The representative from Sanya enterprises visited and resolved it but again the complaint exists

And he told we are increasing your channels with lesser amount which you are paying then i told to leave as later tatasky may increase the amount later then he told no it will not happen and plz take benefit of new offer and i denied, then repeated the same then i said ok if price decrease and increases then ok and call disconnected then i received below message

        Booked tata sky hd box 5 days back. So far nobody has turned up. I get message that installation is scheduled on so and so time but next day i gat a message stating work order cancelled. Again i called tata sky and once again false promise. Nobody turns up. If tata sky does not want new subscribers, then why do they advertise. Please see messages sent by tata sky

          Before three days, my antenna was signal loosed. I can contact customer care executive three times in three days. He escalated issues but technician are never come to resolve issues. How many days I'm waiting for the resolution. All of them concentrate on new connection but any of they never intrest in customer relationship and requirements. Escaped every day...

              This is to inform that i have received a low quality duplicate remote on purchasing new connection recently on 10th april’18.

              You can have a look of same in the image attached with this email.

              1. “guide” is seen printed as “guise”
              2. “on demand” is printed as “on damand”

              Etc..

              Also, the build of remote too is of very cheap quality.

              I have made several follow ups with tata sky on facebook & twitter helpline but to no avail. Even wrote to nodal office but no reply from there as well.

              If i'm paying, i need to have all original accessories.

                I previously complaint about the overpriced service of tatasky and they called me as soon as possible.

                I had a brief conversation about my complaint. After5 min of talking about my issue he was unable to understand what i was trying to tell him.

                After that he sends me a technician to my house for checking on the issue that was resolved by myself.

                And after that when i had a conversation with him today he said me that tatasky haven't send any technician to my house

                First of all they have no information about the technician that is visiting to their customer house

                Second of all they were not even ready to accept this fault and were counter attacking me about their poor service

                Third they had a very unprofessional person for complaint services that doesn't even understand what customer is trying to tell him.

                  I lodged complain for non receipt of tv receiption to tata sky toll free complain number. Authorised technician visited my home and after innvestion, he told me that my standard digi box is required to replace and charge will be rupees 550/-. On verification with tata sky customer care department, the price of standard digi box found 450/- rupees. There is difference of rupees 100/- which clearly shows that field person charged higher than prescribed rate of company. I lodged the complain to tata sky customer care but it is a matter of rehret to say thst even after more than a month, no response from the company. This spoils the reputation of company in dual way i. E. By way of his field person and second no response from company indicates that company also supports such corruption. All documentary proof are with me.

                    I received an sms on 12th april stating my existing tata sky pack has been migrated to a new best fit pack which has all my current channels. Until a few minutes ago i was watching my program on star world hd and all of a sudden i get a black screen showing - "a-la-carte channel star world hd - rs. 9 pm, sms to 56633from rmn".

                    I call up the customer care asking what happened? All the channels were working until a few minutes ago and all of a sudden all gone. The executive says i have to go inside the tata sky app and choose which channel i want to see!!

                    My question is why do i have to choose if your sms says you have migrated me to a pack which has all the channels. This mean your sms does not provide complete information and you are still fooling consumers with your non-sense sms and agents who answer call with written statement, if i ask to pass on the call to a supervisor the call is handed over to some another guy sitting next to this agent called akshay.

                    See images attached, i would like to show the sms i received, what i see on tv screen and to top it up the channels which has been added to my pack saying they are best fit!! Your algorithm to understand which channel i see most and would like to see has failed completely seeing you have added regional channels to my pack and some other non sense channels.

Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration. For this, please download the Tata Sky App or visit www.mytatasky.com and go to Manage Pack, or visit your nearest dealer.

                    My question is why does you sms says i have been "MIGRATED" to best fit plan if i have choose channel myself in your app ????? and the sms came in on 12th April, and you stopped my connection abruptly on 17th April .

                      This is reference to my subscriber id :- [protected], & my complained which i have been following up with the customer care of tata sky since last few days. This is reference to the bi – annual pack which i have taken & which was valid till sept 2020. Due to the recent trai guidelines, they have changed the subscription fees & other channel costing details, but also said in their guidelines that if customer wants to continue with the existing long durations pack then the choice is with the customer not with the dth service providers. This guidelines were clearly mentioned in the press conference /press statement issued by trai secretary mr sunil k gupta on 29th jan 2019 (Also attaching the news article of the statement).

                      Just to inform that i have been a tata sky customer since 2005 of my previous connection based at pune location & this subscription since 2007.

