Hello sir.
I have a tata sky connection at my home. Suddenly it has stopped showing me few channels which i have in my package. After complaining about it first technician came 2 days after complaining twice and found that the set of box needs to be replaced. He assured he would come next day with set of box. No one came. Again i had to file a complaint. Second technician came and even didn't came with the new set of box. Then after lots of calls and complaints after few days third technician came with new set of box. He refused to change the set of box because it wasn't having a sticker. Again after complaining a lot still the issue is not resolved. When i asked for termination of my connection your company has refused to give me refund of the remaining amount. Such and hopeless experience i am having with your services.

Finally after so many days of complaining and after mailing the CEO my problem is resolved . The technician came at my home and replaced the set of box . No extra charges where incurred to me .

    Didn't use the service for 4 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.
    On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"
    My subscriber id is [protected]
    Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer.

    Hi, we understand your concern. Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.

      Respected sir,
      My tata sky account id no:-[protected]. This acc expires on date 22-6-19. But no service still right now since from yesterday afternoon. What i do now? This is failures of tata sky team.
      * i will call to all customer service numbers but no response from team and management.
      * that means all numbers are not use and fake numbers.
      * finally i call from another number to customer care executive his name saying raju. He is unfit to that job role.
      * im not satisfied with his answer and those methods also failed to process.

      Note:- that's way i complained up on all over team with admin.
      All employees are lazy and irresponsible fellows.

      So i suggest to all people's do self resignation letter and go home that's better.
      Do right now. Thank you.

        I have just reached with rs.136 and i m not able to view the channels because of pairing error. Sending a technician charging me rs 100 is like sucking more money for paying services.

        Requesting you to resolve the issue if it is genuine and fault is on my side i would pay for it and not for these sort of issues.

          It matter of regrets to send this mail, i had given complaint on my secondary box not receiving signal on 12/5/19 in addition to above i am ready to go to service point and also willing to bring you technican in my car and any other help in case any problems, but all efforts waste everyday i am calling 2 to 3 times bust reply is technician will call in one hour, i have written on my wall also "tech will call in 1 hour" i don't know date it just passing the problems to senior etc.

          Pl i want a reply is possible or not other money i spent on activation pl refund, further detail complaint along with all the set of box i am sending thru courrier to mr rathan tata if this is not spurt out in next 48 hrs g. Divakar

              On may 01, 2019 trai has issued direction to tata sky ltd. With following subject (The same is attached herewith for your ready reference and link is also attached)

              Direction to m/s tata sky ltd under section 13, read with sub-clause (V) of clause (B) of sub section (1) of section 11, of the telecom regulatory authority of india act, 1997 to ensure compliance of various provisions of the new regulatory framework for broadcasting and cable tv services.

              On page number 3, point number 12 it is written as under:-

              And whereas m/s tata sky, vide another letter dated 29th april 2019, has, inter-alia, informed that the subscribers who were on long duration plans and have complained regarding their new plans are being re-instated to their earlier plans with the original validity date;

              However unfortunately our plan has not been re-instated till date!!!

              And suppose if it should be re-instated as directed by trai, what about the loss to customer from the date of suo moto change by tata sky ltd. Till date of re-instatement. (As in my case tata sky ltd. Has changed my pack suo moto and without giving me opportunity of being heard w. E. F. March 21, 2019. And till date e. G. May 07, 2019 it has not been re-instated)

              On page number 4 of the said direction the trai has directed m/s tata sky ltd

              In exercise of its power under section 13, read with sub-clause (V) of clause (B) of sub section (1) of section 11, of the telecom regulatory authority of india act, 1997 (24 of 1997) as under:

              (A) desist from migrating long term plan subscribers to any new plan till the contracted period unless the subscriber opts out of it or the validity of the long term plan expires, whichever is earlier;

              (B) reinstate to earlier long term plans with original validity date to the subscribers who have been migrated to any new plan unless the subscriber has himself opted out for; and

              (C) submit compliance to regulation 17 of the telecommunication (Broadcasting and cable) services standards of quality of service and consumer protection (Addressable systems) regulations, 2017 within seven (07) days from the date of issue of this direction

              However we are very sorry to say that m/s tata sky ltd is not at all following the directions and regulations given by trai and unfortunately the consumers like us are not being protected and are being mentally and financially harassed.

