    I have made the recharge 150/- dated on 22nd April which has been credited to tatasky account. But they r still denying the same. I have taken confirmation from bank but tata sky team has not satisfied then made the complaint to RBI that bank in not responding. The father of all bank RBI has given written confirmation that amount has been credited to tatasky.
    But tatasky response is still same.
    If they won't recharge then show case notice to be issued to Tata sky.

      My name is Sunil khetpal my register mobile no is [protected] and my tata sky id is [protected] (2 connection) and on oct 18 i have recharged by around Rs 18000 and get platinum hd till 26 oct 2020 but unfotunatly not mostly channels are not working and also validity of my id is showing around apr20 so many time talking with cutumer care they reply like that the trai has changed the plans so tata sky has change the plan, so i want to know some issue

      1-When i invest such a big amount to take the benefit of tata sky plans and confirmed till oct2020 then why without my consent tata sky has right to change my plan

      2-Should i have to fight through consumer forum or tata sky will help on this on emediate basis

        Good day!!!

        This is Dinesh Kumar, a Tata sky loyal customer since 4 years and here comes how I was been mistreated by Customer service of Tatasky with seven requests asking for referral bonus.

        I have also lost hope that with this email I would be getting my referral bonus.

        Below is the better script of my issue, which looks better than recent blockbuster movie Bahu Bali:

        I have refereed Tata sky new connection to my friend Murali Krishna through web portal link: https://www.tatasky.com/wps/portal in two simple steps as stated in website through referral enrolment programme.

        After I have shared my details, my friend has received the below email(screen shot) to his email ID: ramu.[protected]@gmail.com. After which he has made the payment on 22 May 2019 using the link in red box and his new tata sky connection got activated after the call received from customer care.

        Now here comes the interval Bang i.e. me and my friend have been calling to customer care with below ticket details and no one in the great Organization (Tata sky) customer service has taken no action till date, with an great answer i.e. amount will be credited in three days and I have also received very sweet response from customer care team saying that sir, give me one chance I will resolve this issue for you (a big joke 😝, which has never happened in my life time)

        No one contacted me till date

        Now, the referral amount was not credited in to both accounts as per the Tata Sky DTH connection policy even after 15-20 days connection was given.

        Hence we both have decided to send an email to Nodal officer and if resolution is not been done, we would like to disconnect from Tatasky and reach out to new service provider who is better in understanding customer issue and resolving it faster than you guys. After discussing and speaking to customer care I felt that no one in either senior team or from service providing team, every one is of opine to close the ticket instead of resolving the issue.

        Now for this story, Iam awaiting climax to be written by Nodal Officer of Tatasky. I think this will not be resolved at this stage too.

          I installed tata sky a month before . The technician who installed tata sky dish was not sure about the fitting done . He told me that he would come if any problem occurs . Yesterday with a small gust of wind the screws which hold the dish popped out. I filed a complaint and the technician came. He told that this won’t work you need to reallocate whole dish to other location and he would charge 300/- .
          I called tata sky customer care and told it was a mistake of the technician who installed the dish and why I should pay for it and it’s just a month passed and the problem occurred .
          I urge to higher official to take care of this . They should interrogate the technician who installed my tata sky .
          It’s just been a month only and dish should not come out of the wall because of wind .!
          It’s technical fault made by tata sky technician and they should reallocate the dish to other location and install it properly without any charge .

            it's been 6th day I am unable to view any channels despite recharged & customer care nor the nodel office person have given soultion to it.
            Is this how the team works?

