I having subscriber i'd no [protected]. We are not receiving any signal from 18th of may 2019. Our problem is still not resolved and if we call the operator he behave 's in rude way and disconnect the call.. We tried calling customer care of tata sky.. But they never pick the call, it is been more than 36 hours and problem still persists and the operator say call where ever you want to call....

Hello sir, i have registered a complaint on 15 may 19 (Complain no-1h0lnqkp) for re-location of my tata sky. I was told that technician will visit my home same day. But nobody has visited that day. After that i have been continiously calling tata sky customer care for the same. But they have been ignoring my request and putting my complain on hold showing some fake reason like roof problem, no electricity without visiting my home. Five days...

I have modified my tata sky pack recently. But unable to add zee sarthak odia channel to it. When contacted tata sky to add zee sarthak to my existing pack, tata sky representative told me that he is finding out zee sarthak and insisted me to add bengali channel of more cost so that zee sarthak will come. Please do something to add zee sarthak to my packs...

For last 10days i am continuously following up to tata sky service providers for technician visit at my residence as my antenna of both connection is get dislocated but no one is responding.

Again i am unable to watch my television from 03/05/2019 to till date and when i am asking him for reversal money, they are denying for same

Tata sky my Subscriber ID [protected] my name is ashish trivedi i taken new connection at that time i got sms that i am getting Offer worth rs 2000/- with this new connection but when i try to clame that offer at that time i m getting some error over thare after that i called customer care and they told me that sir now you cant get that offer they are not giving offers only they are telling because they get more connection and cheat customers...

Got a call from [protected] regarding tata sky promotion and the lady who spoke is scolding us on call. We never asked for a promotion call and after calling we are not ready to hear non sense from someone... Better i[censored] take required action. A person who does promotion need to be polite... N she was not polite at all... She is shouting on call...

I raised an request for shifting of connection from location to other on may 10 2019 and it was 5 days since no action was taken from tata sky engineers to resolve it.
Hope it should take 24 hours to resolve by assigning local engineer, thy use software application on handling this type of requests but failed to resolve on sla time.

By this we can know only at time of taking connection thy respond fast becuase they will...

I have not been receiving signals on and off. Complained to help desk. Tried telephonically to solve the problem. As the problem was not inside my flat they have decided to send technician. Technician said he has tighten the connector and it should work. If not call him again. Still not working.
In the meantime tatasky charged me rs.400/00. I objected. Reaching the signal to the set up box is the responsibility of the service provider.br...

My tata sky service disrupted since last 13 days, complaints already made thrice, but till today no technician attended complaint. One technician told yesterday that he will attend at 11 am but failed and did not received my phone. Today he assured to come at 8 am but not yet attended.
It is very very worst service of tatasky team now a days. Please take immediate step....

I had referred my friend ([protected]) Mr. Jayaraman. The first time I did was somewhere in April last week through Tata sky website. No one had contacted him, so I referred him through SMS the second time. Even then no one had contacted him. And finally on 6th may I had called Tata sky customer support and gave his number.
