unusual notice showing on tv by service provider

Didn't use the the connection for around 8 months now recharged today but it is showing" wrong card for the set top box "notice. Unable to contact ur customer service . It seems like customer care can only help out with taking loans. Why is the 24*7 also not working like it is asking me to press 5 to get loan . No other option is give . inability to view any channel since 15 may 2019 (id 1254411984)

I had complained on 19 May on this forum and yesterday, there was an update from Tata Sky that the problem is resolved without ascertaining the facts. Since it was not resolved, I complained again yesterday on this forum. I have also tried calling the technician and the Supervisor ([protected]) since today morning but there is no response. It appears that no one cares about customer grievances.

I give the request for Upgrade my set top box from SD to HD on 16th May 2019. After 7 days, my request is still open. When ever, I talked with Tatasky person via Chat, they told my request will be resolved as soon as possible. But, after 10 days my request still open. Nobody from tatasky still not contact me. I am not really expecting that kind of support from Tatasky....

pairing error

I have just reached with rs.136 and i m not able to view the channels because of pairing error. Sending a technician charging me rs 100 is like sucking more money for paying services.

I raised the complaint on Friday 17 May 2019. I was told that someone will call at 10am to fix the visit time. I was also told that somebody will pay a house visit on Saturday 18 May.

Nobody called in the morning. Some SMS was sent and timing given to me was 2.25 pm to 2.55 pm. The whole day I was sitting in the house but no one turned up. To add to this nonsense, some technician put the complaint on hold saying I am not reachable...
