The above connection was taken on 25.03.2019.
It was observed on 22nd April that no channels were coming with a message on the below portion of screen that payment is due on 23.04.2019. The payment was made on 22nd itself but the payment due message continued even thereafter. A complaint was made on 23rd April. Someone called from Tata sky Pune office and and it was agreed that some technician will be sent to redress the complaint. When there was no response, another complaint was lodged and some one promised that the technician will come on 25th evening at 6.30 pm.I agreed to that. Then, someone called from tata sky that the technician will visit between 7.20 pm to 8.20 pm without mentioning that a representative/technician was to make a visit around 6.30 pm.
Around 8.06 pm, I received another message that I shall be informed within 2 hours for making an appointment.
I sent another complaint sharing what had happened with me. I was informed that someone will come around 11.30 am on 27.04.19. A guy came around 1.pm, and checked up the set top box also as there was no signal being received. He managed to start the TV but that did not stay even for 24 hours.
Interestingly, I was asked to give feedback & advised that my work order was cancelled and received 10 messages with following content:
"your cancellation code is 648722 for tata sky wo no. 1FNPZXW6. Kindly share it with our representative only if your request is resolved or visit is not required"
It is again giving the same old problem that no signal is coming.
Yesterday, I once again complained and requested that if I can not have regular services and Tata sky can not resolve the issue, please remove the the installed equipment (dish and set up box ) and refund the amount paid by me. There is no response so far.
Since practically, I have not been able to watch any TV since the 22nd April though the monthly charges have been paid and services provided by tata sky are totally un-professional, I want an immediate redressal to my complaint.
