amount paid on 27th april for new connection but still not received

On 27th april, 2019, executive has visited my residence and booked order for new tata sky connection and i've paid the an amount of rs.2015, pls find the attachment.
Still connection was not fixed or not any updates. Pls provide the status on priority basis. Receipt no.318295. I have written mail to [protected]@tatasky.com but no response till date and at customer service also could able to resolve....

signal strength & poor technicians

I've been continuously cheating by tatasky with their settop box signal strength. Tatasky signal has been continuously flickering and can't able to watch any channel. If i raise a complaint, the technician will visit (With a charge of 300 as visiting charge), will try to fix the issue and i feel that issues got resolved. But the issue will arise after couple of days again. I will keep complaining the same issue and i've paid atleast twice...

pairing error on my set top box

I was out of station for few months and i recharged today my tata sky set top box
Recharge was successful but set top box shows pairing error

dth installation issue

I booked a tata sky new connection in guwahati on 5th may, 2019 at around 10 am in the morning which was a sunday and the website said that they are going to install the new dth on the same day at the time period between 2 pm-5 pm. However the local technicians who were supposed to install the box said that they are not going to install the box since they don not operate on sundays and they said that i should order some company's product...

card pairing error with tata sky set top box

I have already tried to remove the card carefully, wiped it with dry cloth...

improper installation

They didn't place the setup box where we need and they didn't provide the cable how much we need they demand to take 20 metres or tenmetres actually we need 12 metres
And it's looking very aucward in hall please give some solution to us

More over that the service people who came here didn't hear our words we requested them to make our work neatly but they choose their comfort only they asked some service charge we have...

about low signal strength

I am having multi tv connection of tata sky. From last several years i am availing its timely services but this time it is not up to the mark. Our television is not receiving the accurate signal from last few days. I am complaining about this several of times but query is as it is. Technician came twice but of no use. Now he is also not coming and we are just paying the recharge amount for the days when we are not able to watch television....

installation issues

We have taken a new tata sky connection on apr14th based out of hyderabad through a local dealer however as they promised they would do the installation and within 48 hours. Meanwhile we had a family urgency and had to go out of station.

After returning from our tour on apr 29th we called the local dealer who booked the connection, but he talked so rude that i was helpless and called the customer care of tata sky to complain...

When i contacted customer care they told me that 290rs deducted from my account for cable charge for 23meter they told me that total wire used in my house is 33 meter...
