Complaint against Subscriber ID: [protected] has now reached more than a month, what does tatasky has to say about it. Within this 1 month there was approx 15 calls, emails, chats, but looks like Tatasky does not even care about their existing subscribers, as they never fixed the issue nither they care to fix it even after more than 1 month now. and all this time I can't see their services but they charged me for the same....

I install tata sky on 8th may 2019. which technician come to instal they have not proper instument. you can see in attached file singnal quality is TOO LOW.
i complain in Tata sky they promise to resoleved my problem but now all are refuse to solved my problem.
please help me
please solved my problem otherwise refund my money.

I had requested for relocation of my connection at Nasik.Request is made on 03/06/2019 and till now 06/06/2019 nobody has called me from Nasik and no technician has visited. 1) I Have requested to temporarily deactivate my account from 24th May 2019 to 3rd June 2019. It was accepted over toll free but was not executed as I have come know yesterday

My Tata sky connection is affected by Cyclone Fani. I have raised a complaint on 15/05/2019 morning but till now it has not resolved. I am unable to watch any program as my dish antenna is bend down. I have called many times but they did not respond. I have called 150 times till now but they are torturing without resolve the problem. They always tell it will be solved within 48 hours but after that no response received from them....

Per offer from tata sky. Get 2000 rs voucher for new registration i have registered my account on 6/6/2019 at mytatasky website. But due to network issue i have not received option to select 2000 rs. Voucher.
I tried to login after some time but it is not showing up now. I contacted their customer care service but they said it is not possible once you logged in.

Hi my name is Gautam Dhall and I am using TATA Sky from last 7-8 years. But from last 1 year TATA Sky is charging very high mothly rental charges.

Earlier I was paying Rs 1100/- per month in total for my 3 connections and were enjoying watching all the channels. But from last 1 year tata sky is charging Rs 1750/- per month with half of the channels.

I am highly disappinted by tatasky, the guy who came to install hd box at my home used the wrong wires which now causes trouble in broadcasting all the channels. When complaint officials at tata sky ask me to pay again for the wire.
All the helpline number provided on the website are not responding. Registered a query online haven't received a call in days.
This is really ridiculous and i never expected it from such a big company....

I have compalined on tatsky customer care number so many times from last 20 days but everytime got same reply that our technician will contact you in 2hours, but i have not received a single call till now.

My tatsky signal was not availble from last 20 days but my balance has been deducted as usual.

I have taken a new connection (2no.) on 30.05.19. Till now no installation done. Even though repeatedly talk to mr. Vamsi, ram (Marketing team, visakhapatnam) who have convinced me to book connection. Every day false assurance given to me to install today at any cost but not done even today. Last 2days mr. Vamsi is not lifting my phone. This not fare, if you not able to install such a long time why you forced me take connection....

A company never refuse to customers and love money, but their nonsense procedures and excutive to whom they provide training, spoil the name of any company, set up box not receiving signal and they are asking for 150 extra because i have change my address, which is almost there where i was residing earlier, nonsense procedures, u r money lovers only...
