This is to inform you that, due to cyclone funny in bhubaneswar, odisha i have logged a call about installation dt on 18th may 2019 and the register complain number is 1H69N1OG.this time nobody was visit in my address.after then again i logged a call dt10 june 2019 complain number is 1IGH7A9Q, and this time also your engineer didn't visit my home .so here i request you please solved my case as soon as possible.when i call the costumer care there is no answer from there side .
so here i request you take necessary action for tata sky.

Complaint marked as Resolved Finally its done, After so many call and mail, the tata sky engineer came to my house and solve my problem.for one call they take 1 month this is not good for the customer.my experience is with tata sky good.