              I NEED AN ANSWER. NOT YOUR SCRIPTED RESPONSE. Tata sky very disappointed with your services
              Even after registering our request on may 30 th and till date no one has come to install the dish antenna
              Even after calling every single day talking to every single manager and the customer support who promise to send an executive amidst they fail in their actions and promises ( every single manager and executive had promised they wld send the executive in next 2 hrs )and there is absolute no resolvance

              Is this how your services work. When its due for recharging you call us 100 times or if we don’t pay on time your super fast to disconnect the connections customers query are not important for you just there money rite

              Very disappointed that tata sky is taking ever to send an executive to install the connection

              Thumbs down sorry to say your service is really pathetic

                  I have been a customer of Tatasky for over a decade (Subscriber Id [protected]) and have taken all the shortcomings as they have come even with this new TRAI think I have lost all my free showcases and all when i was a long time subscriber I could understand... But now as we were having some renovations done at our house and we lost 1 tatasky box(out of 4 mind you) and I want to add a new box back into the system have just been informed that since the box lost a old non HD PVR box because it was my primary box i am now loosing all my long term benefits even with the new regulations have lost all the existing money paid for the packages subscribed (thankfully they did not swallow the remaining balance) have to re do all my packages again . So this is how you treat long term Loyal customers. Brilliant Never thought a Tata associated company to treat 🤬 consumers like this. well i have raised a few service requests as all i wanted was to buy a new box in place of the 5+ year old box that we lost.(we have other 3 multi tvs actives also for god knows how long).. such a simple thing has been turned into this all i wanted was a new box for the lost one that i wanted to buy but because of this primary thing you guys ended up penalizing me for my years of patronage... I dont really have the words to thank you guys.

                    In the recent cyclone at Bhubaneswar, Odisha the disc anteena was completely dislodged from its clamps, thereby no signals are there since 3rd May to this day .I lodged an complaint vide registered no.                         I have compalined on tatsky customer care number so many times from last 2 days but everytime got same reply that our technician will contact you in 2hours, but i have not received a single call till now.

                          Complaint against Subscriber ID: [protected] has now reached more than a month, what does tatasky has to say about it. Within this 1 month there was approx 15 calls, emails, chats, but looks like Tatasky does not even care about their existing subscribers, as they never fixed the issue nither they care to fix it even after more than 1 month now. and all this time I can't see their services but they charged me for the same.

                          can't you read, the issue is still not fixed, the signal issue is still there, the engineer came to visit told me that the LMB can't send the signal to 2 boxes so it needs separate antenna, please arrange it.

                              My subscriber ID is [protected]. I am user of Tata Sky for last 15 years. I had requested for relocation of my connection at Nasik.Request is made on 03/06/2019 and till now 06/06/2019 nobody has called me from Nasik and no technician has visited. I am periodically calling your customer care number but they ask me to wait for two hours for getting a call. In next call same dialog is repeated. Does it take so much time for attending the request ? The customer care is noting the problem but are they taking strongly with NASIK team ?
                              I have requested my present service provider to discontinue their service.But for last four days, I am desperately waiting for the technician to do installation., leaving aside my important jobs.
                              Please take up the matter with Nasik team with seriousness. Moreover, they have started my plan without starting the connection.It is surprising

                                1) I Have requested to temporarily deactivate my account from 24th May 2019 to 3rd June 2019. It was accepted over toll free but was not executed as I have come know yesterday
                                2) My Tatasky TV is not running so I requested to schedule Technician yesterday. But unfortunately even after 5 callls to toll free no technician has neither called not arrived at my address.

                                The kind of service I am getting is very poor.

                                  My Tata sky connection is affected by Cyclone Fani. I have raised a complaint on 15/05/2019 morning but till now it has not resolved. I am unable to watch any program as my dish antenna is bend down. I have called many times but they did not respond. I have called 150 times till now but they are torturing without resolve the problem. They always tell it will be solved within 48 hours but after that no response received from them.

                                    Per offer from tata sky. Get 2000 rs voucher for new registration i have registered my account on 6/6/2019 at mytatasky website. But due to network issue i have not received option to select 2000 rs. Voucher.
                                    I tried to login after some time but it is not showing up now. I contacted their customer care service but they said it is not possible once you logged in.

                                    Kindly help me to get 2000 rs. Vouchers.
