Hello,
I had placed a relocation request on 24th may, till today installation person has not turned up to install the tata sky at my new address.

Installation guy told that you do whatever you want, he will not install tata sky, such an arrogant behavior is unacceptable. I have escalated this multiple times to customer care and nodal officers as well, still this issue is not solved,. My payment for recharge is already done.
If anyone is there, please hear me out, this is harassment of the customers.
