Hello team,
I have registered a complaint regarding tatasky for technician visit from 4th may. But still no visit has been done. Everyday i am following up they are telling today the technivian will come. But i didnt get any type of service.
I know our area is cyclone affected but it's already gone manyndays before and except tatasky, every dth service restore their services.
I dont know what to do and for how long time i will wait.
Please help me.

Can you please mention some date because already 1 month is gone by listening this type of comments from you. No resolution is happening. Except Tatasky all dth operators already restore their services. This is very pathetic service from your end.
So please go for quick resolution instead of false assurance.

    I am complaining from last 6 to 7 days ... I didnt get any proper resolution... They are just making fool and collect visit charge by cash.. I mailed on nodal officers about my complain.. But they are also just giving execuses.. That we will send senior technician within one hour... And we are just waiting like fools... But nobody is attending..they dnt even told us that whats the problem...they just solve it for an hour or two.. And take their visit charge and go.. After 1 or 2 hour again set top box is out of signal... Totally harrassed by the service..

      This is a fraud company. At the time of connection, they claimed to offer rs600 discount upon referral. After i got the connection, they are saying that the offer was not applicable to ur account for some reason, without explaining further. Nor did the person who referred me has received his cashback yet. And their customer care service is totally crap and unresponsive.

        For the past month star world premiere has been subscribed to my account without any reason, however unable to drop the same as the channel doesn't show under modify pack on the website. Contacted your help care 4 time from the past 2 weeks. All they do is repeat the process to drop the channel which is unhelpful as i already know the procedure. I have to repeatedly tell them that i am not seeing the channel under subscriped list. I didn't expect this pathetic service from company like tata sky. Kindly drop the mentioned pack and do not expect any further. Recharges from the account as we don't like to pay for channel we do not want.

          I buy tata sky set top box through flipkart they show installation is free the i call tata sky team they also said that installation is free but the technician want extra fee for installation. I inform this incident to tata sky team but they didn't take any action to bribery like this this is not only isolated incidents it's common among people please solve or take actions against bribery because we want a clean and corrupted society

            Dear tatasky team,

            My tv screen goes blank with no audio once it is connected with signal cable. Only i can see program guide below, no picture no audio. I checked cable it is fine and also changed hdmi port but same result.

            I have registered a complaint on last 20th may for this and i was given deadline for 2 days. It is almost 4 days to over, no technician has visited till now, not even a single call from your end.

            Every time i called i got same respond "your ticket has been highlighted and technician will visit soon". But i don't know when that soon will come.

            This is really very bad service and forcing me to change service provider.

            My issue is not resolved yet . It is almost 5 days to over no technicians visit or any call from your side.

            I think your so called "Soon" seems very far for me.

            No more wait, No more complaint, tomorrow i have plan to switch from Tata Sky to other distributor.

                So i tried later havent received any, so i done chat with tatasky support they responded sorry sir! It wil appear only once so no coupons... Due to some technical error from mytatasky.com i lost my coupons, its not my fault.

                      I requested for a new connection with sd plan. They have sent the installer, but he has installed the hd dth box instead... And he suggested us to change our plan to hd.
                      We have been calling to customer care about that matter.. So that they could update our plan to hd dth pack. But we are unhappy, because they are just asking us about the issue.. But not solving it. Neither the customer care is solving... Nor the installer.

                        Tata sky executives and technicians are not providing support for their disrupted services. Since 5 days the complaint has been lodged but their executives give false assurances that their technician team will be visiting soon but they dont assure about a specific timeline within which they will definitely address my issue. This is a constant harassment on part of support team of tata sky. Its like everyday i am losing on around rs10/- for which i dont enjoy any services. Even the support executives constantly keep on asking as what is your contact details even after i specify my tata sky id at the start of the call. Using that id they can retrieve all information regarding the account but they constantly keep on harassing the customers asking for all the details repeatedly and at the end just make false assurances stating that our tata sky executive will reach out to you shortly. But after that no calls and nothing happens. Its like cheating the consumers by taking away money and not justifying their services. I am really frustrated with this type of careless attitude on the part of service provider.

