This is Dinesh Kumar, a Tata sky loyal customer since 4 years and here comes how I was been mistreated by Customer service of Tatasky with seven requests asking for referral bonus.
I have also lost hope that with this email I would be getting my referral bonus.
Below is the better script of my issue, which looks better than recent blockbuster movie Bahu Bali:
I have refereed Tata sky new connection to my friend Murali Krishna through web portal link: https://www.tatasky.com/wps/portal in two simple steps as stated in website through referral enrolment programme.
After I have shared my details, my friend has received the below email(screen shot) to his email ID: ramu.[protected]@gmail.com. After which he has made the payment on 22 May 2019 using the link in red box and his new tata sky connection got activated after the call received from customer care.

Now here comes the interval Bang i.e. me and my friend have been calling to customer care with below ticket details and no one in the great Organization (Tata sky) customer service has taken no action till date, with an great answer i.e. amount will be credited in three days and I have also received very sweet response from customer care team saying that sir, give me one chance I will resolve this issue for you (a big joke 😝, which has never happened in my life time)

No one contacted me till date
Now, the referral amount was not credited in to both accounts as per the Tata Sky DTH connection policy even after 15-20 days connection was given.
Hence we both have decided to send an email to Nodal officer and if resolution is not been done, we would like to disconnect from Tatasky and reach out to new service provider who is better in understanding customer issue and resolving it faster than you guys. After discussing and speaking to customer care I felt that no one in either senior team or from service providing team, every one is of opine to close the ticket instead of resolving the issue.
Now for this story, Iam awaiting climax to be written by Nodal Officer of Tatasky. I think this will not be resolved at this stage too.
