I was having 3 connections of Tata Sky in my home. Once the receiver in the Antenna unit was not working. My wife raised the complaint and the technician came home and told that it will cost INR 250. We agreed and got it replaced.

After that we did not use the services for 1 year due to our ids board exam.

Now when I want to resume my subscription, my account is showing negative 687 INR. On calling the customer...

Upon asking customer care, I get to hear from Aman Kumar - CUSTOMERSERVICE that I have to pay separately for the same, this is so ridiculous. I have ordered tatasky dth hd set top box on 14th april 19 with customer service of tatasky on thier tollfree number and paid rs 1900 which includes rs. 1599 for hd set top box and rs 295 for hindi lite package and it was installed on the same day but the representative who installed it didnt gave me any warranty card or reciept for the payment done on 14th april for new hd setop box and hindi lite pack.

This is with reference to our tata sky connection with subject captioned id under my name - mr. Krishan lal, i am a 90+ senior citizen. The annual pack was purchased on 11th october 2018 for inr 14, 000/- for 3 tata sky connections under the annual package which was supposed to get over on 10th october 2019.

I received a message in the month of march 2019 on the set top box that the due date is now pre - poned to august 2019...

Dear trai,

I have taken a pack of rs.421 from tatasky

However, they are charging rs.620

Now they are forcing me to pay rs.620 though i ve selected package of rs.421

Customers cannot choose any channels

Tatasky is simply fooling customers!!

I have payed amount of rs 2015/- for telugu hd pack still now no one had called me r any regarding. I am also sending the copies what u have given to me.

I am having a recurring problem with channels on my tatasky subscription. Every time i raise a complaint, tatasky sends an engineer, who fixes something and i am charged 100 rs for that. I keep fighting with tatasky on why they are charging for support that they should be providing. When i am paying a subscription, it should be providers responsibility to make sure that i get what i pay for. This is really ridiculous and i want to look for...

I have called tata sky since last, 2 weeks. They book the tata sky hd box and give the subscriber number and ask to wait 2 hr to get a call for appointment. Its been 2 weeks no one is bothered to even call for a new connection. What a fake service. Very bad experience. I think you should stop this 2 hr service in india. Fake company. Trying to book new connection by calling customer care and they were saying they will arrange in 24hrs and 2hrs and 1hr every day they will make new reason and never got cal back or technician to arrange new connection, the worst service ever faced. Whenever we give a cal they will ask for all information and they will blame their colleagues for not providing and they will promise to arrange and they will do never make a solution....
