata docomo saying that they have accepted the request for cancellation effective form 1st may 2016. even after that bills were generated till 1.5 months & after the telephonic communication with customer care they said they had some miscommunication within there team & it wasn't processed. after that sales manager mr. rakesh phuge from pune accepted the mistake was from tata docomo side & i have mail communication for the same.

            Cancellation request id is[protected] and billing complaint request number is[protected].

            I am unable to attach pdf of mail correspondence, so please provide me with mail id. so as to forward the same. i am getting threatening legal mails from tata docomo. request you to please help me.

              Tata Docomo is worst service for porting, almost one month my number is not activated I have port from Vodafone to Docomo I have submitted my documents also but still not yet activated. I have complain more then 10 times to the customer care they said to go Kormangala Store to submit the documents that I did the same but they couldn't activated . In store the employes are not responding correctly, Specially the Employee Shreyas Ks his Number-[protected] he don't no how to respond the customer, he is porting my number from last 1month still he did not activated yet CAF No.[protected].

                I am in mahrashtra.i have activated pack of 32rs free incoming call for 30 days. i have activated it on 15th september.
                right now i came to know that you have deactived that pack.
                i got msg in my inbox that roaming charges are 45p/min.

                so what about recharge i have done of rs 32.

                it is wastage of money.
                I have lost almost 60rs in two days. what is to be done for that.

                this lead to customer dissatisfaction. now i am moving to reliance jio

                  My tata docomo number has been disconnected for no reason and i want my same number but executives say that we cannot help you with this and the worst part is that every month i am getting bills. They are saying you pay the bills but we cannot assure you whether you will get the number or not. I visited tata docomo outlets as well but even they did not assist me. I have many connections through that number i want the same number. Please take some action against them.

                  The response from your executive Suma, was very poor.

                  I have recharged through my mobile balance for 156Rs. The offer displayed 1GB for 60 days and said press 5 to confirm. Only then I pressed confirmed.

                  But I haven't got the offer which displayed. Request you to credit the remaining of the offer being said.

                    Hi there,

                    I was using prepay number of Tata Docomo and that number([protected]) is connected with my banking and email account recovery. But Tata Docomo Deactivated my number. I am overseas in New Zealand. Now I can't access my Internet banking as I need OTP coming on my mobile number but can't get it as my number is not active. Tata Docomo support saying they cancelled my number as it was not used for a while. Now I have to wait for 90 days. I requested them to activate my number but they saying they can't. Admin department can do anything. But on other-side I never signed on term and condition that says my number will be blocked if I will not make a call from number. They selling sim card in small wrap with a lot of information about recharge and scheme but no term and conditions. if it says T & C apply then it doesn't say where to find T & C.

                    I was talking to docomo support and they saying after 90 days go to near store and you can buy this number again.

                    How they can do this. I am overseas and can't go to any near store in india as I am not in india. They gave me ridiculous excuses.

                    Now they completely ruined my banking and access to my email address. whole accounts are compromised because of [censored] service of TaTa Docomo. Please guys if anyone can help me then please reply on [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                    They will not reply to this complaint. They are bully.
                    We never signed these kind of term and conditions so they can't disconnect my mobile number. if they had to then they should have sent me email before they did. They don't its big lose for me I can't go to any outlet as I am overseas and Tata Docomol renuined everything associated with this number

                      I had responded to the add in Lokmat on[protected] for a space for installation of 3g/4g Mobile Tower D.R.S. tower services. I received message & mail from E.R.S Tower Services as mentioned above.                       I have purchased a DoCoMo number [protected]. For which I had raised a request for discontinuation . But I have received the bills for 6 months now . Even after repeated request the issue is not solved . The bill are generated every month even when the service is not used .

                                I have this number with me from more than 3 years and now when I lost my phone with sim card. While I went docomo store I came to know that this number is registered on a different name and becasue of which I haven't got my sim.

                                In the past 3 years no one ever asked me whose name this number is registered and I have never got a verification call as well. I have submitted my documents while taking this connection and it might be the dealers mistake that he/she has mistakenly changed the forms. And now when I went to your gallery for this issue they are saying there is nothing that they can do. They are being very rude and extremely unhelpful.
                                I am calling nodal office in this regards and no one is receiving the call.

                                If this is the situation and if my issue is not resolved I will have to go to TRAI authorities and complain about this.

                                  I was using tata docomo post paid no from past 4 years but due to bad network
                                  recently I changed my operator to Vodafone meanwhile i asked the
                                  tata docomo CC the amount what I've to pay for seven day's they advised me
                                  to pay 50/-rs, I paid that on the tata outlet but when my service provider changed
                                  they sent me the msg for a pending bill of 609/- and when I asked for clarification they replied me that I've used internet for which they charged me this much, I used to get 2 gb data free and in 6 days I hardly used 200 MB which
                                  was already free with my plan and nobody informed the customer about this
                                  rules what they followed, now they contacted Vodafone and blocked my services now what should I do? [protected]

                                      I took Photon at that time executive told me Plan 650 it is Unlimited, after 3GB used speed will be slow. but it is totally fake after 3GB Used we can't Use Net.
                                      we will face one msg that " No internet connection" it means we can use only 3GB in RS. 650. not Unlimited.

                                      I call to Executive he was speaking again and again, Sir you take booster plan.
                                      we have no option on that because you have used 3GB Data.

                                      But I told him what is meaning o[censored]nlimited Plan
                                      He told that they don't have any answer.
