    I am facing juddering issue while accelerating my car and it is in all the gears. This is an AMT car and the juddering issue is while acceleration and not while gear change. I have reported this issue to several tata service centres, they have changed my spark plugs 2 times also did all the updates but issue was not resolved yet. Last time one technician from tata motors removed and plugged in the lamda sensor as a temporary solution but still issue is there. I want this issue to be resolved otherwise I will have to sell this car.

      My Name is Krishan Murari Dubey and I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I have encountered with my Tata Tigor Registration Number: RJ05CC0434.
      On 20th May 2024, while I was going with my family and driving under normal conditions on a well-maintained Highway, I experienced a sudden dis-balance and alarming issue with the vehicle's twist beam. Despite not being involved in any accident or harsh driving conditions, the twist beam sustained significant damage. This unexpected malfunction has not only caused me great inconvenience but also raised serious concerns about the safety and reliability of my vehicle.
      Here are the details of the issue:
      • Vehicle Model: Tata Tigor
      • Vehicle Registration Number: RJ05CC0434
      • Date of Incident: 20TH May 2024
      • Location: Rupbas Bharatpur
      • Description of the Problem: Twist beam damaged during normal driving conditions without any collision or unusual road conditions.
      I am extremely disappointed that a vehicle manufactured by a reputable company like Tata Motors would encounter such a critical issue under standard driving circumstances. I trust Tata Motors to provide high-quality, durable vehicles, and this incident has severely undermined my confidence.
      I request your immediate attention to this matter and seek the following:
      1. A thorough inspection of my vehicle by a certified Tata Motors technician.
      2. A detailed report explaining the cause of the twist beam damage.
      3. Prompt repair or replacement of the damaged back twist beam under warranty.
      4. Assurance that all necessary steps will be taken to prevent such issues in the future.
      Please let me know at your earliest convenience when I can bring the vehicle in for inspection. I am looking forward to a swift resolution to this problem.

        I have tata punch pure rhytm only 11 month old. My car battery drained after 5-7 days continuously 2-3 month and tata motor service center not replaced battery. only battery charge and back same battery and after same problem 5 to 7 days after. I suggest my family my friend dont buy tata motor any vehicle ever forever. Tata service is very bad.

          I have 2017 xz Tiago engine stalls suddenly on road when hot car no power . When cool then car runs but after long sunny ride it stalls . I have changed spark plug cleaned throttle still it happens. I'm feed up I know 2017 Tiago has fuel pump issue many faced kindly get me free replacement. As it's manufacturing defect .

          Even when my car engine vibrates even the air filter is manufacturing defect many owners got it free replaced when tata motors contacted them but nobody called me .till date engine sound vibration since starting as manufacturing air filter intake.

            Sir, we have purchased Tata tiago vehicle from schakralaya motors PONDICHERRY on 7/4/2024.we received number plates and fixed it by schakralaya motors Villupuram showroom on 11/04/2024. While driving the vehicle to our home town on the same day, the rear number plate fell in highway .we were not able to find it.it is clearly due to improperly fix work by the
            schakralaya motors Villupuram showroom.we have escalated this to schakralaya motors Villupuram showroom.They have not responded till date and making fun and jokes on us. We need a solution and apology for their improper work and behaviour.

              My tata tiago xz car is manufactured defects in rear twist beam and fuel pump,
              rear twist beam is cracked as car is driven 60k Km. and second problem is fuel pump as car stopped in middle of the road after 100 km drive as per service centre Shimla Himachal Pradesh Fuel pump need to change. as per my market research this is most common problem in Tiago. my car is 2016 model and service center is denying to replace the parts. both the problem in my car is manufactured defect why should i pay anything. please suggest further. otherwise i have go to legal case against tata motors

                Hi sir

                Myself Sai Krishna, I have visited the showroom near kavundampalayam coimbatore (KUN Tata, Mettupalayam Road) and salesperson Mr gurumoorthi explained about the car and I booked the car Tata punch accomplished automatic model and I have paid advance as 15000 and he explained the car price (Attached) and I agreed to pay 2 lakhs as down payment and remaining 7 lakhs as EMI, which has already been processed and got confirmation from bank that amount has been disbursed.

                I have confirmed the car Tata punch accomplished automatic price multiple times and confirmed the same with the manager and provided 10000 as discount from accessories. Once the loan amount had been disbursed I paid the 2 lakhs and the same was confirmed with the executive Gurumoorthi.

                Yesterday He personally called and confirmed that the car has reached but after 14 days post completion all the payments suddenly they are asking to pay another 70000 and mentioning that they have conveyed wrong car amount instead of tata punch accomplished automatic.

                This is unacceptable and It's like cheating customer with fake label and increasing amount in the time of delivery

                I have given all my savings which is 200000+ as down payment and I planned the rest of the amount with EMI.

                If the proper amount had been conveyed I would have planned accordingly or would have gone ahead with some other model.

                After processing all the payment, this kind of pressure is not something I anticipated and I am not ready to suffer for someone else's mistake.

                Now I don't have the amount to give and I want my car delivered as promised.

