Called many a times starting today early morning and have been advised that. Engineer will visit until 10 am but still wondering if anyone Tata sky can send to for that. It's an urgent request as construction work is under progress at the area and the dish needs to be shifted somewhere else asap.
Very disappointed..
Can someone lend his/her ear to this problem please...

Not receiving signal from camara to set up box

The following channels had been blocked for whatever reason on Tata Sky
1. 1519 - Jaya TV HD
2. 613 - NewsX Free
3. 618 - Tiranga Free
4. 629 - News 9 Free
5. 616 - Republic TV Free

I was able to see all these channels till yesterday afternoon, suddenly in the evening these channels are blocked for unknown reasons and not intimated, why ??

    I hv got my antenna, stb and cable to delhi. I hv submitted request for relocation at delhi on 10 jun 19. Thereafter i got a call on 12 jun 19 that technician is coming. However nobody came. I wasted my time waiting for him. i then again registered the request for relocating. Again there was no response. Inspite of 6 days having passed, nobody has come till now. I have registered third request yesterday. No response till now. My tata sky id is [protected]. Pathetic service. Please resolve

      This is regarding my request for reinstallation to a new location for my account in name of Rohan Bajaj which has been continuously ignored by the tata sky executives. I had raised a request for reinstallation on the 11th of June 2019 and till date i.e 16th June 2019 no technician has contacted us for the same. This is to bring to your notice about the same and I'm afraid if this is delayed further I will have to contact to the higher authorities with the same issue and a request for desinstallation and a new request for cancellation of our account.

      Hi, we understand your concern. Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
      I didn't use the service for 3 months. Then i recharged today but it is not working.
      On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[[protected]] digicard id[[protected]]"

      I have recharged Rs 392 on 26th May and received an sms that next recharge on 6th July. But all of a sudden I received an SMS today that I have to recharge today itself otherwise it will be disconnected. Very funny on your account part. Please verify. My connection shouldn't be disconnected.

      I received an SMS that today my connection will be deactivated today though I have recharged on 26th May of Rs. 392 and received an SMS that time that my next recharge on 5th July. Suddenly deduction from my account is not known to me nor I have added any channel.

          I have took a new connection of Tatasky on 24/05/2019 with marathi hindi family pack.
          From the date of installation it self my subscribed channels are not showing all the channels which are the part of my subscribed pack are not activated.
          On contacting with Tatasky customer care i got only one reply that is- "It will be activated within 24 Hrs", however till date (15/06/2019) my channels are still deactivated and i am able to view only free to air channels.
          Its around 22 days and still the problem is not resolve even with regular complaints to customer care. My subscriber ID is [protected]

            Plz note that i have bought a full year subscription of channels in August 2018 & paid in full but recently they have withdrawn lots of channel in April this year citing the new TRAI regulations.This month too they are again insisting on another subscription in the name.of TRAI. You are requested to plz look into the matter & explain me why i need to pay more for the services for which i have allready paid in advance in full.
            Plz explain that if i have paid for the services for one whole year in advance ..than why i should pay more to continue my services

              I have spoken to atleast 20 Tatasky executive from 13th June till date to solve the issue of box id 8153 my secondary connection so many channel are missing & I am not able to add it or modify it through your website or mobile app.
              It is showing a technical error & I have sent a screenshot of the same to [protected]@tatasky.com umpteen times.
              You guys are pathetic & useless very sad you cannot solve a issue instead each caller is passing the bloody buck.
              I am going to sue you bloody bastards for wasting my time last 2 days.
              This will be in social media for cheating.
              Definitely consumer court & ombudsman will be option to file a case.

                  I was supposed to receive a call back for plan change..m finding difficulty in changing..call back promised three times but no one called up..rather I kept on getting sales calls..
                  Infact I got a call from Tata sky to change the plans for the TV's independently...they fixed up a call back but never reverted at the promised time ... Till date I facing this problem n I have to pay for my next. Cycle.

                    I relocated to Gurgaon in the month of May 2019 and got my relocation re-connection done. Today 14th June 2019 as i am unable to view my TATASKY connection due to error "No signal" i made a request for technical support.
                    I received a call from the customer care today 14th June around 9.21pm from the number [protected] and while verifying my address he said my registered door number is 105. I said no its 101, only few weeks back my re-connection after relocation was done at the same address, my address was checked and re-connection was done, how can it be changed now.
                    Customer care person said to change this door number back from 105 to 101, i will be charged Rs.300/-. . This is ridiculous and absurd!

                    TATASKY nowadays are charging and deducting the amount without my knowledge for various reasons.

                    If you charge Rs.300/- for changing door no., which is your fault, i will cancel my connection.

