As I Complained to the Local Distributor of Guntur City., No Action was taken by them as it is Pending from past 2 Days.,

Dont Damage the Image of this Reputed Company because of these kind of Irresponsible Distributors as i was in MNC.,

Might Switch on to Other Companies like Me.,

Very Simple Problem to Rectify this with 10 Mins Work with the Dish., Which was Not Resolved by them after Several Complaints.,

    I have Tata Sky dish installed from past 2 years.suddenly it stop receiving signals.so I raised service request.1st technician arrived and said the dish need to relocate to get the signal and solve the no connection issue.so he asked me to raise another request.the visit charged me 150 INR. I raised another request. I was informed that no charges will be deducted for 2 ND visit. But next day INR 300 get deducted for relocation.of which no information was provided by Tata Sky.
    The basic issue was suddenly lost of signal and I needed solution on it.
    I asked Tata sky representative about it but the replied that they don't have idea about it.
    My question is, why should I pay for Tata Sky's sudden inability to provide service?
    The dish was getting signal at original place so change of location of it was option opt by Tata sky, not me.
    I requested the refund of INR 300 but it is declined rudely.
    The system of prepaid gives Tata Sky an option to deduct the charges at will, which should be stopped.
    Further more no work order sign off or Invoice is provided for the service and at the time of servicing.

          Having paid a sum of rs.2250/- towards dish, stb and one year telecast subscription on[protected] in favour of m/s. unisyn enterprises of appco group india vide their I have pay paytm recpit no 20190531/[protected]grounds branch, to their on[protected]. i have contacted m/s. unisyn enterprises on mobile no.[protected], who have informed that the services will be initiated and the dish will be installed in a day or two. till date nothing has been initiated. i have sent mail to [protected]@tatasky.com explaining the matter. they have replied to contact to[protected] from where i can get the status of my new connection installation. i called them on[protected] i. e., yesterday and they have informed that the matter is being redirected to the technical personnel who will get in touch with me in a couple of hours.

          As there is no response either from the dealer m/s. unisyn enterprises, or from the technical personnel who have to install the dish, i request m/s. tatasky to instruct m/s. unisyn to refund my money immediately without any delay since the services have not been initiated as of[protected].

          Tata Sky — Non installation of dish

          My name is Shabbir Motiwala, [protected]@rediffmail.com, I have on the 18th April made a payment of RS 13299.00 for two Tata sky hd boxes and a full one year subscription fees, tata sky no is [protected], on payment was told that within 5 days the dish would be installed, after not getting any call for 3days I started calling the help line repeatedly and all occasions I was assured that some one would call me the next day and the dish would be installed, but no one till today has called, when asked to refund the money I was told it would take 10 working days to refund... When it took me 30 secs to pay them why should they take such a long time to refund my money and they would obviously not pay me any interest on it. Could you pl help me out.. I feel like I am being cheated on my hard earned money.

          Hi,

          Even I have being duped by UniSyn Enterprises for 1801 to convert the standard TataSky Box to HD box for which I had paid the amount on 09-Sep-13 and till date (10-Oct-13) there is no response from them.
          I just spoke to the TataSky Call Center and they said they will either provide me an refund or will provide the HD box.

              Tata Sky has common umbrella in building but not ready to to attend as common problem and trying to make money. Need individual complaint from each subscriber from building and then they will charge Rs 150 each to all members, not ready to listen and attend even common problem. If 10 people are complaining from the building then they will charge to all 10 members for 1 complaint which is injustice.

                The Tata sky executive who carried out the relocation and setup was incompetent. Work order ID was WO# 1I7S1QDR on 07june2019. He took one hour to adjust the antenna unsuccessfully, then he climed a part costing Rs 300 needed change. Finally it worked. However today 10 June after 2 days it stopped working. Tata sky helpline was totally unresponsive.

                      Tata sky service is THE WORST service i have ever seen. Customer support team just read the script infornt of them. I first logged in a request to get a new set up box on april 26th and today is June 9th. Really!!!
                      I kept on listening to wait for 2hrs to get call from technician. I thought I should speak to supervisor now as theres no solution with customer service advisors(JYOTHI, VISHNU PRIYA). There comes a Supervisor(Ragavi) now on the call. I was really expecting to hear something different from her but you know what she sounded exactly the same as her customer support guys. She is not able to answer my simple questions. Could not transfer a call to her Team lead even after waiting on call for 45minutes.

