When we call the helpline number we get answers in a language we do not understand, the language appears to be Bengali, after twenty attempts I got a person who could talk in english but was not useful. All I wanted was to add on a few channels and the process is so complex as they do not send me the OTP and the services are very bad. I want their KIDS MINI pack added with immediate for two months. I have a sufficient funds available against my account.

    सर् मेरा सेटअप बॉक्स का रिचार्ज दिसंबर में खत्म हुआ था। उस समय trie के नए नियम आये थे। उस समय टाटा स्काई कंपनी बार बार फ़ोन करती rechage करने के लिए। ओर जब फ़ोन आता तो मेरा यह जवाब होता कि सर् trie का नया नियम लागू होने के बाद ही rechage करवाऊँगा। लेकिन कंपनी द्वारा यह कहा जाता कि trie के नियम का अबी कोई पता नही कब से लागू होगा। ईसलिए आप अबी 6 महीने का rechage करा लीजिए 5200/- का धमाल मिक्स पैक के। यह rechage करने के बाद trie का नियम लागू हो या ना हो आप के यही प्लान चलता रहेगा। ईसमे कोई चेंज नही किया जायगे। ईस बात पर मैने जनवरी में 5200 रुपये का 6 महीने का rechage करवाया। लेकिन अब कंपनी ने मेरा बहुत से चैनेल को ब्लॉक कर दिया और मेरा एकाउंट में 1535/- रुपये के रिफंड कर दिया और कहते है कि trie का नियम लागू हो गया है ईसलिए हमने आप के चैनल ब्लॉक कर दिया है। 5200 के अमाउंट में मैने 3 TV का rechage करवाया था। लेकिन कंपनी के पास 1535 रुपये 3 TV के किस हिसाब से हुआ ईसका कोई जवाब नही है।और नही वापस कुश चैनल चालू बी नही कर रहे है।आप से अनुरोद है कि मेरी समस्या को slove करे।

      NO RESPONSE FROM TATA SKY SO FAR. NEITHER SENT THE STATEMENT (MAR-2019) NOR ANY CALLL FROM THEIR SIDE. EVEN TATA SKY MOBILE APP DOESN'T SHOW 'VIEW', NOT DOWNLOADING THE MLY STATEMENT/BILL FOR MARCH 2019 IN MY AC ID. TATA SKY ALSO DIDN'T RELEASE SPORT CHANNEL DURING IPL INTO MY AC ID AS TATA SKY RELEASED MESSAGES INTO SUBJECT "FREE TELECAST DURING IPL SERIES".

      I haven't received my Mly Statement of Mar 2019 yet. You are not asking about my complaint which is not solved till date and time. There is no contact/call regarding my complain from tata sky yet.You are asking only about my recharge done on 02.05.2019 which is for the month of May-2019 Tell me why did my Mly statement of Mar-2019 not being generated and not being send to me???? Don't try to become oversmart do not try to overlaping your mistakes, There is nothing to see in Download & View Monthly statement till time my writing this...

      My complaint id 2316951 is pending. Tata sky didn't send me my MLY Bill of March 2019 and now also Pending for April 2019..Statements are not available on Tata Sky app in transaction history. Tata Sky is misleading by message on 02 May 2019 that same is available in 'mytatasky.com- My Account-Transaction History' I think TS not bother about complaint on TRAI complaint portal.

      My complaint no 2316951 is unsolved yet. No response from Tata Sky, mly statement not received yet, no call from tata sky representatives as said in reply from trai regarding my complaint, nothing on their, my tata sky account to download or view regarding my complaint.Should I hope from trai authorities any action against this!!!??

        For the last 15 days i am trying to relocate my tata sky antenna. But no action taken by this company. They are trying to just making me fool. The customer care executives are only assured me, but no result. My complaints get cancelled on behalf on the engineer. My request get cancelled twice. Today i have a call again from engineer that he his coming for relocation. But he didnt come. It is completely a customer harassment. My tata sky id is [protected].