                      Tata sky again haven't generate my monthly bill for APRIL 2019 till the date even after couple of reminder sent. Previously I complained for not generating mly bill for MARCH 2019. Monthly Pkg validity ends on 30th every month then why generation of bill getting so late??? This must be audited. Tata sky still haven't generated my monthly bill of APRIL-2019 and also not posted it to My Tata Sky Account on their mobile app. Last time also they repeatedly reported FALSE statements in the status. I haven't received my monthly DTH bill of APRIL 2019 till date and time. My complaint is till Open. Have TRAI taken any action as per rules???

                      N response from Tata Sky, no message, no call, no update, no e-mail. I haven't received my Monthly DTH Bill for APRIL-2019 till time when I am writing to you. Bill/Statement not available on their TATA SKY MOBILE APP -MY TATASKY - MY ACCOUNT - TRANSACTION HISTORY. It shows only Monthly recharge amount transaction details, none of monthly statement/Bill available on their site. Only option window is there but options doesn't work.

                      My Complaint ID:2362609 on 14.06.2019 is till UNRESOLVED. I didn't receive my Monthly Tata sky DTH Bill for the month of APRIL-2019. I think TRAI customer support and new tariff going to be adverse experiences, into the complaint section and, proper billing, pricing of channels in all manners.

                      My Complaint ID:2362609 on 14.06.2019 is till outstanding/unresolved Tata sky didn't send My DTH Monthly Bill for APRIL-2019 & MAY -2019 till date and time when writing this update. It is almost over 58 days after Pakage validity expired and next recharge done for 2 Months May-2019 & June-2019. If Tata sky is liquidatiny recharge amt into my subscribed and renewed pakage then why statements for related months have not generated yet. Don't you think it's an audit related serious issue . If guidelines are there then take action to violate the guidelines against Tata sky.

                      Against My Complaint ID:2362609 DT:14.06.2019, after lot of efforts I received my monthly DTH Bill for APRIL-2019 yesterday night on 27.06.2019 but Monthly DTH Bill for MAY-2019 is till pending. As per tata sky executive called me yesterday that Current Monthly Bills are send to customers upto end of the next month. Jun-19 almost come to end and Recharge for July-19 is due on 1st Jul-19 is it quite OK!!!?? If I don't got my paid recharge details then how tata sky can accept the recharge of next coming month without generating and sending previous paid details to customers..!!!??? Isn't it violate rules and hiding some monetary and taxation facts from audited data.!!!?? Please look into the matter and make keep faith of consumer in Authority...
                      Because of cyclone I have recharged a month then after I recharged the connection came for few days then suddenly one day when I turned on the setup box it is showing "This is the wrong card inserted for this setup box (pairing error)NDS No and igicard ID"

                        I was approached by one of their Salesperson Last Month whose contact number is [protected] (Sandeep maybe). He offered me 2997/- 3+1 Broadband Plan and Im quoting him 'All devices will get 50 MBPS speed at same time' which I didn't Believe but was okay with that. Then he said that I would get a free Firestick with optional monthly recharge of 250/- but even without that they will provide me free Hotstar, Eros NOw and 2 other premium plans. He also promised a Free Extender along with the Main Wifi router & said it is absolute free.
                        When the engineers were installing the device, I asked them if I could test the speed of your wifi before paying. They said you have to activate to test the speed. I called Sachin Tyagi(Saled Manager or somthing) on [protected] and confirmed if I will get the Extender & Firestick for free, He also said Yes at that time.

                        It was only after I made the payment & called him again to ask when will I get the firestick, he then informed me about the mandatory 250/- for the firestick every month except the first one(Which I haven't received in the last 27 days btw). Also about the service charges for the engineer who will visit for installing the Extender & the price for Lan cable which will be around 600-700 rupees.

                        I asked him immediately to cancel my Subscription & take back the router but he excused himself by saying he was not in office now, he cannot get to it or he will call me back.

                        When I called your customer care they informed me that this is non-refundable amount for a pre-paid account...which I was never informed about, I trusted your sales representative that he will not tell lies about your plan. Those technicians insisted me to pay the whole amount of 2997/-(50 MBPS) and after an hour they were not ready to return it.

                        I have emailed their CEO their Nodal offices but I do not get a reply for weeks. I gave up on that because of my busy schedule. But these people should be banned for duping customers into buying crappy plans.

                        My previous provider was giving me 150MBPS speed with 200GB data for 642 rupees. The only reason I bought this plan was for the FIrestick & a few free apps, I even told the Sales person Sandeep that if it's not 100% free I do not want your plan. He said everytime that its totally free.

                          I had a bad experience with tata sky where am trying to fight for resolve.