                      This is really rediculous service from them. We are paying so much to this people and they could not give a simple service to us. Further, we have to be on calls for hours to listen to the same script again and again. Thers actually no sense in their talking.

                      !!!STILL MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED!!!

                        We have ordered new connection through online and done the full payment for the same. We are following with the Tata sky customer care and service engineer from the day one. Everytime we are getting false promises from service engineer and customer care regarding the installation of disk. Everytime we are getting new timelines only regardless of work done.

                        We have purchased Tata sky because of brand name and the experience is really worst.

                        There is no timelines and responsibilities for the work. Please help on this matter.

                          After calling customer care, mailing nodal officer and talking senior executives multiple times there is no result. The whole tata sky team is a failure. Even technician is not under their control. At the time of booking they promise the installation time for 3 hrs but in actual it's 3 to 4 days. 7 June till today 9june iam waiting for installation

                            I called so many times to resolve my issues to customer care at on Saturday that is 8th June 2019.
                            These are the timings;- 10 o clock, 12.00, 2.30 pm, 4.00 pm, 5.45 pm, 7.00 pm
                            i talked to their staff they always said to me that technical support will call you within two hours . i didn't received any calls from technical support.still issue is not resolved.
                            after this, i talked to their manager he told me the same as their staff said. they lied to me repeatedly the whole day that someone who will call me.
                            now today morning again same thing happening to me.

                            kindly resolve my issue or provide me one year tata sky service free.

                              I need to deactivate my secondary connection. Their website is designed in a very very un-unfriendly manner so a user cannot cancel anything easily.

                              also there is no phone number where one can speak to an operator.Also they accepted a payment made by mistake into a deactivated account.Then refused to refund the money. This needed many many calls to their accounts dept to resolve. Kindly help me cancel the 2ndary connection.

                                At tatasky cable Tv services I need my secondary connection cancelled- there is no option that is visible.
                                there is no phone number where one can speak to an operator either.

                                License should not be given to such people who deliberately make sure the user cannot deactivate things,
                                also they accepted payment made by mistake in a user id that was dead and then refused to refund the amount.It took many calls to get the matter sorted. ! Pls help. My consumer id is [protected]

                                  Bearing mobile no-[protected]is aregular coustmer of TataSky DTH, have put complain on DT 5/6/2019 regarding no signal and dead of setup box but service has provided till now.I also regularly contacted coustmer care in toll free number but no result .In this situation day wise subscription has deducted from my account.As a senior citizen I treated such type of problem.If it is difficult to provide services I will change operator and filled a case in consumer Court soon.

                                    I was contacted on phone on 30.5.2019 by Tatasky to change my service of MultiTV connection with customer Id: [protected] to two separate packages. The monthly charge recommended was less than earlier. So I agreed. Next day in one of the TVs I found the channel no.1303 (ABP Ananda- a free channel) was missing which was available from both the TVs earlier. Immediately I complained. They could not restore the problem remotely. Ultimately they decided to send one technician at site to see the problem. I did not ask for this. The technician came but could not restore the same and went back. Ultimately I added the channel through their normal procedure. Next day I found that they have deducted Rs. 150/ from my balance unilaterally. When I complained the intimated that this was charge for sending technician and hence cannot be reversed. The problem was created by them and they could not restore the problem remotely. Why should I bear the cost?

                                      I have a Tata Sky DTH connection. However the antenna has been broken since long time. I gave them the first complain to repair it on 21st of May. They promise customers that all issue will be solved between 48 to 72 hours. However, no service is provided even after my repeated call. Even in between they close my complain and send some bill in my register mobile no. A strong action should be taken against people involved in TATASKY service for cheating the customers.

                                        I had reffer frnd's contact detail to 56633 for receiving 300 rs as reward for new connection and activate a new connection but now tatasky executive said that u r not eligible to receive. I was call to executive and asked about the procedure and follow but this time executive says that u r not eligible and said wrong procedure follow.