                      Tata sky has changed my plans without taking any written or verbal consent from me & changed the entire set of channels which u have subscribed under long duration packs. & when i called on 12 april 2019 & to check the reason i was surprised that without keeping in mind the policies of trai, tata sky has make its own rules & change the entire package without my consent or approval. To inform about the trai policies, i tried to convey to all your customer care executives but to my vain they were not ready to listen to my concerns or resolve my queries. The i decided to lodge a complaint against the wrongdoing’s by the tata sky. Since then i already had word with three of customer care executives including team leader’s. The complain no. Was 1ewrfl5b was given to me & i expected that some positive resolutions with be done, but even they were helpless & not able to raise any of my complains or queries. I asked three things from them but they were not ready to resolve any of my complains & to my surprise the complaint was closed without customer query satisfaction on 13th april 2019. As per them they cannot do the changes as per the latest guidelines issued by the trai.

                      I asked three things from them.

                      1. Show me the proof where you have my consent to change channel packages & if you don’t have then restore my earlier channel packages at the same cost. As this is with my rights as given by trai to all the customer’s
                      2. I said if you cannot do the above mentioned thing then refund my entire money back in my savings a/c or credit card from where funds transferred to your a/c.
                      3. Also share the policy or guidelines issued by trai that all long duration packs have become invalid & customer don’t have any option to continue them any further & dth operator have right to make their own rules.
                      To my surprise their answer is no in all the above scenario’s, when trai is making things more clear for the consumers. Tata sky wants to hide things from the consumers.

                      With no option left i was forced to write email with all my anger & lost of trust in tata sky.

                      I expect some positive response from your end, & still keeping trust on the vision of mr ratan tata
                      & yours, to support the same you are running this company not just for consumers but for your stake holders also.

                        Dear trai team,
                        This reference to my complaint against tata sky dth service provider, where my subscriber id is: - [protected], where i have availed bi – annual pack which was valid till sept 2020, i called up the call center of tata sky to register my complaint against discontinuing my bi-annual in the name of trai guidelines, where i have shared the news article, where trai secretary sunil k gupta has clearly mentioned that customer’s can continue with their long duration packs as per their wish till expiry of the long duration packs. (Also attached news article with reference to about above news reference.)
                        I have also 1st given complaint at the local call center of tata sky, but they closed my complaint no. 1ewrfl5b, without resolving the queries. & then i write to their md harit nagpal & also to their nodal officer, but they refused to follow the guidelines regarding continuation of old long duration packs, but they refused to adhere the guidelines issued by trai & following their own policies, when i asked the refund of my entire money back into my savings a/c they refuse to refund the amount back into a/c. & i also asked for the policies given by trai for the cancellation /discontinuation of long duration packs, they also refuse to share such policies & also not ready to put up the same on their websites.
                        I request you to take strict action against tata sky against for not following the guidelines issued by the trai on time to time basis & penalize them financially for troubling the customer’s.

                          Post trai new regulation on dth channel i tried to optimize usage of my four tata sky boxes.
                          I have one primary and three secondary boxes which i am using for the last 7 years now.
                          Since usage on two secondary boxes are very minimal.
                          I approached tata sky call center with a request to give me an option to select channels, box wise so that i can keep minimum channel on two boxes. Which mean on primary box i want to have maximum channels and on secondary we select only free channel and very few paid channels.
                          Which is logical as each member in family like different channel today and guest rooms are used only when gust comes.

                          But tata sky refused to give such option and i am struggling for past 15 days now to get the option as they do have any such policy.

                          As per them only solution to install dishes for each box and chose channel on each box.
                          Which mean if have 4 box and want to keep different channels on each box, i will have to install 4 dishes which is very shocking.

                          Just to cross check i contacted other service provider and but other service providers are giving flexibility to chose channel box wise. Mean i can select channels and take package for each boxes differently.

                          I am sure trai has come up with regulation so that we can optimise our cost and channel

                          Than how come only tata sky has diffrent policy and harrasing us.

                          I have aprached to this senior form to look into the practicle issues being faced by customers and take up seriously.

                          Though i have simple option to switch to other service provider which may be forced upon me eventually if no soluyion is provided by trai nad md of ata sky too.

                          But i thought to bring this practle issue to every ones notice, how customers are ebing manupilated by tata sky.

