We have shifted to other address (Relocation), We have relocated once from but TATA Sky had deducted the recharge amount as service charges and we recharged once again, now they deducted once again and saying that relocation had been done twice.

When i called them they say we have taken complaint it will be resolved in a week. Till now no call was there, we cannot see any channels.

When i called customer care, they say you have to recharge once again to view channels and answer in very reckless manner.

I suggest that, plz dont take TATA Sky its worse service and customer care is even worse. Not trained.

    I am tatasky DTH service consumer with ID [protected]. I received SMS from said service provider to to customize my multi tv before 15.6.2019. I am having mirror channel facility for my Hall tv and bed room tv, I don't need any other channel then what i have subscribed now. It is only for purpose of convenience i am having secondary tv under single connection. Service provider unilaterally cannot charge net work fee for both tv"s in my house, it is only an extended facility. I lodged a protest under complaint number SR[protected] dtd.22.5.2019 for refunding the entire cost incurred for multi tv installation and asked for reply in writing as I am having hearing problem due to old age. Service provider contacted over phone and informed my attendant that they don't have facility to reply by email/sms and closed the complaint preventing me to lodge protest with nodal agency

    Tatasky probably failed to read my grievances, I have stated my hearing defective and asked them to write to my registered email or RMN. what is the pointing in repeatedly phoning to me. besides they treated my complaint has addressed and asked for rating. The phone numbers and sms of tatasky are one-way traffic and consumer cannot have the option to reply back

    Tata Sky failed to respond, instead they are charging me now twice the stipulated new fork fee for using extended service to my room tv for one subscriber ID connection. Complaint my treated as closed as it is of no use

      I did relocation complaint on 12th June 19, but still complaint not attended.
      Yesterday received massage that your complaint is done, but its still pending.

      I did several followup on your customer care number from 12th June, please check the record. Yesterday Minakshi madam from your customer care promised me that connection will do tomorrow morning at 10 am, but still person not visited.

      Please attend the complaint urgently.

        Hi I've been using tata sky since years now. Since the past five years or so every few days there's a problem with receiving of signal as a result I'm paying for a full month o[censored]sage but unable to view it all 30 days, this is not only disappointing as I miss out on my t. V programmes but has become a nuisance and heavy on the pocket.
        Customer care has become bad, the technicians take around three days to visit and some of them lie and try to rip you off.

          This is to inform you that, due to cyclone funny in bhubaneswar, odisha i have logged a call about installation dt on 18th may 2019 and the register complain number is 1H69N1OG.this time nobody was visit in my address.after then again i logged a call dt10 june 2019 complain number is 1IGH7A9Q, and this time also your engineer didn't visit my home .so here i request you please solved my case as soon as possible.when i call the costumer care there is no answer from there side .

          Finally its done, After so many call and mail, the tata sky engineer came to my house and solve my problem.for one call they take 1 month this is not good for the customer.my experience is with tata sky good.

            Hi I'm facing issue with TATA SKY "this is the wrong card for this set top box " i tried to reinsert card so many times . Please sort it.
            I removed the card, cleaned and re-inserted in the setup box, but the problem was not solved.

              First when they installed they said it's Rs. 2300 only...after installation suddenly they said they will charge 300 extra for as cable and installation charge...when I refused to pay I got a message same day that my Tatasky is deactivated

              So it's totally 2600 for 6 months and they will not reveal the 300 initially...marketing technics

                We paid Rs 3000/ to Tatasky dealer on 06/12/2018 for Tatasky subscription for one year. Tatasky ID [protected]; we paid on line and no receipt given to us; I was an ex employee of Tatas long back in 1980s and I had tremendous faith in their ethics etc. so I never bothered to get receipts etc but I have paid money and it is in record

                Now after six months I am told that my connection expires in two days; when I protested, they say ask the dealer; i said he is your dealer; not my dealer and I paid money for Tata sky on the offer for one year and that must be honoured by Tatas.

                Has the Tatas stooped down to this level now !!!
                I am really surprised, even a street vendor taking money, delivers the good next day on trust; Has the Tatas become worse than that ?

