Tata Docomo — Wrongly charged for tata photon | |||||
1) i had called the call center and asked to stop the service for the account[protected]g) before the generation of bill. 2) i was told that i had to make the payment for current bill and then the services will be stopped for which i agreed and paid. 3) i was told that i will recive the mail for the same but it didnt came. 4) i didnt made any confirmation that was mistake from my part. 5) after the payment of bill i received the bill for next month i thought it was mistakenly send as i didnt recived a single call for payment after due date. 6) if you can check the call details for your call center you can found that i had made the call for stoppage of services. 7) i received nearly 15 call for payment which i had stopped using. 8) i received a legal notice of non payment for the mistake done from company side. 9) i have now already paid the amount with interest now and just want this to be known to the people that how the companies make money. Now i have send the mail to "[protected]@gmail.com" from whom i have received legal notice for stopping the service of another account i hold but from last 2 days no response. I still have not received the feed back from the company. The phone numbers provided in notice mail for contacting about any issue are also not working.

I have already received the payment receipt when i made the payment. I was made to pay the amount plus interest for the services which i did not used. Plus I received the notice for the same like a threatening message. I made request so many times for looking into this matter but no one listen. I was asked to call on the two numbers "Mr DEEPAK CHANDEL on [protected] & KAILASH MANE on [protected]" for any issues but the same are not working.
I dont believe this is the same Ratan Tata's company where you dont even care about the customers.
As i have already made the payments please let me know the actions you have taken about my request.

I have still not received the satisfactory response from the company. This is how the Big companies work to make money.