                If not I will write this to all social platforms and file a legal case against your company and executive.

                    Hi,
                    We have purchased tata tiago xt rhythm manual petrol variant on 27 march and hardly we driven 50 kms and suddenly my car hit the parking pillar because the break system was faulty. When we have given it to service centre they said break booster are not working and there mechanic was saying sometimes the break is working sometimes it's not, they are in a shock how vehicle driven for 150 kms.
                    My point is why you people are playing with someone else life, if something happen to us then who will be responsible for it, you dealer or service centre people. Now I just want to return the car and i will never ever suggest any one to purchase tata cars.
                    Now I just want to return the car thats it, tell me what is the procedure.

                      I have purchased a TATA Nexon EV on 10th April, and followed all the process required. I informed the team that I am an NRI and would be moving out soon, and hence all formalities to be done in 2-3 days max and they aligned for it. But currently i am still waiting for the charger installation and there is no feedback from team - "sir we are working to have it done asap". Also while driving my car to show how to drive, they hit the car, and done temporary paint. I still was ok, that they can do the painting later but still lot of hastles here.

                      Major concern :
                      Tata Nexon claims : 465 Km in City mode and ~ 350 Km in Sports mode in the manual. My car in Sports mode didnt ran 200 Km even and even in City mode it is below 250 km. - If you are highlighting that i should drive with X, Y, Z why this is not written in your manual and why this is not highlighted to customer on purchase. While India is expanding in infrastructure to improve in global speed ranking, Tata is delivering next gen cars with speed limit to max 80 Km/hr to meet the claims. This is purely cheating for the customer, and hence this should be relooked or my car to be revalidated to ensure whats highlighted as performance is delivered.

                        I recently purchased a tata punch adventure MT 2023 model from grave motors baner pune to Mr rohit sharma. Recently I got to know that the delivered tata punch adventure MT variant don't have. The actual variant features. I found that 2 driver side hand greps in tata punch is not available. Primarily these feature are not available in pure rythm pack variant. That's gives me clue that, grave motors cheated me by sold the base variant against selected adventure mt variant

                          Break down of new car

                          Sir i purchased Tata Nixon fearless AMT DCT PURPLE BLUE car on13/3/24 with in one month my new car was break down due to gearboxes and software issues. There is wast of money to invest for buying Tata nixon vehicle and also service is not good. So please please don't buy tata nixon and don't waste your money...

                          broken rear twist beam (dead axle) in tata tigor xz

                          Recenly the dead axle (Rear Twist Beam) of my Tata Tigor was broken due to unknown reason.
                          After that I have contacted Tata Motor Noida service centre for repair but my claim was rejected by insurance company (Bajaj Alliance) due to company manufacturing defect as told to my by their surveyor.
                          The surveyor after inspection told me that such incidents have happened with other Tata Tigor as well and therefore my claim was rejected.br...

                          I done my first service on 11-march-2024. Today my car( TN11BH6766) was stopped in the middle of the road while driving. About 2hrs we were not provided enough assistance from the service center. When we opened the bonnet, Due to the pressure coolant tube was removed from the joint and oil was scattered everywhere in the bonnet. Even after 3months purchase and 20 days after free first service, I faced this on the roadside along with my family. I heard that tata is worst in terms of service. Now I experienced that. Hereafter I will not recommend tata motors for anyone. I lost my confident in driving my tata punch.

                            My clutch and gear issue is from the time I brought this Harrier- xz 2019 moder. Earlier it was in warranty so it was replaced but now they are charging me again for a car only driven 27k. It stops in middle of road, I have been cheated by Tata cars.                               The car was purchased afrom Tata Motots Auto Vikas Wazirpur outlet with 5 yeasr battery replacement

                              In due course of time after running teh car around 40000 kms we have noticed that the car is now discharging at very high pace. Each percentage we are able to drive around .5 kms...

                                Hi, This is to bring into your kind notice about my experience while a buying a new car from Tata Motors and how I am being cheated . Recently I booked and made full payment for a new TATA PUNCH ACCOMPLISHED model from the dealer Lexus Motors Ltd, 209 AJC Bose Road, Kolkata . While booking the car I have been given a cost sheet as below

                                Ex-Showroom price = 784900 /-
                                RTO Charges = 46150/-
                                Insurance = 42172 /-

                                Total = 873222/-

                                As I have exchange my old car, they gave exchange value and discount together of 523222/- and asked to pay remaining 350, 000 Rs . I have made a payment in full already .

                                Now today they initiated the registration process and issued an Insurance policy which is worth 25495 Rs instead of actually quoted 42172 Rs in the cost sheet .

                                When I checked with them, the dealer is saying that they have given me discount and hence they made adjustment in insurance policy reducing my policy coverage .

                                This is completely unacceptable to me . They have given me discount considering final selling price for RTO changes, Insurance and Ex-showroom price of the car . Now they must not change the coverage /product of insurance showing that they have given me discount .

                                I would like to get back the balance amount of for insurance which is[protected] = 16677 Rs . I request your help on this .
