Requested for change of secondary connection to primary but the telephonic called and started advising about changing box and asking for recharing again even though i recharge amount balance was 3000 .
Did not provide me email communication and said there is no such connection procedures and forced that we at tatasky dont have email communication
And when asked about cancelling procedure and refund amount did not provide me any solution .

Please find below the procedure to inter-change the set top boxes in your account. Please let us know the Set Top Box number you wish to make as the primary connection and the Set Top Box as the Multi TV. The account should be in active status. The recordings/Zeetos points if any will be lost during the Transfer of Connection. Also, you have to select the packages in your account after swap.
