unable to view services for more than a month now

Complaint against Subscriber ID: [protected] has now reached more than a month, what does tatasky has to say about it. Within this 1 month there was approx 15 calls, emails, chats, but looks like Tatasky does not even care about their existing subscribers, as they never fixed the issue nither they care to fix it even after more than 1 month now. and all this time I can't see their services but they charged me for the same....

tata sky refuse to solve signal related issue

My Tata sky connection is affected by Cyclone Fani. I have raised a complaint on 15/05/2019 morning but till now it has not resolved. I am unable to watch any program as my dish antenna is bend down. I have called many times but they did not respond. I have called 150 times till now but they are torturing without resolve the problem. They always tell it will be solved within 48 hours but after that no response received from them....

tata sky 2000 rs. voucher not received after registration

Per offer from tata sky. Get 2000 rs voucher for new registration i have registered my account on 6/6/2019 at mytatasky website. But due to network issue i have not received option to select 2000 rs. Voucher.
I tried to login after some time but it is not showing up now. I contacted their customer care service but they said it is not possible once you logged in.

Kindly help me to get 2000 rs. Vouchers.

I am highly disappinted by tatasky, the guy who came to install hd box at my home used the wrong wires which now causes trouble in broadcasting all the channels. When complaint officials at tata sky ask me to pay again for the wire.
All the helpline number provided on the website are not responding. Registered a query online haven't received a call in days.
This is really ridiculous and i never expected it from such a big company....

tata sky set top box pairing error

My tata sky set top box was not used for 2 months. Recharged and restarted yesterday but its showing a wrong card for this box (Some long numbers and)... Pairing error. Tried to unplug and restart the box but the problem persists. Tried to remove the card and clean it and put it back. But even after that the problem remains.
