I have recharged my tata sky for 12 months ₹9600, using Bharat QR code. The money has been debited from my bank account but my connection has been deactivated since 12.6.19. My recharge was done on 10.6.19 & my last date was 11.6.19. The subscriber id is [protected]. The UPI reference no is[protected]. No response from their WhatsApp number & chat line. I just took a new connection in May 2019....

A sales representative by name Sirisha (mobile: [protected]) has come to my house saying she is from tata sky and mentioned that after paying the amount of 3869/- through paytm, I will get the connection within 4 days. I have paid the amount through paytm and got a bill with logo tatsky with UNISYN dealers. But still the tata sky technician did not come. I called the representative multiple times but she is not responding....

tata sky common umbrella problem trying to charge all subscriber

Tata Sky has common umbrella in building but not ready to to attend as common problem and trying to make money. Need individual complaint from each subscriber from building and then they will charge Rs 150 each to all members, not ready to listen and attend even common problem. If 10 people are complaining from the building then they will charge to all 10 members for 1 complaint which is injustice....

faculty relocation

The Tata sky executive who carried out the relocation and setup was incompetent. Work order ID was WO# 1I7S1QDR on 07june2019. He took one hour to adjust the antenna unsuccessfully, then he climed a part costing Rs 300 needed change. Finally it worked. However today 10 June after 2 days it stopped working. Tata sky helpline was totally unresponsive....

no set up box even after 2 months waiting

Tata sky service is THE WORST service i have ever seen. Customer support team just read the script infornt of them. I first logged in a request to get a new set up box on april 26th and today is June 9th. Really!!!
I kept on listening to wait for 2hrs to get call from technician. I thought I should speak to supervisor now as theres no solution with customer service advisors(JYOTHI, VISHNU PRIYA). There comes a Supervisor(Ragavi) now...

regarding new connection fraud

We have ordered new connection through online and done the full payment for the same. We are following with the Tata sky customer care and service engineer from the day one. Everytime we are getting false promises from service engineer and customer care regarding the installation of disk. Everytime we are getting new timelines only regardless of work done.

We have purchased Tata sky because of brand name and the experience...

delay in installation after so many complaints

After calling customer care, mailing nodal officer and talking senior executives multiple times there is no result. The whole tata sky team is a failure. Even technician is not under their control. At the time of booking they promise the installation time for 3 hrs but in actual it's 3 to 4 days. 7 June till today 9june iam waiting for installation...
