I had booked online tata sky device with package of family, kids, sports hd 1 month pack on 25th - april-2019 at around 9:55 am. I had paid rs 2252/- online.

I had got the subscriber id as [protected]. When the installation engineer came for installation, he told me that this device [protected] is not working properly and he changed my device.

As i had paid online for 1 month subscription with device, it should work for 1 month, but now my service is discontinued in 14 days.

Since i had paid online rs: 2254, why should i pay now again.
I have also made many complaint in customer care and to nodal officer, but i am still waiting to here from your end.

Please look into the matter.

    We recharge on 10 may 2019 of 212 of tata sky
    When we check all the fta channel & paid channel then some channel are not show,
    Even the list of fta channel of tata sky is different from other broadcaster. He add unusual channel those i think only 70 % people watch on it
    Even those paid channel pack we take it in which only 4 channel are come
    We request all the people whose take the tata sky connection pl. Stop service from it
    It doing fraud from customer & talke unusual charged
    We appeal to government we cancel the licence of tata sky
    Even we goes take a poster & video viral on these fraud
    Even in which some people all unknown about that those not know about it
    We also submit a complaint to modi app & another social media
    I have 34 people whose have take the tata sky connection we goes to see all these process of fraud

      On 9may i have requested for new dish satellite. But still i have don't get any call from technician. And sorry but tata sky service is very poor. No solution of any problem. I requested you to please aas soon as possible complete my problem. And worst part is techncin told me receive your item from near by village. And i don't understand when i will give service charge then why it's behaving live some illetrate. And on 10 may i receive one message from tata sky office that you request is scheduled on 11 may 6 pm. But when i call techncian he told me we don't have material but office say they have. And what is your problem tata sky. Please send any techncian. Or mai tumhara set-up box kisi dustbin mai phek du. Jab koi respond hi nhi milta to or jab nhi kuch karna to dusre ka waqt kyo barbaad karte hai schedule de kar mat diya karo jab tak tum bhejne ke kabil na hoo jaao. And i don't get any call from technician today.

        Many a time it has happened that i am not able to see any channel other than channel #100 and tata sky keep on deducting charges without resolving issue.
        Every time i have to start chat session to get it resolved. So there is no resolution until it is reported.
        This time when my kids watching their channel, tatasky started asking pay to subscribe channel. My kids reported the same to me in evening when i reached back from office.
        Thinking that subscription is over, i told them that i'll check and recharge on this weekend but when i checked my account there was no issue related to payment. Instead the issue was at tatasky end and tatasky keep on deducting charges without giving you service.
        This is not the first time it has happened. I reported the same multiple time to tatasky team but all on vain and they are not able to explain why it is a recurring problem.

          All of sudden tata sky dropped my free channels abp news and abp maza. Although i have subscribed for one year from december 2018. So many channel we could not see after april 2019. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue immediately.

          I need to see all channels fro which i have subscribed including hd channels. I have tried to re registered from their site however failed to activate those channels.

            Today morning i called to helpdesk number[protected]. Found all representative were busy at that time so ivrs system said press 1 so that helpdesk will call you back after 10 mins. I spent 15rs but till 1:30pm i did not receive any back call from helpdesk.

            Problem is that helpdesk is not well equipped and automatically my channel are blocked without prior information. Last night i was watching hindi news channel and those were registered according to the govt rules and regulations. I need to know why my channels are stopped and what is the reason?
            Without info who made this and why made this?
            Unnecessary problem hurting me a lot. This is legal problem. Hope you understand. Do my channel active immediately and fyi those are free channel.

                I had lodged a complaint on 03/05/2019 customer care no. regarding no singles, they assured me to resolved the issue by sending an technician next day. Next day I called them many times but after 8 days there is response which is very disappointing. I'm highly disappointed by the Tata sky support team. At present era they are providing worst services to their customers.

                  This is my registered mail id with tatasky and my subscriber id is [protected].

                  I've been using tatasky services for the last eight years but due to my past 3 day experience i've decided to not continue with tatasky any more.

                  I placed installation request in bangalore with tatasky customer service on 6th may 2019 and till now my installation is not complete.

                  Today the technician visited my place and started exploiting me for by offering personal service from his side and keeping your company out of the loop.

                  He insisted that i pay for cable charges and he'll pull the wire from the terrace of 9th floor building for the installation to be done for my flat on ground floor. Shocking part is that for everyone else in my society, the installation is done right from the balcony.

                  When i objected then he cooked up some excuse and left my place without completing the installation and now i'm waiting since 6th may 2019 for the installation to get completed.

                  I tried to escalate this issue to tatasky area service in charge for bangalore today in the evening but was shocked to see his response, he was extremely unprofessional and didn't seem to even listen to me. He told me to do whatever i want but he won't provide the installation. His mobile number is [protected].