              So who is actually the regulatory authority "trai" or "tata sky"???

              Tata sky has not given me any opportunity of being heard and changed my plan according to their convenience. I don't expect this from brand "tata"

              We only request to follow the instructions of trai and restore our original pack i. E platinum hd with retrospective effect dated march 21, 2019

              It has been since May 8th 2019 that I have raised a request for fixing some antenna issues and each day the contomer care tells that we are sending technicians today.Its really so pathetic.

                I have applied for NEW Connection for my resident having subscriber ID [protected] on 16.05.2019 and paid Rs. 2067 Online for New Connection, However till date no one has contacted us for installation. I number of time contacted customer care office but every time Customer Care executive inform me that they will contact you by 2 hrs or 1 hrs but I do not received any call from the installation agency. Please note that through the customer care conversation I have come to know that your TATA sky installation department contact me but I am not reachable. This is ridiculous, they do not contact me I have give them two number but I do not received any call from them they just wrongly provide wrong information to misguide system of tata sky. you can check my conversation with customer care for more information, I minimum 10 -15 times contact customer care department of TATA Sky but till Installation is not done by them. If TATA SKY do not interested to provide me installation than kindly cancel my connection ID [protected] and refund my Rs. 2067. Please further note that DO NOT INCUR ANY EXPENSES TOWARDS ADVERTISEMENT IF YOU DO NOT VALUE YOUR NEW CUSTOMER. This is my last attempt for communication, I number of time raise complain and contact customer care department but till date no installation carried.

                  I raised the complaint on Friday 17 May 2019. I was told that someone will call at 10am to fix the visit time. I was also told that somebody will pay a house visit on Saturday 18 May.

                  Nobody called in the morning. Some SMS was sent and timing given to me was 2.25 pm to 2.55 pm. The whole day I was sitting in the house but no one turned up. To add to this nonsense, some technician put the complaint on hold saying I am not reachable which was an utter lie since I have got call from Tata Sky Pune location number about the issue raised.

                  On Sunday the same technician called and informed me that I have not subscribed to the channels. Hence I am not receiving the channels. Inspite of telling him repeatedly that I have subscribed, the person is not ready to listen and asked me to go and contact Tatasky customer care.

                  Really do not understand what kind of technicians are working for Tatasky.

                  Finally at Sunday evening at 6 pm some other technician turned up and said that some receiver component in the dish is faulty and needs to be replaced. No update on when the component will be replaced is provided.

                  Also the service people have no sense of coming at the appointed time. Even if I wait till 10 am there is no guarantee that the person will turn up at 10 am.

                  Really frustrated with this kind of service provided by Tatasky. Calling the customer care number is of no help. All they say is someone will call you in 2 hours.

                  I received an SMS saying that technician will visit between 8 - 8.30 pm. This time was fixed by Tatasky without consulting me. Even then I was at home at the given time. At 8.05 pm I received a call from some unknown number. Could not lift the call by few seconds since I was in the lift. When I called back, the number it was not reachable. After 2 minutes I receive an SMS saying my complaint is placed on hold. If I call customer care, I am told again somebody will be calling tomorrow. Call of time is not fixed.
                  What nonsense is this ? When the technician is supposed to visit at a time decided by Tatasky without consulting me why can't he come at that time ? How much more you people will be harassing me ?

                    As you know recently cyclone fani affected the coastal belt of odisha on 3rd may 2019 due to which the dth antenna got removed from its place. After the full restoration of power supply in town, i gave a complaint to tata sky customer care for fitment of antenne in its place on 11th may. Today 10 days have been passed whereas nobody has either given me a call or attended the complaint. Complaint id is - 1g-to-1844. Kindly look into the matter. Thanks.

                    Even I have raised a complaint on[protected] and all I hear is I will be receiving a call from technician in 2 hours. 15 days have passed since my complaint and 21 days since cyclone. I see no improvement in tata sky services. I have received couple of calls from tata sky in which I was informed I will receive a call from technician in 2 days but I have been waiting for that since last 15 days. Instead I have to call them back. Sometimes this makes me think am I really the customer?
                    What would have happened if this natural disaster would've hit a bigger city say Kolkata. Then tata sky would've taken a year to resume services of affected people. Even local cable networks have resolved their issues and have resumed services long back. Is this the kind of service quality we expect from so called leading DTH service provider? If so, then I think it will be better if we move back to cable networks then. Tata sky, you listening?

