I had called on 3rd June at 11am for new multi- connection and Tata Sky representative told that he will reach u in abt 1-2 hrs. I had again called in evening then they told that ur schedule for installation is on 4th June at 6-7 pm. No body comes. I again called them at 7 pm. They told that he'll contact u before 8 pm or we will update u abt the status. U don't need to call again. I had got frustrated and don't called them. Again I called them on 6th June. Again they told our installer will contact u in 1-2 hrs but till 3 hrs completed not anyone comes, not any update and also not get any call .

    Hi my name is Gautam Dhall and I am using TATA Sky from last 7-8 years. But from last 1 year TATA Sky is charging very high mothly rental charges.

    Earlier I was paying Rs 1100/- per month in total for my 3 connections and were enjoying watching all the channels. But from last 1 year tata sky is charging Rs 1750/- per month with half of the channels.

    Today I called up the customer care kindly arrange to disconnect the channels other than hindi and English languages for which I am being charged unnecessarily, But they simply refused.

    Whenever we demanded help from the tata sky we never get that. They are only concerned about recharge. I am really disappointed with the services of tata sky.

    Please take strict action against the operator. Otherwise I have to take the legal way.

    Hi, we do not want you to feel this way. Till now if you were having secondary connections, you were watching the same content as that of primary on all the other TVs as well. You were paying a fixed amount and you couldn't choose the content of your choice on different TVs. But now we have a solution which enables you to select the content of your choice on the secondary connections and pay for that selected content rather than paying a fixed price.

      Dear Tata Sky,

      You really have a pathetic service in the market. How the hell can your agent provide false feedback to the call center that the customer is not available for the installation. Your agent didn't even call me and to be precise I am waiting for your agent's call from last 48 hours and still receive none. Please ask your customer care people not use the phrase " you will get call in 2hours from our agent ". Its really irritating when you can't keep up the word.

        I want to file a complain against tata sky customer care... None of the phones given on your website get connected to talk to the executive to clear any queries. The calls keep getting dropped or do not get through at all.. Your staff keeps giving promotional calls every now and then but when we try to reach them no one answers...in a tata sky office in manjalpul, vadodara gujrat... The girl who picked up the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me when i told the issue with tata sky.

          I am highly disappinted by tatasky, the guy who came to install hd box at my home used the wrong wires which now causes trouble in broadcasting all the channels. When complaint officials at tata sky ask me to pay again for the wire.
          All the helpline number provided on the website are not responding. Registered a query online haven't received a call in days.
          This is really ridiculous and i never expected it from such a big company.

            I have compalined on tatsky customer care number so many times from last 20 days but everytime got same reply that our technician will contact you in 2hours, but i have not received a single call till now.

              I have taken a new connection (2no.) on 30.05.19. Till now no installation done. Even though repeatedly talk to mr. Vamsi, ram (Marketing team, visakhapatnam) who have convinced me to book connection. Every day false assurance given to me to install today at any cost but not done even today. Last 2days mr. Vamsi is not lifting my phone. This not fare, if you not able to install such a long time why you forced me take connection. Your services are very poor, worst & very low level attitude of team. So. Plz. Refund my money i'm not expecting any service if i get problem in future.

                one lady person name.Chavva srikanya came to our place on 9th may 2019 representing as tata sky service provider and she explained about the product and took rs.2250/- (through paytm) and promised that your installation will be done in two days time till date no person has turned up when we called her "she is speaking very rude and arrogant "now last call when we made to her she is telling "you can complain to whom so ever want "
                due to such kind of people the company name will be ruined
                please take strict action and see that such kind of people are removed in the interest of brand image

                        Made complaints to nodal officer, customer care but nothing happened so far. They will say we will call in 10 min, by end of day. Running pillar to pole from may 09, 2019.
                        We had previously the below setup box linked in subscriber id [protected]. We wanted to split this box from the above subscriber id and a request was placed on may 09, 2019 with a request no 1gkg3cuq for 2 boxes to be split. One box was split but the other one is still not split.

