no signal and very rude operator behaviour

I having subscriber i'd no [protected]. We are not receiving any signal from 18th of may 2019. Our problem is still not resolved and if we call the operator he behave 's in rude way and disconnect the call.. We tried calling customer care of tata sky.. But they never pick the call, it is been more than 36 hours and problem still persists and the operator say call where ever you want to call....

abusing promotion call

Got a call from [protected] regarding tata sky promotion and the lady who spoke is scolding us on call. We never asked for a promotion call and after calling we are not ready to hear non sense from someone... Better i[censored] take required action. A person who does promotion need to be polite... N she was not polite at all... She is shouting on call...

no proper action on service request

I raised an request for shifting of connection from location to other on may 10 2019 and it was 5 days since no action was taken from tata sky engineers to resolve it.
Hope it should take 24 hours to resolve by assigning local engineer, thy use software application on handling this type of requests but failed to resolve on sla time.

By this we can know only at time of taking connection thy respond fast becuase they will...

tata sky service disruption, since last 13 days no technician attended complaint

My tata sky service disrupted since last 13 days, complaints already made thrice, but till today no technician attended complaint. One technician told yesterday that he will attend at 11 am but failed and did not received my phone. Today he assured to come at 8 am but not yet attended.
It is very very worst service of tatasky team now a days. Please take immediate step....