                  I did a recharge on 21Apr2019 and that was not reflecting until 09June19 until observed and all the while I was not able to watch services.
                  Please find the tv screen shots of the same. From 17Apr19 till 09June2019, I was not able to watch any services and still balance got deducted.

                  Please pass back the credit for the same for 53 Days.

                  Seen the screenshot in which it was saying recharge date was 17Apr19, even on 09June19 and it got updated, but charged even for entire period where I had problem.

                    5 technicians have also visited the site, but unable to resolve the problem.
                    Perhaps, they are not qualified or knowledgable to understand the problem.
                    We are paying subscription without receiving any service for the last ONE & HALF MONTHs.

                          I recharged tata sky, but account has not shown it to be credited in the tata sky account. Also pairing error is showing. M/R no. Is [protected]. Recharged on 16th june, 2019 and also due to slow internet accidently credited 400 from bank of baroda, if it could be refunded it would be great.
                          I am a tata sky subscriber.
                          And dispite of my multiple request to add sports channel tata sky was unable to subscribe the same. This is a kind of very very poor service.
                          I want componcession for as i could not see ind pak world cup 2019 match.

                            It has almost come down to two weeks since our tatasky has not been working and we had registered complaints repeatedly from two weeks. However, there were absolutely no callbacks from the technicians despite being told that technicians would arrive. Two weeks are over and no services have been received yet.

                              Respected Sir/Madam, I am having a Tata sky dth connection(ID-[protected]) for which I tried to recharge through online mode for an amount of Rs-388.00, but the operator showed an error citing it to be an invalid customer account. So I tried again a couple of times thinking it to be a technical issue but to no avail. Also my dth account didn't get recharged. Later I found my bank account got debited thrice for Rs-388.00 each totalling to Rs-1164.00. I tried to contact tata sky customer care number but they kept me on hold and then finally disconnected. So I had no option but to submit a complain. Please solve the issue at the earliest and make them return my hard earned money back to my bank account.

                              Tata Sky representative had taken Rs 4200/0 through paytm against new connection installation on 24/05/2019 but nothing has been done yet nor got any confirmation call from the company. The respective representative is also not responding on call.

                                Unable to reach customer care team through mobile, through sms, through internet. TATA sky not working

                                Unable to login to tata sky. if it is logged in and asked any question regarding service through chat, They are also keep saying - they are not resolving any thing.

                                Even cricket channels were not able to subscribed in tata sky

                                Very very very bad service team

                                I strongly recommend not to use this

                                  Last month I leave to recharge my DTH...but now I want to recharge and During recharge my tata sky shows Operator seems to be down..
                                  So please suggest how can I active again and recharge successfully.
                                  Earlier I have received calls from tatasth customer care to recharge..On that time I was not interested to recharge because of personal reasons..But now I need to activate my tata sky ([protected])

                                    Yesterday my tv and set top box was working properly. Today, i. E 05 april 2018, i got a message on my tv screen as "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error) nds no.[[protected]
                                    1 ] digicard id is[[protected]]"
                                    My subscriber id is [[protected]]" with a blank screen.
                                    I contacted customer care but they are saying that they will send a technician which will be charged from me.
                                    Why should i pay the technician visit charge while the issue is from your side and it is not something to do with hardware it is a software issue as it was paired correctly till yesterday.
                                    Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer.

                                      My subscriber ID is[protected].
                                      Tata sky selected rupees 129 for Amazon prime video on 3rd of June.
                                      But Amazon prime video is free of cost with their Tata sky binge for first 3 months.
                                      I am complaining from 3rd of June but no resolution is done for this...
                                      There helpline department connect me to their binge department and urban departments tell me to talk to their billing department I am not getting any call back from their billing department.

                                        I recharged my tatasky and added sports channels too.
                                        I got message on rmn but i m still getting message to recharge on my screen and either I m not able to see sports channel..
                                        It's a hugh disappointment...
                                        I tried their customers care nos. But of no use...
                                        I know they will not resolve my problem, still I m trying...