                      I am mohan singh jethuri, a tata sky customer’ (I. D no: [protected]) took a pack of 12 months with a 1 month free package. But they gave an account of someone else and they also disconnected the service of the pack before 2 months without the completion of the pack. Now both numbers appear to be delinked with my tatasky id. How to relink my number to id. Whom to call and from which number.. How can they delink my mobile number.. Tatasky account being debited money without using... Looks like previous plan is continued, need atleast rmn to choose my plan, otherwise all my tatasky account money is going wasted without using it n can't change it without rmn

                            On 15 may 2019, all of a sudden, i could not see any of my subscribed channels. On registering my complaint through the tata sky helpline, i was told they are unable to send a technician on the same day i. E. 15 may, as no one was available. Being a 24x7 service and an organization committed to customer service, this was very surprising!!

                            I then received a sms stating the work order #1h1n18sg has been initiated and a technician will visit to resolve the problem on 16 may between 14.15 and 14.45. Neither did the technician visit nor did i receive any update from tata sky. Since then, i have been repeatedly following up but am only receiving assurances. I called tata sky helpline last evening and i was assured a technician will resolve the problem by 10 am today. This morning, i received a call from a lady through [protected] confirming the technician visited and resolved the problem. When i told her no one has visited and the problem continues, she assured a call back after checking internally. I did not receive any call!! I then called her an hour back. She now says the technician will positively resolve the problem tomorrow.

                            In summary, it has been almost 5 days since i raised the complaint but no action is being taken. On demanding a refund of subscription fees for the period i am unable to see any channel, i was bluntly told "this is not company policy".

                            I request your immediate intervention in resolving my problem, securing refund of subscription fees for the "blackout" period and compensation for the harassment meted out to me. Tata sky must also be severely reprimanded for their extremely callous approach towards addressing customer issues, so that other customers do not have a similar experience.

                                I having subscriber i'd no [protected]. We are not receiving any signal from 18th of may 2019. Our problem is still not resolved and if we call the operator he behave 's in rude way and disconnect the call.. We tried calling customer care of tata sky.. But they never pick the call, it is been more than 36 hours and problem still persists and the operator say call where ever you want to call.

                                  Hello sir, i have registered a complaint on 15 may 19 (Complain no-1h0lnqkp) for re-location of my tata sky. I was told that technician will visit my home same day. But nobody has visited that day. After that i have been continiously calling tata sky customer care for the same. But they have been ignoring my request and putting my complain on hold showing some fake reason like roof problem, no electricity without visiting my home. Five days passed and i am so much frustrated with the customer service of tata sky. Request you to help me out and warn tata sky to not to harrass the customer.. It is very sad to say that from last three days i have been calling the customer care regularly but my complain is being skipped day by day showing some fake reason..

The tata sky care called me only after registering the complaint against tata sky.I got the first call back from tata sky on 21 May 19 at about 1400 asking that the technician will visit within one hour. Finally at about 1630 the technician visited my home. Though my problem has been resolved only after your intervention It was a horrible experience with tata sky service, they wasted my time irrited me to cross my patience level. It is extremely disgusting that tata sky forced me to knock the door of consumer affair service for such a small request like re-location.

                                  Same story happened today. In the mornig I called the Uran Tatabsky office on no-[protected] to know the details of the technician visiting today. She suggested to call me at about 1500 hrs. I called about 5 to 6 times but nobody recieved my call. I called on another technician who works in the tata sky service Uran on mobile no [protected]. He told me that today nobody will come and tomorrow he will come at about 1000 hrs. parallelly I got a missed call from another technician named Anish from mob [protected]. Same time I called back almost 5 to 6 times but he didn't responded nor called back. My experience of last six days with the Uran staff is fully annoyeing and totally ignorent like they dont care anybody or they has been allowed to do whatever they want to do.Now one more day is skipped.

                                        For last 10days i am continuously following up to tata sky service providers for technician visit at my residence as my antenna of both connection is get dislocated but no one is responding.

                                        Again i am unable to watch my television from 03/05/2019 to till date and when i am asking him for reversal money, they are denying for same

                                        Service of tata sky is very awfull and pathetic, non cooperative executives
