Why iam pay service charges when technical problem that's your problem na not my problem this is continue same problem long time i will change cable connections because local cable connections operators their are provide free service why your are not provide free service...

Your charges too high but your service very bad.

        I few months ago i was wrongly charged rs.800 on my account. This amount went in balance because we deactivated our account almost a year back. I few days back i partially recharged my account by rs.300 and then realised this debited balance because i was still minus by rs.500.

        After contacting customer care once i wrote complaints here and got a call by customer care today. So i talked to them again, but this time it was a ridiculous conversation. I told them about my situation of my account being charged wrongly even after deactivating my account
        After putting me on hold for a long time they said these are relocation charges. We relocated 2 years back and apparently they are charging us now for it. So i told them that. He put me on hold again and said these are charges of a technican who came home. On telling him we paid him in cash, he told us we should not do that since our account is charged for this. Now where is this written? And why did he change his statement about the charges again?

        I am completely put off by the behavior of tata sky for a small amount at this for them. And wrongly changing their statement, clearly lying and finding reasons to steal from their customers.

        I just got a call from TATASKY. All they had to say was the amount cant be refunded. I asked them what they meant and why these charges existed on my account in the first place. To that they said they dont know and will get back to me. Kindly do not waste precious time of customers on a working day. And this is no answer to give "I dont know why we charged you and we cant refund these charges" How ridiculous does this sound?

          Why the hell should I pay the technician just for the visit to identify the issue, when I myself tell them what the problem is. It's just freaking ridiculous that these service providers charge so much for the channels and we recharge the amount. But still they couldn't provide any good or quality customer service to us once in a while too.. I'm gonna throw away this tatasky setup box and go for some other provider... Worst service, these people are money diggers.

            Madam/Sir,
            My consumer ID:[protected]. My set up Box has been damaged in Cyclone Fani in Odisha on date[protected]. I have registered a complaint on[protected] to repair the set up box and to change my address. Each time I have made follow up call to your customer care I was replied that very soon it would be addressed.
            I am very sorry to say that, even after 21 days of registering complaint not getting service from such a reputed company is not expected.
            Request to inform me how many more days required to address the complaint .

                Hi my customer ID is [protected]. No network from last 4 days and I have registered a complaints 3 days before and requested of technician visit. At the time of complaint I clearly instructed that send technician after 6:40 PM & next day in morning I got a call from your technician and I Instructed him also that please visit after 6:40 PM. Still But one of your technician visited in afternoon and no one was at home. After that I have received no call from your technician and no one visited since then.

                I have called your customer so many times after that and they are only saying that your complain will resolve today itself and daily they are repeating this same statement but nothing is happening.

                Not at all expected from tata sky. Highly disappointed.

                    Many many times called customer care. Sent emails to nodal officer. Technician come and go but no resolution. Customer service does not even register a complain. They tell lies that complain has been registered. Then when I call thenlm again they say we never received any call.Very bad customer service. Soon I am planning to switch DTH to cable or Airtel.

                      Unable to view tv programs even after contacting customer care through telephone and email since 11.06.2019.But till now they only given assurance and nothing else.call center executives only telling problem will be solved today itself but all in vain.                         Since I purchased from 1st May, I have registered several complaints about tatasky hanging issue. Engineer visited but no solution yet. I have all the tickets details, even call records with customer service. They are pathetic in service or I don't know if it is about Amanora Township Pune only. I couldn't watch a single match since. Whenever they call, they ask me about the issue and don't know why are they calling me. when I cross-checked with them, In previous complaints they dint mention the issue.

                            I have been a customer of tatasky since 2010.Last year I brought a new connection for my family with different id([protected]).for last nine days (11.6.2019) I have been in touch with customer care through phone and email.but all in vain. they assured me daily that your problem will be solved today, but no technicians visited my house.Even one customer care executive named ( as stated by him) BHASKAR SAHU told me that I am enjoying the conversation and disconnected by himself.till now my problem not solved.Thank you.Dist-keonjhar, ODISHA, 758044

                              Extremely disappointed with the customer service and response that I have been getting after daily chasers and follow up calls. Seems like either nobody has time or they are just not bothered to look into the issue that the customer has been raising since last 3-4 days. Since 15th June raised a complaint which as per TAT should have been closed within 48 hours however even after waiting for that long and allowing more time as we were promised that a mechanic will visit in next 1 hours' time/2 hours' time which never happened yet. This is extremely pathetic and a sorry state to put forward as I never expected this kind of service from your team and most importantly every time I call they have nothing to say except mentioning 'we understand your issue, and sorry for inconvenience'. This ultimately has not left with any option but to highlight the issue here on public forum and rethink if I would really want to continue with your services or change the subscriber.

                                  We paid for 1 year subsription for Tatasky 6 months back; now they say that after six months that our money exhausted since we are moved to some other pack already ( no info to us) and and we have to pay again; I have not seen such cheating anywhere before; Tatas have become cheats and frauds and seem to have no values; now I get a message that they are calling and I am not available but no calls received; but messages kep coming to record that I am not available for their calls

                                    I have requested for relocation of set top box on 16.06.19 (Sunday) at 9:50 am in the morning but still now no action has been taken. Everytime I call their helpline they say that the technician will call within two hours but nobody shows up after that. I have call the helpline almost 11-12 times but no resolution and being a Tata employee I am frustrated such negligence in handling customers.

                                      We have shifted to other address (Relocation), We have relocated once from but TATA Sky had deducted the recharge amount as service charges and we recharged once again, now they deducted once again and saying that relocation had been done twice.

                                      When i called them they say we have taken complaint it will be resolved in a week. Till now no call was there, we cannot see any channels.

                                      When i called customer care, they say you have to recharge once again to view channels and answer in very reckless manner.

                                      I suggest that, plz dont take TATA Sky its worse service and customer care is even worse. Not trained.

                                        I am tatasky DTH service consumer with ID [protected]. I received SMS from said service provider to to customize my multi tv before 15.6.2019. I am having mirror channel facility for my Hall tv and bed room tv, I don't need any other channel then what i have subscribed now. It is only for purpose of convenience i am having secondary tv under single connection. Service provider unilaterally cannot charge net work fee for both tv"s in my house, it is only an extended facility. I lodged a protest under complaint number SR[protected] dtd.22.5.2019 for refunding the entire cost incurred for multi tv installation and asked for reply in writing as I am having hearing problem due to old age. Service provider contacted over phone and informed my attendant that they don't have facility to reply by email/sms and closed the complaint preventing me to lodge protest with nodal agency

                                        Tatasky probably failed to read my grievances, I have stated my hearing defective and asked them to write to my registered email or RMN. what is the pointing in repeatedly phoning to me. besides they treated my complaint has addressed and asked for rating. The phone numbers and sms of tatasky are one-way traffic and consumer cannot have the option to reply back

                                        Tata Sky failed to respond, instead they are charging me now twice the stipulated new fork fee for using extended service to my room tv for one subscriber ID connection. Complaint my treated as closed as it is of no use
