extremely poor service and unprofessional behaviour

It’s been six days the problem is unresolved. The technician came and did it fix the problem.. Instead cancelled the request saying he could not do it. Since then everyday i raise a complaint and it’s cancelled on some pretext or the other. Today i called to cancel my subscription and they again requested for a chance. set top box upgrade request is still not schedule after 2 days

I have logged service request to update the current standard set top box by HD box on 15th April around 3 PM, now its 17th April 12 PM and I have called customer care 4 times but still service request is not scheduled. A fake entry of call being made to customer (i.e. to me) on 16th April at 9:43 Am, which is not happened. All all time when i called CC i got same answer that CC will escalate this and I will get call in 2 hrs. But no response....

As per the government guideline and policies, every users have the right to select their preferred channels which you don't. tata sky not able to view channels

Its really disappointing to note that the customer care executives are not able to understand the problem and they do not want to resolve the problem also. I am not able to view most of the channels i used to watch. But my subscription amount has been doubled. Earlier it ws Rs 160. Now its 300+....

google play purchase

I purchase a ebook worth Rs 665/- via google play and the money was deducted from my bank, but i did not get the purchase i paid for and i didn't even receive the receipt. But the amount is debited from my account and not yet refunded. Kindly look into this matter and resolve issue and please make sure that the amount is refunded. I had raised a request to tata sky to split my connection, i was assured by the tata sky team that for the split of the my connection, i will be assisted by the tata sky team within 24 hours and the maximum timeline would be 72 hours.
Post the above advice, the form was sent on the 10th april.
I followed up with the tata sky team on 12th april itself and was again given an assurance that my request will be resolved by 13th april.br...

My account got deactivated without any reason. I paid rs. 400 early this month for viewing the channels for a period of one month and my subscription period ends only in the 1st week of may 2019. But tatasky deactivated my account. Tata sky incorrectly debited rs300 my amount for "dish relocation" service whereas no such work was done as i live in a gated community where we share common dish.