                          One bad day a sales girl(saranya)Hyderabad agent form tata sky knock my door and explain the tatasky DTH process where from from past 2month am thinking to change the service
                          so, i like tatasky paid 2200 from my paytm and told that installtion will done in 3 days

                          2days gone no one called me for installtion. so i called this sales agent saranya regarding installtion where is dont pick up my calls even she lifts no proper answer

                          later after 7days guy came for installtion and after 30mins he said there is no tatasky signal strength in home so its is impossible to install tatasky in my home

                          i decide to cancel tatasky request

                          again i call to this so call sales gilrs and told to cancel the request she said i wil call u in 10min from that day to till day is not lifiting my call and not responding to any commuincation which makes me mad

                          i request you to take charge on this issue and provide need full to me

                            Unfortunately i am a customer of this bloddy tata sky. I am facing issues with channels as 9 out of 10 channels that i have subscribed it not showing up. It is giving no signal error. I have complained to this [censored] customer service before 1 month and still no one has turned up to sort out the issue. Each and every time i call, they just say within 2 hours you are going to call. please do not take this worst dish, rather go with other options that you have in market.

                              Sir, I Kittu Nachiappa retired from BSF as Assistant Commandant and settled at Trichy. I have the Tata sky DTH Consumer ID NO [protected] in my home. I made the payment of Rs 227/ (rupees two hundred twenty seven) only to Tata Sky DTH account through online from my Bank Account on 12/06/2019 towards monthly recharge. The said amount was debited from my Bank Account but not credited in to Tata Sky DTH account. Immediately I contacted the customer care of Tata Sky DTH authorities but they have not responded anything. As govt of India is encouraging e payment system so I did through online payment.                                 changing of primary secondary connection

                                This is regarding subscriber id [protected]

                                Ahmedabad gujarat

                                Requested for change of secondary connection to primary but the telephonic called and started advising about changing box and asking for recharing again even though i recharge amount balance was 3000 .

                                Did not provide me email communication and said there is no such connection procedures and forced that we at tatasky dont...

                                I have recharged my tata sky for 12 months ₹9600, using Bharat QR code. The money has been debited from my bank account but my connection has been deactivated since 12.6.19. My recharge was done on 10.6.19 & my last date was 11.6.19. The subscriber id is [protected]. The UPI reference no is[protected]. No response from their WhatsApp number & chat line. I just took a new connection in May 2019.

                                  Hi, I am Aditya. A sales representative by name Sirisha (mobile: [protected]) has come to my house saying she is from tata sky and mentioned that after paying the amount of 3869/- through paytm, I will get the connection within 4 days. I have paid the amount through paytm and got a bill with logo tatsky with UNISYN dealers. But still the tata sky technician did not come. I called the representative multiple times but she is not responding. Finally I have requested a online installation and the tata sky technician has completed the installation. He is asking for tata sky recharge which is supposed to be done by the sales rep for activation. Neither the sales representative responding nor the tatasky is taking any action.

                                  Requesting unisyn/tatasky for a refund of my hard earned money.

                                  The issue has been resolved by the Area Manager after much deliberation with tatasky. But I would strongly recommend not to buy any subscription of tatasky from UNISYN dealer/ sales representative even if they say they are authorised tata sky dealers. Its best to get it online or calling customer-care of tatasky.

                                    Hi

                                    Due to the increase in costs, on 19th May, I dropped Tamil and Telugu HD Pack and retained Kannada Premium Sports English HD pack. Following the instructions duly, I gave a missed call to the said number. After the activation of this pack, all the English news channels along with some more channels, part of the said pack were not available.The missing channels are the channels which are regularly watched. This happened on both my multichannel connections.

                                    To rectify this problem I have been contacting helplines regularly and patiently from the day one and from 7th June onward, the nodal office.

                                    As there was no solution to this problem from Tata Sky, I tried on my own by activating the Tamil pack. This provided a temporary solution at a very high cost for me. Upon deactivation, the problem continued. As there is no response or communication from Tata Sky, again I activated the English News Pack, once again costing me extra, Now after contacting the Nodal Officer on 7th June, i.e. 6 days ago, my subscription was reverted back to Kannada Premium Sports English HD pack, with an assurance that this problem will be set right within 24 hours. I gave them another 100 hours to rectify. Nothing happened. Again I called nodal office on 11th, the response was the same and there was an assurance from Tata Sky nodal office, that by evening of the same, I will be updated on the status. I can provide the call history and recording for the same.

                                    I need an urgent solution for this or cancel my subscription with refund plus the extra charges that I have been paying since 19th May 2019.

                                      I have been calling your customer care but I am getting unwanted response. I want to add Btv news Kannada. Your esteemed company didn't activated my new connection, I added it. They pick up phone and talk about drop of channels, Please tell me where I have to contact. If these is the case what is the plight of other customers. You don't give option to speak to customer service executive
