Got a call from [protected] regarding tata sky promotion and the lady who spoke is scolding us on call. We never asked for a promotion call and after calling we are not ready to hear non sense from someone... Better i[censored] take required action. A person who does promotion need to be polite... N she was not polite at all... She is shouting on call...

    I raised an request for shifting of connection from location to other on may 10 2019 and it was 5 days since no action was taken from tata sky engineers to resolve it.
    Hope it should take 24 hours to resolve by assigning local engineer, thy use software application on handling this type of requests but failed to resolve on sla time.

    By this we can know only at time of taking connection thy respond fast becuase they will get thy amount itself for setup box and atenna. After that god knows on service part.

    Worst service not satisfied.. Please thing twice while going further...

      My subscriber id is [protected]. I have filed a complaint against the network signal issue on 11 may and since then i am following up every morning and evening regarding their resolution, but their services is so pathetic none of the technical team is sent here. I am paying for free from 6 days. There's no importance of subscriber. From last 5 days i am so much disturbed. If you could be able to resolve the issue then please find the way. So irresponsible service of tata sky.

        I have not been receiving signals on and off. Complained to help desk. Tried telephonically to solve the problem. As the problem was not inside my flat they have decided to send technician. Technician said he has tighten the connector and it should work. If not call him again. Still not working.
        In the meantime tatasky charged me rs.400/00. I objected. Reaching the signal to the set up box is the responsibility of the service provider.
        Nodal team sent me a mail saying these charges are for relocation (Which never happened).
        I have all the proof to prove it is cheating.
        How can you help me to solve this problem.

        Very poor service by Tata sky DTH service, almost whole day taken for installation but still not getting their service from technician.
        Customer care executive were repeating their sentences same to same. At the end of the day explained that our complaint has not yet taken. Very irresponsible services.

          My tata sky service disrupted since last 13 days, complaints already made thrice, but till today no technician attended complaint. One technician told yesterday that he will attend at 11 am but failed and did not received my phone. Today he assured to come at 8 am but not yet attended.
          It is very very worst service of tatasky team now a days. Please take immediate step.

          My tatasky service complaint not yet attended. The technician not receiving my phone. I continuously contacting the tatasky help care staff. Every time they give new assurance but result is zero. This is worst and worst. Now I am fed off with this service provider. I had already recharged one year package amount.
          Please refund my advance recharged amount immediately so that I shall select any other network channel.
          I recharge my tata sky dish account after few months. But it shows (error14) not pairing set top box and digicard on TV screen. My user ID is [protected].

              Dear Concern, From last 10 days I have raised my complain but till date neither on one attend my complain nor called me.Today some one called me and sorry for your inconvenience but I am new in the system and I don't know your complain has raised from last 10 days.More ever without watch any channel I have paid on day basis.I think I have to look for other option where after FANI all DTH has given their best service to their customer which I see in my neighbours but I believe on tatasky make me guilt on this part.Hope you can understand my feelings.

                I had referred my friend ([protected]) Mr. Jayaraman. The first time I did was somewhere in April last week through Tata sky website. No one had contacted him, so I referred him through SMS the second time. Even then no one had contacted him. And finally on 6th may I had called Tata sky customer support and gave his number. Now, the connection was successful on 7 th may. But, all the 3 times I referred I didn't receive any message and now your concerned team is asking for the message without which they say they can't give me referral bonus. Mr. Ali from the concerned team had contacted me and told me without the message they can't give me the referral bonus and when I asked him to connect me to his manager (whom I thought of asking from where they got the number of my friend without my reference) he disconnected my call. I have made this complaint through email's, customer care toll free number number of times and no one has contacted me regarding this. Whenever I call the customer service they tell me the concerned department people will contact me which no one has done till now.

                  The following is the link to the page on the official website of tatasky about the multi-tv charges.

                  No other link on the official tatasky website mentions anything about multi tv charges and no such information was provided to us after the change in trai rules

                  After the changes in the trai rules, multi tv charges were brought on par with the charges of the packages and no such information was communicated to us about this.

                  This link clearly mentions that the charge for additional multi-tv is 200 pm while i have been charged 500 pm for both my multi-tv for 3 months. I demand refund of a total of rs. 1800, i. E 2 multi-tv connections for a period of 3 months.

                  As a customer of tatasky i feel cheated and consider this nothing less than fraud.

                  What is shameful is that conversations with ms. Diva from the modal office of tatasky relieved that the tata sky executives have resolved my complaints even without talking to me (Suspecting their mistake maybe).
                  Service no. - 1gqp9pcw and 1gxxvaqm (Mail sent on 13th may)

                  As told by the tatasky representative, that all calls are recorded; i request tatasky to share with me the call recording in which a service executive is talking to me regarding the dispute for multitv charges.

                  Immediate action needs to be taken or the problem will be taken to other platforms.

                    Why Tata Sky is not following TRAI guidelines on Long Duration Packs subscribed before new pricing?

