[Resolved] Tata Docomo — very low speed in the evenings | |||
For the past 2 months my internet speed reduces in the evening from around 7pm to 11pm. For the rest of the day it is the usual 10 mbps. I have sent numerous screen shots and tickets to get this issue resolved. The only reason that they give is that my fup is completed. But that is not the case. If my fup was exhausted I should have 512 kbps through out the day. Frustrated for 2 months now I am not paying the bill for Oct. Tata DoCoMo is not cancelling my connection and are demanding the monthly bill. Was this information helpful? | |||