                        After many follow-up a new subscriber id was created which is [protected]
                        Money of rs 500 was asked to transfer to this id and same was done. After much dilly-dallying and creating numerous request to activate this steup box, the backend department called this afternoon 29-05-19 and told me that they are unable to get any details regarding this box or digi card number hence they said this box cannot be used any further.

                        As a customer having hdpvr transfer box, i failed to understand what is the meaning of their statement saying it cannot be used. Is it a customer's fault that he cant find the details in his system. I have made all payments and now this is not the resolution i would expect from tata sky.

                        I kindly request you to take a look at it or replace me with a new box.

                          My tata sky set top box was not used for 2 months. Recharged and restarted yesterday but its showing a wrong card for this box (Some long numbers and)... Pairing error. Tried to unplug and restart the box but the problem persists. Tried to remove the card and clean it and put it back. But even after that the problem remains. Please help as am missing all my world cup matches...

                            I have connections of tata sky. I am a old consumer of tata sky having a problem regarding no signal to my tata sky. Despite best effort by local technician the problem did not solved. A technician from tata sky services is required. I also submitted that i will not pay any fees to the technician which will be provided by tata sky.. An early action requested please

                              Despite best efforts by local technishian no signal received by the receiver. Special Technishian from Tata sky services required to solve the issue. Payment to the Technishian be made by tata sky ..an early action requested as the service has been stopped since more than one month

                                I had placed a relocation request on 24th may, till today installation person has not turned up to install the tata sky at my new address.
                                My registered mobile number is [protected].
                                Installation guy told that you do whatever you want, he will not install tata sky, such an arrogant behavior is unacceptable. I have escalated this multiple times to customer care and nodal officers as well, still this issue is not solved,. My payment for recharge is already done.
                                If anyone is there, please hear me out, this is harassment of the customers.

                                  Since 1/6/19, there is are no signals available on my tv, service provider"tata sky". Yesterday i have complained, to which after all details and assurances to solve or respond within 2 hours, nothing happened. I lodged the complaint again all enquiries again, and again no service, this happened thrice and today again no service. Charging highly, claiming big what are they giving? Frustration and missing channels and entertainment. They need to be corrected as i don't wish to suffer further.

Thus it took them as much as 7 times or so to call customer care every 2 days and listening exactly same lines sir give us 48 hrs.. I waited n on 29th the technician finally came. But what 5 mins he corrected it n went the single started fluctuating. I called him but his phone either switch off or he would not pick u also the costumer care but they do said only one thing we r sending someone today and now it's 2nd june.. I m recharging regularly i lost my money last phone n this month too its such. No improvement. I thoroughly tired. Pls do something.

                                      As per trai's latest order of transmitting 100 channels to the subscriber, the company is not including any paid channels within these 100 channels as prescribed by trai

                                      As a result of this change my monthly bill has increased from rs. 144 to rs. 190, without any change of previous package of channels before the trai order.

                                      Regarding this, my suggestion is please modify your order and specify that some paid channels (Rs. 50 out of rs. 130) to be mandatory for every dth service

                                      Hi, we understand your concern. As per TRAI guidelines you get to choose 100 SD channels (or 50 HD channels) within the first NCF fee slab of Rs.153 pm. This excludes the FTA Promo pack as these channels are not counted for calculation of NCF. You would be getting 196 additional channels and services with the FTA promo pack at no additional cost and you can choose another 100 SD FTA channels as per your liking.

                                        My name is manoj kumar singh. My tatasky subscriber id is [protected] and my registered mobile no. Is [protected] and registered email is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                        I had subscribed for yearly plan. After some months trai arrived so they returned amount on my tata sky balance.
                                        Then i chose their premium sports english hd package. Now i want to change this.

                                        But since 29th of may i am trying to change it by their app, through internet, through dealer it is not happening. Atleast 40-50 times i reported tatasky by call, mails, chat they are just fooling me. Actually i think they are forceing me to stuck with the package which is costing me approx rs. 1310 per month for two connection.

                                        Pls help me.