                  Tatasky doesn't value its customers and that's the reason i've decided to stop using tatasky services. I'm uploading a video on youtube to share my pathetic experience with the entire world with tatasky.

                    We have 2 set top boxes installed at our residence and both are showing the message "no signal". I raised a complaint with customer care on 4th of may and am calling them daily but have not received any call from service engineers. No one has visited our residence to look into the problem.                       My name is ramana arigela. I am from amalapuram in andhra pradesh. Recently i bought new connection with name of arigela veeranjaneyulu from unisyn enterprises on 24th april 2019. I paid through paytm amount of rs.2014/- for unisyn enterprises hyderabad.
                      The representative person p. Shireesha said with in 4 days you get new connection. But still now i didn't get anything. And even i try to call her she blocked my number. On the time of payment i call to tatasky customer care for verification, they also said its our persons only you can proceed. So paid that amount. Please refund my amount.

                      Finally They fix the dish after so many reports. till no replay from unisyn enterprise. but they lied one thing . the unisyn representative said hd pack for one month is just 249/- only . but its around 400/- . she misguided me to buy Tatasky Dish. Dont Believe Unisyn Enterprise . there is no offer from their company . even in flipkart its just 1650/- only .and they are not responds after we pay amount.

                          I have been calling tata sky regarding this issue but no solution has been granted. I had asked the local vendor details but even those were not given

                          I had taken tata sky account a year back. The phone number and customer name against that id is wrongly coming as someone else. That is why i am not able to create an account and recharge

                          Noc form solution was given but even that is not working

                          I want to discontinue tata sky but have paid 2000 for set top box and 680 extra as recharge

                          What should be done further??

                          Set top box HD not functioning and red light is just blinking .. when I called customer care they said technical person will come and service charge of rs100 will be levied . Wonder why they impose charges when am using set top box of same brand .

                              An agent of the Tata sky visited my home on 06/04/2019 at 16:30 pm & they informed us about south regional pack(400 inc.taxes) & activated a different pack(522)which is of no use to us & when called customer care the executive told this is what is available & I requested them to activate the plan which was informed to me earlier they denied & I asked for a refund, First they informed that on May 8th they would visit my house & rectify the issue & I got another call on saying the the refund is not possible & they insisted me to handover the set of box DTH to my friends and family & get your money back.I informed the agent cheating and they hang-up my call immediately

                                I've been continuously cheating by tatasky with their settop box signal strength. Tatasky signal has been continuously flickering and can't able to watch any channel. If i raise a complaint, the technician will visit (With a charge of 300 as visiting charge), will try to fix the issue and i feel that issues got resolved. But the issue will arise after couple of days again. I will keep complaining the same issue and i've paid atleast twice as technician visiting charge. This time even after complaining the same issue, the back end team is closing the complaint by themselves automatically without even checking with me. This is ridiculous and not acceptable. Simply i'm wasting my money on tatasky recharge. Not proper customer support and cheating technicians for sucking visiting charges. I'm thinking if changing my service.

                                They don;t even know who changed the complaint to cancellation status. Customer support and technical team is really pathetic. God only should save us.