                          Well there are no end my sorrows in the aftermath of the cyclone fani for which finally i had to get this matter to notice.
                          Since 3rd may 2019, there has been no connection/signal in our tatasky dth connection bearing id - [protected]. It is been almost more than 3 weeks we have a dead connection. I have made almost 100+ calls, lodged complaints and escalated it numerous times but seems like they are just not been looked into or the support people including the engineers just don't care about it. I have 4 connections at my residence. Inspite of being a loyal and privileged tatasky customer, it feels like being under-privileged.
                          I am an employee of tcs (Tata group of companies) and i really do understand the business process and importance of customer and customer satisfaction for all round excellence. This time, i am really sorry to say you have disappointed me to the core with this poor quality of service (Which was never expected from your employees). Atleast a correct and transparent communication is expected from the customer care team. Every time i call them, the only thing i hear from them is engineers are going to call me asap. Could you please ask your folks to explain what is the meaning of asap? Do they really understand it? On top of it engineers are demanding money for their personal use and asking us not to disclose the information to tatasky officials or else they are threatening not to come over to our place to get it sorted. I mean, i still don't understand what is going on? Is this a monopoly?
                          Finally, all i would request you is to intervene in my current situation and get the issue sorted at the earliest (I won't use the word asap although i do understand what is means).in addition to that i would also want you to initiate my refund for last 3 weeks as the dth was completely out of order. I hope my grievances is taken into serious account this time and the issue is resolved at the earliest. With all due respect, i am seriously going to loose my patience this time if the issue is not taken into proper hands and sorted out.

                            Didn't use the the connection for around 8 months now recharged today but it is showing" wrong card for the set top box "notice. Unable to contact ur customer service . It seems like customer care can only help out with taking loans. Why is the 24*7 also not working like it is asking me to press 5 to get loan . No other option is give . I kindly request you to solve this asap.

                              I had complained on 19 May on this forum and yesterday, there was an update from Tata Sky that the problem is resolved without ascertaining the facts. Since it was not resolved, I complained again yesterday on this forum. I have also tried calling the technician and the Supervisor ([protected]) since today morning but there is no response. It appears that no one cares about customer grievances.

                              As a week has passed since my first complaint to Tata Sky (through their helpline), I request you to escalate the matter to Tata Sky's CEO for an immediate resolution and also ask them to refund the subscription fees for the "blackout" period. I would also like a written apology from Tata Sky for the absolute lack of service orientation they have displayed from the date of my first complaint on 15 May 2019

                                I give the request for Upgrade my set top box from SD to HD on 16th May 2019. After 7 days, my request is still open. When ever, I talked with Tatasky person via Chat, they told my request will be resolved as soon as possible. But, after 10 days my request still open. Nobody from tatasky still not contact me. I am not really expecting that kind of support from Tatasky.

                                  On 17 of may I have ordered a tata sky connection. From a distributor. Which was of 2500 with 6 months connects free but on 19 may I have received a message on my mobile no that your Id has been deactivated. Then I called to customer care they are not accepting their fault and instead told me that that money had been deducted from my account without my concern this is against consumer act . they are insisting on me to recharge again your tata sky id . the offenders involve in this fraud are ..distributor [protected]
                                  The person who came to install my tata sky connection [protected] name mohit pal and the representative whom I talked to get my connection installed was from Gomtinagar [protected] name pradeep Kumar was talking to me in abusive language when I told him inconvenience and the customer care helokine no [protected]. Pls help me I want my money back and subscription back as I have paid the money. Offenders must be punished one more thing that day a girl called me and told me that she is from tata sky company and have given a fake feedback from my side by getting the link from me she was also involved in fraud [protected]

                                    My complaint dated 19 may 2019 (Subscriber id [protected]), on the subject, is still not resolved. The technician had visited today and i was able to view the channels for precisely 10 minutes. It blanked out again. I called the technician as well as another gentleman who had called me through number [protected], to inquire if my problem was resolved. The usual "assurances" were given but nothing has been done. It does not appear that tata sky has adequately qualified technicians/personnel to resolve customer issues.

                                    It has been a week since i complained to tata sky and no resolution is in sight. Fantastic service indeed that really strengthens the tata brand (Sic!). Unfortunately, there is no competitor for me to switch to and i guess will have to suffer tata sky until a competitor arrives on the scene.
                                    Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Hello sir.
                                      I have a tata sky connection at my home. Suddenly it has stopped showing me few channels which i have in my package. After complaining about it first technician came 2 days after complaining twice and found that the set of box needs to be replaced. He assured he would come next day with set of box. No one came. Again i had to file a complaint. Second technician came and even didn't came with the new set of box. Then after lots of calls and complaints after few days third technician came with new set of box. He refused to change the set of box because it wasn't having a sticker. Again after complaining a lot still the issue is not resolved. When i asked for termination of my connection your company has refused to give me refund of the remaining amount. Such and hopeless experience i am having with your services.

                                      Finally after so many days of complaining and after mailing the CEO my problem is resolved . The technician came at my home and replaced the set of box . No extra charges where incurred to me .

                                        Didn't use the service for 4 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.
                                        On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"
                                        My subscriber id is [protected]
                                        Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer.

                                        Hi, we understand your concern. Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
