We have shifted to other address (Relocation), We have relocated once from but TATA Sky had deducted the recharge amount as service charges and we recharged once again, now they deducted once again and saying that relocation had been done twice.
When i called them they say we have taken complaint it will be resolved in a week. Till now no call was there, we cannot see any channels.
When i called customer care, they say you have to recharge once again to view channels and answer in very reckless manner.
I suggest that, plz dont take TATA Sky its worse service and customer care is even worse. Not trained.