                    As per new TRAI rules, “desist from migrating long-term plan subscribers to any new plan till the contracted period ends, unless the subscriber opts out of it or the validity of the long term plan expires, whichever is earlier.” The regulator has given seven days to the DTH companies to comply with this order. To recall, in one of the earlier mandates Trai had noted that subscribers who had paid for the long-term plans would have no interruption and would continue to enjoy the channels and the plans until the validity expires.

                      I have requested to split the connection of my tata sky id - [[protected]] as i don't want to pay high and undisclosed charges (While providing the multi-tv) connection), one is sd another one is hd which costs me rs 810 per month.
                      I have two tata sky connection one is sd another one is hd i want to change the subscription id and contact number from hd set top box, kindly change the subscription id of hd set top box connection and contact number...

                        Have booked a new connection yesterday (11/05/19). Your agent contact me and told me that they will install my tatasky new connection yesterday (11/05/19) which they fail to do. Today i call your customer care unit and they told me that they will install today my connection before 5pm or otherwise they will take complain against their agent, but today (12/05/19) also they fail to install my new connection now when i am calling them they are not taking any complain against their agent. Since from yesterday i am unable to see any channel on my tv due to non installation of my new connection. So this is the way u harass your customer, do u think that due to this harassment i will continued my old tatasky connection, i am thinking to surrender my old tatasky connection. So please take action against your agent or do the necessary process and inform me immediately on my contact number.

                            Got a new tata sky hd setup box, worked fine for 3 months. From past 15-20 days every minute facing the black screen problem. This is really annoying and i want it to be resolved immediately. Already i have raised a complaint with tata sky both the executive who came was not able to solve my problem just giving a silly excuse of one joint in the wire (Quality of wire used is very good & the joint is properly fixed using a good holder). If the joint was a problem from day one i should have faced this problem but it worked fine for 3 months. I am sure the reason is something else and has to be properly investigated.

                            If this can't be resolved then please return back my money which i paid for the new connection & setup box. Also the current month recharge amount. I will subscribe with some other service provider.

                            The technician attended my complaint, came home analyzed the problem and identified the setup box has a problem & needs to be replaced. But after that he didn't come back with the new setup box.

                            My issue is not resolved, it's almost a month now. Couldn't watch television whole of this month so request you to refund my Rs. 630 which I recharged for the month of May.

                            Testing my patience. I am fedup now. Enough of this pathetic connection and Tata sky service nobody really bothered about customer.

                            I no longer want to continue with this connection, immediately make arrangements to collect the setup box and refund the money which I payed for new connection and monthly recharge amount.

                              Incident - channels are not visible. Keep getting a message to subscribe to tv channels even though we have a current ongoing pack. Verified the same from online login.

                                I'm unable to watch tv due to no signal in the set top box. Several times complaints have been lodged but they don't take it seriously.in last one month i hardly watched my tv for 10 days, frequently problem occurs. The subscription as well as maintenance charge is being deducted. The service provider don't pay heed to my problems. I'm also missing the election related news

                                  Sir,

                                  As we recharge the main tv in advance for full year and another two monthly. This time we recharge on dated[protected] and valid should be[protected]. But now our main is switched of without giving any kind of information.

                                  I need explanation and justification on this other wise i will not continue the services further and taking stricked action against this.

                                    I have been harassed by tatasky dth service by providing false and fabricated information.
                                    Though my complaint has never been resolved since last 4days still everyday afternoon through online chat i was informed that my complaint has been resolved which is a blatant lie on the part of the service provider.
                                    For the above i have been harassed a lot due deliberate deficiency by the service provider.

                                      I have launched a complaint on 10th may around 9pm and i was told that the technician will visit on 11th may before 11am but till 4pm nobody attended the complaint. I called customer care and asked for thr status of the complaint she put me on hold for 20 mins, then i disconnected and again i called the customer care and spoke to senior officer mr amit. He assured me to resolve my problem. I waited for another 2 hours then the technician came to my house with a new set top box and tried to fix it which he is not able to around 7pm. He called me up and said he cannot able to activate the new set top box.
                                      After making so many efforts we are not able to watch tv since 24 hours. The whole day i called up the technicians and the other tata sky offices, i wasted my whole day to get my tv started. I have recorded all the calls with the tata sky team and the technicians which i have as a proof. This is not accepted from tata sky, if they cannot provide after sale services they would have said no to me i can easily drop the connection because there are many other options in the market.

                                        I am gaurav jalan son of mr aloke kumar jalan and we have taken 2 connections of tata sky and 7 televisions are running on the same. The registered mobile number of 2 connections are [protected] and [protected].

                                        Now we are calling the company since 3 days and they have not been able to rectify our problems till date. We have escalated the matter to nodal officer also but nothing has happened till now. We recently paid renewal amount for the connections and this company is not being able to resolve our problem.

                                        We request you to take action against them and ask them to compensate us as we have called them many a times and now it is becoming mental harassment on us.