                                  Subject: tata sky indulging in unfair means to exploit customers interest.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  The complainant, mahesh parmar, having subscription id [protected], and registered phone number [protected], has been harassed by the customer service providers of the tata sky dth service company (Herein after called as “said company”) by exploiting his interest in the company’s subscription service through different unfair means, and upon registering complaint to the help line numbers said company is not at all interested in solving the issue and are least bothered to do so, instead they use to inform the complainant through text message “dear subscriber, your request number ‘1fo37y73’ is resolved” before actually resolving it. And with that complainant has faced other problems after subscribing tata sky, but company has never bothered to solve complainant’s problems with the same or complaints registered. Thus, with the same purpose to solve issues, complainant hereby wants to inform and solve the below mentioned complaints complainant has.
                                  1) complainant has subscribed services of the said company long ago and have used it regularly, but this raised an issue with regard to billing of subscription amount complainant used to pay on monthly basis. The said company has never ever provided any bill, instead they are sending statement of the service complainant has subscribed to. Complainant believes that this is misappropriation of funds or an escape route to the tax department of india. Complainant came to know when he requested a bill on updating of setup box and they refused to do so and asked him to make top up of the said amount of rs.900 which complainant was needed to pay for the update to be installed. And with that they have not issued any bill for the same. Would like to direct the tax authority to see into this matter and request the said company to provide bill in print or in digital form.
                                  2) another issues complainant has faced before updating the set up box was that suddenly his last setup box started malfunctioning and showed the issues of weak signals for weeks of which he complained to the authority and few technician came to solve the matters but instead of solving they directly suggested to make an update to hd setup box of which he had no need to, as he never subscribed nor wanted subscribe to the hd channels, but they forcefully tried to convince and installed hd setup box to extort more money. The said company has intentionally interfered with the non-hd setup box so that he has to buy a new hd setup box of the said company. Thus, hereby i request the concerned authority to analyze the matter and solve it in favor of customers, as many other customers might have been harassed or cheated with the same issues by the said company.
                                  3) after updating the setup box, complainant was encountered with another issue of change in subscription, which was made without complainant’s permission and no information was given to him on the same, said company has never called him to discuss such matter of change in subscription. Prior to the change complainant was making a monthly payment of rs.256 and after updating the setup box the said company has changed the subscription which made him to pay rs. 251 on monthly basis. With same complainant also want to inform that his old subscription was ending on the 19th day of april 2019, where they forced him to make an update to hd setup box on 13th day of april 2019, after installing the new setup box it worked till midnight of 14th april and it stopped from then as the screen showed the message of need to pay subscription amount for further viewing experience. There, said company didn’t stop manipulating and harassing him, instead screen showed negative balance of rs. - 46 without any reasons on 15th of april, thus, complainant allege that the same company has intentionally ended the subscription on the midnight of 14th april 2019 which is 5 days prior to the expected date (19th april 2019) of ending subscription and which compelled me to make another payment of rs 251 on 15th of april 2019, for the further viewing experience. Which out rightly changed the subscription cycle he opted to follow, and after making recharge of rs 251 it allowed complainant to use its subscription service till the 8th may 2019. Which again lead to misappropriation of the payment made, as complainant paid rs 251 for a monthly service, which comes to rs. 8.36/day, which shows that where the subscription plan was ending on 15th of may after updating to the hd box has been preponed to the 8th of may without any prior permission to make any changes. Thus, with the same complainant is going to lose rs 58.56 and total 7 days of subscription from 8th may 2019 to 15th of may 2019.
                                  Further, complainant has clearly explained this matter to the customer care helpline number where he talked with ms. Naina, who told him to wait for the call of senior executive and registered his complaint with number 1fo37y73 on 25th april 2019 and assured that executive will call him or legal advisor on 28th april 2019 at 2:41 pm. But the said company was not bothered to solve the issue so instead of calling they sent a message on 26th of april 2019 which showed “dear subscriber, your request number 1fo37y73 is resolved, happy viewing”. And with that no complaints were solved, nor they called to listen the problems complainant has faced with fund embezzlement or misappropriation.
                                  Thus, with this complaint i request the concerned department to look into the same and kindly solve these issues complainant is facing with the said company.
                                  4) and the last issue which again leads to misleading information shared to the customers to buy the universal remote with the setup box, which they tell that it will work with both your television and with your new setup box. Complainant bought that and it didn’t work with his television and after buying same they told him that it might not work with few televisions. This also leads to mislead the customers on buying a product and which unlawful activity carried out by the personnel of the said company. So, with this complaint i would like to inform this to the concerned department to look upon the same.

                                  Thus, with above mentioned list of issues and complaints, the complainant prays for
                                  1) to solve above mentioned issues/ complaints as soon as possible and request you to extend the next subscription date to the 19th of may 2019
                                  2) consider reimbursing the amount in the sum of rs.104.56 (Rs 46 + rs 58.56) which was misappropriated by the said company from complainant’s subscription account.
                                  3) special damages in the sum of rs. 10, 000 for the mental harassment and agony complainant has suffered
                                  4) reasonable legal advisor’s fee in the sum of rs 7000.
                                  5) such other and further relief as the authority shall deem fit.

                                    My tata sky id is [protected]. My name is anil kumar singh. But it has been wrongly entered into account as alok kumarsingh. I am receiving messages on my registered mobile, which is correct. It has been installed at dumra court sitamarhi. So it is a request not make it a five years plan and a lengthy legal process. If the company agency testifies to be any consumer existing as alok kumarsingh then my claim must challenged without making any delay otherwise let me edit this non-existential name. A name — like a castle in the air.

                                      I was out of station for few months and i recharged today my tata sky set top box
                                      Recharge was successful but set top box shows pairing error
                                      I tired to restart set top box but still same error message
                                      Can you please explain why this problem..?

                                        I have been trying to modify my pack and have failed to do the same even after maybe 15 tries. I have raised a complaint with the tatasky and they have not yet resolved the complaint which they claim to resolve within 24hrs.

                                        The service of tatasky has gone down very much. Where they could resolve a issue on a phone call, now they have no clue as to what is happening at their end with a simple problem which can be traced by looking into their logs of the request raised by the customer and why it failed. The logs are present in the server and yet they take no action on it.

                                        I request tatasky to return the excess money charged to my account from the day i have raised the complaint till the resolution is not done. This would atleast make they accountable for the delay on the resolution which has not happened as yet.