          My ids are still not split as separate accounts. People at tatasky on their own say the issue is resolved and close the issue. I am not going to escalate the issue I have decided to terminate these connections along with my other 52 connections and throw their set top boxes into the garbage bin. Please dont spoil the great man TATA's name with your poor service

            Consumer number[protected]. After 3 days of calling customer service, there is no proper response or resolution. Only thing they say is we are forwarding your complaint to the concerned department. They will contact you. The technician will be there at this time etc. The time is always as soon as possible. When we press for exact time it is always a few hours from now. Will someone help us resolve this? We have recharged just 3 days ago and all this started. Or is it time to part ways?

              The day was clear without cloudy but suddenly there was no signal. When i called up the tarasky customer care my complain was noted down and was said that within 2 working hours my problem will be solved. At 12:00 noon i lodged the complaint and till 5:30 there was no response and as many tines i called up, i was said that they will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
              Why the service is so delayed?? Very horrible service! Repeatedly there is no signal and very slow service.

                I m tata sky set top subscriber, my subscription i. D is [protected].

                On 13 january 2019, i have subscribed annual pack sport dhamaka of tata sky, in that i could see all sports channels which i have subscribed.
                But recently almost a week ago i can't see my some sports channels, for that i have lodged complaint to there help email.
                But they are not solving my issue and putting all blame on you.

                  I have subscribed for hindi lite pack of tata sky which costs me around 340 but in that i am not able to watch all the channels because movies channels start showing no signal message since last four months i have complained about it but their representative come try to solve it but couldn't. They returned promising to come next day but the complain was cancelled each time. Now they have started giving fraudent logics for the same.
                  I have been tortured a lot.
                  Now other than soling the issue i want to teach them a lesson.

You are migrated to a new monthly plan with your balance being adjusted. You may your channels & packs that best-fits your viewing requirements on www.mytatasky.com.                     We had made a complaint on 23.04
                    19 regarding non receiption of tata sky connection which has not been attended till date. Meantime when enquired about the complaint we were informed that the complaint has been cancelled of which we were not been informed.
                    Contacted the helpline who came up with vague questions & answers to the extend to say that there is no complaint registered. Can i get help.

                      Dear team,

                      My name is ranjeet & my subscriber id is [protected]
                      Further i have total 3 tata sky connection (1 hd & 2 normal) on 1 dish & on 12th april i have request to split 2 normal connection
                      For which tata sky customer care executive said that i have to take one more dish thereafter only it can be split & they have also given me an option that if i want to transfer these 2 connection on some other name that can also be done
                      I have agreed for the same and given written request for the same
                      But till now it has not been resolved

                      Request you to priortize

                      Services of tata sky is very very slow

                      I am not able to get the resolution from last 17 days and everytime i call customer care team they take written request but nothing is happening
                      Also when i tell them that i have mailed the request letter for change the name they said mail team is different and they don't have the rights for mail access & mail customer team has not reverted at all

                        How can account be migrated without my concent? I do not wish to continue with tata sky hence i seek my refund of inr 9000 from inr 140000 for which services were not provided to me. Further discontinue with tata sky as your company does not work on ethical business practices. I am a 90+ senior citizen and being harassed by your company. Urgently refund my money back

                            I was having 3 connections of Tata Sky in my home. Once the receiver in the Antenna unit was not working. My wife raised the complaint and the technician came home and told that it will cost INR 250. We agreed and got it replaced.

                            After that we did not use the services for 1 year due to our ids board exam.

                            Now when I want to resume my subscription, my account is showing negative 687 INR. On calling the customer care, they are saying that they only have 6 months record and so they cannot help.
                            On my insistence, their senior person called me and saying that the reciver was charged 5370 and service charges 250.

                            This is a total scam and this is how they are looting the customers. thre is no contact number for the company itself except the customer care and they know nothing. they are like parrots and repeating the same thing again and again.

                            It is a big scam of Tata Sky and customer are cheated in a royal way.

                            if they have any shame, they will refund the excess amount which they have cheated from me.

                              I have the premium HD pack but channel no 322 which is UTV HD is not there. Upon asking customer care, I get to hear from Aman Kumar - CUSTOMERSERVICE that I have to pay separately for the same, this is so ridiculous. I will take this up with TRAI & consumer Forum as you can’t cheat your customers like this!

                                I have ordered tatasky dth hd set top box on 14th april 19 with customer service of tatasky on thier tollfree number and paid rs 1900 which includes rs. 1599 for hd set top box and rs 295 for hindi lite package and it was installed on the same day but the representative who installed it didnt gave me any warranty card or reciept for the payment done on 14th april for new hd setop box and hindi lite pack.