                          And millions of customers do not suffrer with such one sided policy of tata sky

                            It’s been six days the problem is unresolved. The technician came and did it fix the problem.. Instead cancelled the request saying he could not do it. Since then everyday i raise a complaint and it’s cancelled on some pretext or the other. Today i called to cancel my subscription and they again requested for a chance. The technician did call but only said that in your area it will take time and that the local cable ppl in your area don’t allow us to do any work. Also when i asked should i go with local cable then, i was advised to follow my heart and that my dish cannot be repaired for another 4-5 days at least.

                              I have logged service request to update the current standard set top box by HD box on 15th April around 3 PM, now its 17th April 12 PM and I have called customer care 4 times but still service request is not scheduled. A fake entry of call being made to customer (i.e. to me) on 16th April at 9:43 Am, which is not happened. All all time when i called CC i got same answer that CC will escalate this and I will get call in 2 hrs. But no response. It looks once this month recharge gets over. I should see another service provider who can give me better service. I am really disappointed with this after using tata sky for 9 years.
                              Now a days it seems Tata sky got more user...so they are on 7th sky and don't bother if they are loosing customer. Don't refer tata sky to any one.

                                Hi tata sky team,

                                This is to highlight your service and nature of looting customers daily.

                                As per the government guideline and policies, every users have the right to select their preferred channels which you don't. I have been highlighting this issue to your customer care 3-4 times but hopeless attempt. All the sites works fine (Both app & web) but the site to select channel never work. Is this how you loot your customer by not giving them the right option and help and let them recharge for the full amount which they really don't need? This is one of the worst service provided i have ever experienced.

                                I will never recommend to anyone! Pathetic and horrible service provider.

                                  Initially I had subscribed (Subscription Id: [protected]) for annual subscription of Dhamaal mix pack and as per new regulations of TRAI they had modified the same pack accordingly and my plan cost was Rs. 396.00 with due date as 20th July 2019 with Rs. 946.00 as balance in my account. Today I had modified my pack as per the new terms after discarding the old packs and my present pack cost is only Rs. 296. So my plan has reduced by Rs. 100. However, the details did not change and hence, when contacted them they were not ready to listen and kept insisting that there won't be any change irrespective of the changes I make in the pack. They are not at all ready to extend the dates or refund me the differential amount in my account. And the representatives are also highly non-co-operative and non supportive.
                                  In addition to all the above they don't even have any updated list of their dealers. When we ask for their dealers details since the existing dealer was not available as per the old data they give a list of dealers who are not supporting them presently.
                                  Overall pathetic services provided by them leading to extreme mental torture from them.
                                  Hence, request you to please help me resolve my issue and make them them aware that it doesn't get repeated.

                                    I am on a long duration pack valid up to oct 2019. But suddenly they have shifted to new pack without my consent. When contacted they have refused to continue my long duration pack which is valid up to oct, 2019 without obeying trai regulations to continue the existing long duration pack as per consumer wish.

You will be migrated to a new monthly plan with your balance being adjusted. You can choose your channels & packs that best-fits your viewing requirements on www.mytatasky.com. Let us assure you the same regulation is applicable for all DTH and Cable operators.

                                      On 06.04.2019, my Tata sky channels disappear without any prior notice, even though I have paid my annual subscription upto 22 may 2019. I am continuously trying customer care but no one responding. I have downloaded Tata sky app but no otp coming.

                                      Hi, that's not how it should have been. Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.

                                        TRAI guidelines gives the consumer to choose packs beneficial to them. Point no. 11 at page 6 of Frequently Asked Questions in official website of TRAI I.e trai.gov.in clearly states that 11. What if annual subscription charges are paid by a subscriber in advance? In case a subscriber has availed any scheme with advance charges paid for future lock-in period like an annual plan the distributor shall continue to provide services for such committed period without any increase in price / charges and without altering the other terms of subscription. The distributors cannot make any changes that entails any disadvantage to the subscriber in such cases. However, if the subscriber wants to switch over to a new package after 1st February, 2019 then the proportional balance amount of existing package as on the date of switch over may be adjusted for the new package prices after 1st February, 2019.

                                        So the discontinuation of long duration packs paid in advance is violation of TRAI guidelines.

                                        Existing LDP in force can not be migrated if consumer want to continue with this as per TRAI guidelines as quoted previously in my complain

You can always log in to www.mytatasky.com > enter your RMN/ Subscriber ID> click on my account and enter password> under profile tab you can modify the RMN. Once you change the RMN, click on "Manage Packs" to add/drop the individual channels/packs of your choice.

                                        We got recharge done for 1 month which got exhausted in 15 days with the excuse that 2 TVs have been recharged but actually only one setup box was working.And also, the customer care is aware of it but isn’t listening about the issue neither helping.