                                When i have raised this with tatasky customer service they are saying that they will give the receipt by 20 may, 19 but regarding warranty card they have not given me the invoice or warranty for 3 years for hd setop box and dth antenna and for 1 year on site service.

                                So i request you to please escalate this and help me in getting my concern resolved at the earliest.

                                  This is with reference to our tata sky connection with subject captioned id under my name - mr. Krishan lal, i am a 90+ senior citizen. The annual pack was purchased on 11th october 2018 for inr 14, 000/- for 3 tata sky connections under the annual package which was supposed to get over on 10th october 2019.

                                  I received a message in the month of march 2019 on the set top box that the due date is now pre - poned to august 2019 without any valid reason. With much difficulty when i called to enquire on the same i was told that the plan has been changed because of some new rule. When the recharge was done i was clearly told that even if the charges increases the annual package will not be affected. But now without any intimation tata sky stopped most of the channels and harassing me. All the more i am not in the position to fight with them on the daily basis. For him it is extremely tough to call tata sky seeking a solution.

                                  This is extremely disgusting, displeasure and not acceptable. Customer has paid a chunk of amount in advance for the goodwill of the company and now got scammed by tata sky.

                                  Need an urgent resolution but only getting harrased as tata sky’s ceo mr. Hari t narang also doesn’t bother replying to our emails. I am awating for my money back.

                                  How can account be migrated without my concent? I do not wish to continue with Tata sky hence I seek my refund of INR 9000 from INR 140000 for which services were not provided to me. Further discontinue with Tata sky as your company does not work on ethical business practices. I am a 90+ senior citizen and being harassed by your company. Urgently refund my money back
                                  How can a plan be migrated without customer’s consent???
                                  Our package was purchased in October 2018 for INR 14000
                                  From March 2019 we did not receive the services that were promised hence we want our refund money from April to October 2019 which is not provided to us. Then we will decide whether we want Tata sky or something else. Hence first refund our INR 9000/-

                                    My subscriber i'd is [protected] and my registered mobile no. Is [protected]. I subscribed for one year dhamaal mix pack in august 2018. I want to remain with the one year pack which was paid by me on 16th august 2018 and valid till 16th august 2019. But from 31st march 2019 tata sky abruptly and without my consent discontinue some of the channels subscribed and paid by me in advance which is highly objectionable and against the policy of trai. Also the validity of the amount paid by me is reduced by one month. I contacted tata sky frequently but they refuse to resume the pack.
                                    So far the new guidelines of trai is concerned the guideline is quoted below. Plz refer point 11 at page no. 6 of frequently asked questions in trai.gov.in which is quoted below :
                                    11. What if annual subscription charges are paid by a subscriber in advance? In case a subscriber has availed any scheme with advance charges paid for future lock-in period like an annual plan the distributor shall continue to provide services for such committed period without any increase in price / charges and without altering the other terms of subscription. The distributors cannot make any changes that entails any disadvantage to the subscriber in such cases. However, if the subscriber wants to switch over to a new package after 1st february, 2019 then the proportional balance amount of existing package as on the date of switch over may be adjusted for the new package prices after 1st february, 2019.

                                    In the view of the above discontinuation of my 1 year pack effective from 16/08/2018 is clear cut violation of trai guidelines.

                                        Dear trai,

                                        I have taken a pack of rs.421 from tatasky

                                        However, they are charging rs.620

                                        Now they are forcing me to pay rs.620 though i ve selected package of rs.421

                                        Customers cannot choose any channels

                                        Tatasky is simply fooling customers!!

                                        After selecting package for rs. 421 they impose rs.150 which they until then do not reveal customers

                                        They are not allowing me to choose my channels.. Their website does not allow us to do anything. Their customer care is totally non co operative and they blame only trai for their cheating. Instead of reducing my monthly, some how they managed to rip off more from customers and they blame trai.

                                        For cheating and blackmailing customers they blame trai

                                        Trai has become a reason for them to cheat customers!!

                                        Please look into this matter as they are cheating many customers

                                        The tatasky reps from callcenter will simply call us and confuse us further as they do not know anything and simply blame trai for their rip off
